Supiyo Chaga Birch Forest Mistic Toner is a multipurpose skin toner and this is a honest review for a try at $3.99. It hydrates and soothes. 77% Birch and 3% Chaga Extract in 300ml. It does make my skin feel better and refreshed. And does have a nice scent to it. It mentions using it as a mist which I need to try. If you want a toner that works well, try this one.

🍄 SUPIYO Chaga Birch Forest Mistic 🌳 Impressions: I’m late on the whole “birch sap” movement so I had to jump in on the SUPIYO Chaga Birch Forest Mistic campaign. This is basically a birch sap/water-Chaga mushroom toner. I looked into the properties of birch sap and it’s apparently a multi-tasking skincare ingredient packed with vitamins, minerals, amino acids, enzymes, sugars & antioxidants. Similarly Chaga mushroom extract provides deep healing & regenerative properties. The small molecular size of birch water allows it to easily penetrate skin to provide deep hydration & deliver its nutrient load. Together with the Chaga mushroom extract the duo serves to support the skin barrier, refine skin texture & protect it from environmental pollutants. The formula is pH balanced so it can double as either a pH balancing or moisture toner. Due to its healing & anti-inflammatory qualities, I choose to employ this at night when I do my vitamin C treatments as a pH toner so it’s the first thing I put on my skin after double cleansing. I apply to my face by pouring a few drops into my hand & patting into skin. It has a light watery texture & sinks in immediately. Many skin treatments such as acids, vitamin C & vitamin A while highly beneficial to skin can also have negative side effects but I’ve found if I use the right balance of products that contain antioxidants & anti-inflammatory qualities to balance it then my skin is able to handle the strongest of them. Traditionally I’ve turned to ingredients like green tea, sea buckthorn, snail & centella asiatica but now I can add birch sap/water & mushroom to that list. SUPIYO Chaga Birch Forest Mistic Toner is really a great first introduction to birch sap water. I really appreciate the anti-inflammatory, healing effects of it in combination with the hydration. It’s an enormous bottle at 300ml & currently retails on Amazon at $18.88 - really a fantastic deal for such a quality product. Contains no alcohol - ideal for all skin types, particularly sensitive skin.

It’s review time! For the past couple of weeks I’ve been using the @supiyo_official Chaga Birch Forest Mistic Toner. I’m a bit of a toner fanatic since I sometimes apply multiple layers on my skin or use it to soak up cotton pads that I leave on my face as a DIY sheetmask. So when I find a toner that I like and it comes in a 300mL sized bottle, it makes me very happy ☺️ The toner itself is watery and absorbs quickly into the skin. There is a botanical scent to it that wasn’t too overwhelming and didn’t seem to linger. I really liked how my skin felt hydrated and refreshed after using this toner. I tested the pH level and it falls between a 5-5.5. It terms of ingredients, it is comprised of 77% birch water and 3% chaga mushroom extract. I love how the percentages of each are given and I’ve been a fan of products that uses birch water. Review: Supiyo Healing Beauty Chaga Birch Forest Mistic Toner is a multipurpose toner with hydrating, soothing, and anti-aging properties. . . 💚Birch (Betula Alba Leaf Water) 77%, Chaga mushroom extract (Inonotus Obliquus) 3%, Allantoin, Centella Asiatica, Beta-Glucan 💚300 ml for about $19 on Amazon . . This is a beautiful, hydrating toner that gives you a lot of bang for your buck! It's a pretty golden color that has a light, natural scent. The instructions on the box recommend you apply with your palms and/or as a mist. I used the product both ways but also tried it with generic cotton pads to sweep across my face. Then, I used it with special low-absorbency cotton pads that can double as mini face mask if saturated enough. The toner left my face feeling calmer and well-hydrated, regardless of which method I used. My favorite one for the upcoming less-humid months will probably be the one with the low-absorbency cotton pads, so my skin can easily absorb all the goodness! I don't think I saw any visible changes to my skin during the several days I used the toner, but I did notice it immediately made my face feel more supple as I layered on. . . Supiyo Chaga Birch Forest Mystic Toner is a multipurpose toner that can provide thirsty skin with nourishing ingredients of birch from the forest. This toner has an intense hydrating component that comes from Birch which is also known as Betula Alba Leaf Water and has about 77% of this in the toner. Also, contains Chaga which is a mushroom extract about 3% is added to this toner. The rest of the ingredients include Centella Asiatica and Allantoin. Centella Asiatica is one of my favorite ingredients in Korean skincare because it helps calm down irritated skin and can get rid of the redness and inflammation that occurs sometimes from acne and environmental stressors. Centella Asiatica has healing properties that can treat various skin conditions such as leprosy, lupus, varicose ulcers, eczema, psoriasis, diarrhea, fever, and relieving anxiety. You can read more about it if you're interested. I was very intrigued by this toner, even though I have a lot of other toners this one was different since this uses birch and chaga which I never have seen or heard before. It comes in a pretty big bottle that could last me half a year or more. The scent is unique since this smells a little bit herbal but a mix of wood scent. The appearance of the toner is an amber color and is a liquid base. I would suggest using a flat cotton pad. I find using too much might make my face a little bit sticky. I do like this toner and find it to be very moisturizing and calms down irritated skin. I didn't notice any irritation/ burning etc. I give this a 9.8/10. The toner comes in 300 ml (10.14 oz) and has a very light, slightly astringent scent. This has a basic squeeze cap and this is also marketed as a mist. The toner is very watery and not tacky at all. It does a good job of hydrating and refreshing the skin. It absorbs quickly and immediately plumps up the skin. Recommended use is after cleansing, take an appropriate amount and apply gently all over the face. For use as a mist, gently mist the face to hydrate and soothe anytime. After using, I can really appreciate this toner as it’s very hydrating but contains good ingredients to soothe irritated skin. I found that it isn’t an issue for my sensitive skin, the smell of what I think is the chaga is a little strong but it disappears pretty quickly. This toner is very hydrating and moisturizing and also removes dirt easily. The bottle size is great as it’ll last a long time and I love multi-use products like this. I haven’t used it as a mist, but I do plan to soon. Facial mists are amazing all year round. I’d recommend this to anyone with dry and sensitive skin, but keep in mind there is a fragrance to this toner. What I like: the ingredients are really great and natural and there’s a lot of product and it’ll last a long time. The toner itself is moisturizing and hydrating and really soothes my skin. It’s non-irritating and while there is a scent, it’s not the strongest and it goes away quickly. I love how well this also cleanses and gets rid of dirt and I think it preps my skin well for other products. What I don’t like: nothing, only, I wish this had a container with a mister. And the fragrance might bother some. Otherwise, it’s great. Rating: 8/10

Almost can't feel It, but after a few layers you can definitely tell it builds a substantial moisture layer, which is why I love using it as a mist . This tea-colored toner is a multi-purpose skin drink that claims to soothe and hydrate irritated skin with the nourishing ingredients from the forest. It features 77% birch leaf water (healing, purifying), 3% chaga mushroom extract (nourishing), and centella asiatica extract (soothing). It seems more like an essence to me than a toner. I've tried using it in a multitude of ways and my favorite is using it as a mist. The botanical scent with a hint of menthol makes for a great afternoon refresher. Regardless of how I use it, my dehydration-prone skin gets an immediate light hydration and calming effect without any residue. In the long run, it's a great product for maintaining skin suppleness and health. Get it anyway even if you're not sold on it (but I'm pretty sure you'll like it).
