Happy with the end results! The Broccoli Voluming Mask, has an earthy scent, the sheet mask fits great, and has enough essence. It takes a while to absorb into the skin, I used it at night for half an hour and went to sleep without rinsing my face. The next morning, I woke up with a less tired and plumper looking skin.

🔹 Product Review 🔹 This is a review of the Huangjisoo Broccoli Volumizing Mask. It was provided for a trial fee from @0.8l_usa & @huangjisoo_official in exchange for an honest review. # When this campaign was announced, I looked online for more about the #sheetmask & brand. I was really impressed by the ingredient list for these, which includes broccoli (of course), but also propolis, squalene, Aloe, echinacea & sodium hyaluronate. I was really looking forward to these masks! # The mask material was a bit thick, but the fit was ok - there are several edge flaps to help adjust the fit. The essence was thick as well, which felt like it would be nourishing. Directions said to let it stay on for 10-12 minutes, but I left it on for 20 minutes. # Typically I don’t leave much of a wait time between removing my sheet mask & the next steps of my routine. It may be a placebo, but I imagine that the final, heavier steps of my routine assist in keeping the hydration & moisture on my skin if applied quickly! So the first time I used this, I immediately continued with my routine. Unfortunately, the essence left a film-like layer on the skin & felt very uncomfortable overnight. The second time I used this mask, I only left it on for 15 minutes, then thoroughly patted the remaining essence in, waited for about 15 minutes, then completed my routine. Making these changes helped a lot (although there was still a bit of a film). # I almost always sheetmask at night, so I’ll continue to use the rest of these. I wouldn’t repurchase, although I’d still try out other varieties! The ingredients are fantastic - maybe the formula will get refined. I would also try other items from the brand, who seems to use botanical extracts in interesting ways!

Considering its long list of standout ingredients, I thought it would be a sure winner. The mask felt cooling and soothing when applied. The fit wasn’t great and the skin fit sheet was on the thicker side making it feel overall stiff, though you could adjust the fit due to flaps. The flaps made it harder to use a facial roller with the mask. The issue I had was less on the fit and more about the essence. The essence had a slightly cream texture and there was enough essence to cover my arms. However, it left a tacky, somewhat oily residue after removing the mask. My skin looked revitalized but the residual greasiness was not my cup of tea. It took a while for the essence to absorb and I moved on to do another mask because I wasn’t a fan of the finish. The mask is a thin microfiber that adheres well. There are five total slits on the lower half of the face to help with adjustments. (Swipe ➡️ for pics) The serum is a viscous milky color that gave me enough hydration. It absorbs well into the skin with a semi-matte finish. The mask started to dry out around my nose and lip area after 15 minutes. It did not irritate my sensitive skin. It didn’t make my skin greasy/oily the next morning. It met the claims by adding hydration and reducing fatigue to my skin. . 🥦Conclusion: I love this sheet mask because my skin felt great the next morning. I would repurchase the broccoli sheet mask and the other scents/flavors from this brand. Definitely would recommend to sensitive skin types and everyone looking for a good sheet mask. The Huangjisoo Natural Broccoli Voluming M.A.S.K is a microfiber sheet mask. The claims are that it helps with "Voluming, vitality, and is anti-fatigue". This product is a "liquid essence type" and is meant for dull skin. Its main ingredient is a broccoli extract, which is supposed to help provide healthy skin. Like the other mask that I tried by this brand, the sheet mask was soaked in a milky essence. This one does have a light herbal scent to it, but I didn't find it overly fragrant. Again, like the other sheet mask, it applied nicely on my face thanks to the slits on the sides of the sheet. Also with this mask it had a lot of essence left over to tap in. I felt like this mask was harder to pat into the skin and it also felt like it wasn't being absorbed. The more I touched it, the more greasy my face felt. Like the other mask, this left my skin feeling oily. It was very noticeable on my fingers that I used to tap the essence in (View shiny fingers photo). As for the claims, I felt like it did not give me volumized/vitalized skin. Overall, I would not purchase this mask in the future. Even though it contains natural ingredients and is free of harmful substances, I could not get over the oily feeling it left afterwards.

I am reviewing Huangjisoo's 5 pack Broccoli Voluming M.A.S.K that I bought for $3.99 as a member of @08l_usa and I am really excited about this brand. They use natural products and are EWG Verified, meaning they do not use harmful chemicals in their products, and all of Huangjisoo products bare the EWG Verified mark. The mask I bought is drenched in essence. The mask itself is cotton fiber and the way the mask is made, can be adjusted so it fits small, medium and large faces. It is a lot like a 2 part mask to me. I applied the top part first, and the rest of the mask was easily adjusted to fit my face. I did have a bit of an issue with the mask hitting on my top lip and my chin area had no coverage because of the size of my face. This was perfectly fine for me. I like that this treated my upper lip area. There is a lot of the essence product left in the sleeve each mask comes in. The mask is for 12-20 minutes and then pat the leftover essence into skin. I would recommend you apply some of the sleeve essence in any areas of concern before applying the mask. I found the mask plumped and rehydrated my skin. Huangjisoo's Broccoli Voluming Mask claims to help deliver vitality to skin and leave the skin with a healthy glow. They also claim it helps reverse the effects of pollution. Broccoli is a super food full of vitamin's A and C, this helps protect skin from toxins and helps protect from uv rays. Also formulated into this mask is Echinacea extracts which helps remove signs of fatigue. From my previous Huangjisoo mask review I was not a fan. I went into this a bit scared. This mask smells EXTREMELY earthy and could really bother people sensitive to natural smells. This particular mask has a more milky essence and comes saturated. Right away I noticed how hydrating this essence is, going into summer this may not work well for my skin type, it's very thick and I can feel a residue left on my hands, it's not sticky just very thick. Removing the mask and patting in the essence there is NO pilling (phew) but it does leave quite a heavy film over the skin. Usually I have to massage it in longer than usual but it does not leave my skin sticky or uncomfortable. I'm happy to say I'm willing to recommend this mask, it leaves my skin feeling super hydrated and I really do enjoy it. This is quite an intense mask so if you do not have dry skin, this most likely will not work for you. I'm saving one of these babies for the winter, I'm sure it's going to be a miracle worker!

Broccoli Voluming Mask: This is definitely only a first impression because I was only able to use this mask once. The box comes with five sheet masks in very pretty packaging. When you open the mask the first thing I noticed was the pretty harsh smell and that there was a ton of serum in the package. The mask stuck to my skin nicely but the serum was a little runny which made me hate this mask because it was running down to my eyes and irritating them. If it wasn’t for how runny the mask was and the smell I would have loved this mask because my skin looked so brightened and plumped afterwards. Unfortunately since it was so irritating for my eyes I will not be repurchasing this mask. Disclaimer: I received this mask at a trial price in exchange for my honest review.

The Broccoli Voluming Mask comes with 5 masks to use. The mask was definitely saturated with liquid so it was sticking on itself and stays on your face well. After taking it off, 15 minutes later, it leaves a lot of liquid on the face to pat on. It took a few minutes for the skin to absorb. This is a mask I would use weekly for hydration.

Broccoli, echinacea, AND mushroom in a sheet mask?? 🤔 . 🍄When I saw the ingredients I just knew I had to get my hands on these masks. Dr. Weil by Origins also uses mushroom as an active ingredient to build strength and resilience so I thought it was worth a try! . 🍄Claims: "Broccoli extract gives the vitality to make healthier skin and Echinacea extract removes fatigue of tired skin and makes it with V.V (Volumizing & Vitality) skin." All in all I'd say this is a revitalizing mask. . 🍄Serum: This had an almost...savory smell? My first thought was pesto but it's actually a bit more earthy than that. But this wasn't necessarily a bad thing! The serum itself was creamy instead of a watery serum which I liked. . 🍄Fit: This mask fit me so well! I usually have a lot of mask hanging off of my chin but I didn't have this problem with this mask! . 🍄Results: Here's where it kind of goes down hill... The initial results were fine: my face felt plump and soothed. However, the serum stayed tacky even after I let it sit for 20 minutes and AFTER I layered other products on top of it. THEN the next day I woke up to find about 5 little gray pills of who knows what (dead skin? skincare?) on my pillow 😑 This had never had that happen to me before! . 🍄 I tried this mask one more time before writing this review and the same thing happened. Although this mask delivered some good results, I think they're similar to the innisfree Ginseng mask. And, I just can't get past waking up to those weird face pills. I received this Broccoli Voluming Sheet Mask from @huangjisoo and @0.8l_usa at a discounted rate for review purposes. I received 5 masks. I have mixed feelings about this one. The sheet was thicker than normal and held a lot of essence. The packing on one was sealed with the slightest edge of the mask in the seam, so it was hard to remove. It was sized well, but it didn’t want to stay on my face very long. It smelled really nice. I couldn’t quite place the smell but I liked it. It was very hydrating but it left kind of an oily layer on my face. I did like the hydration it gave me for hours, but I can’t seem to combine it with any other products. So, mixed feelings.

It’s from a brand I’ve used before and this mask reportedly helps to tone and firm, which can help restore fatigued & dull skin. Being a mom of two, I DEFINITELY have those problems with my skin so I was excited to try this product 😄 🥦HOW TO USE: after Cleansing & toning, apply mask to face and leave on for at least 15mins. Remove and rub remaining serum into skin with fingertips. 🥦PROS: - attractive packaging - easy to understand instructions - good sized mask that can fit a variety of faces - seemed to tighten my skin and give it a dewy look (see before and after pic) - lots of extra serum after using (& in package!) that I used on my neck - low to mid price point (retails for $29/set of five masks - contains lots of vitamins to nourish & moisturize skin 🥦CONS: - left a greasy/tacky feeling on my skin for over an hour after using - seemed to create too much oil on my t-zone areas the day after, may not be a good mask for people with oily or combination skin 🥦Overall, I actually did like this mask and, despite the little things I didn’t like about the product, I found these masks to be something different enough that I can see myself continuing to use them. I was pleasantly surprised with the fit (quite good and stayed put) and feel (extremely hydrating) of this mask. The ingredients are also top-notch, with tremella mushroom as the third ingredient--a great skin-plumping hydrator that outperforms even hyaluronic acid, I believe. Propolis and Squalane, Garlic, Ginger, and Broccoli are other top ingredients with strong antioxidant benefits for skin. I can't say that it completely erased my wrinkles with its "volumizing" properties, but it was as hydrating as I can realistically expect a mask to be and left my skin smoother and highly moisturized.
