Results: The areas I’ve put the lotion on has been very moisturized. It absorbs really quick to the skin. The next day, the areas that I have applied the lotion on is very smooth still. Not sure if this is for your face or not. It would be a really expensive body lotion.

The cream claims to "replenish lost lipids without upsetting the skin’s natural balance." ⠀ The cream uses Atopalm’s MLE technology, which "mimics the skin’s natural lipids for gentle yet thorough hydration." It is also part of Atopalm's 130+ collection which means it has "30% more active ingredients than the regular MLE line." ⠀ As far as I can tell, this cream can be used as a facial moisturizer as well as a treatment for super dry and/or irritated spots like the elbows, knees, and heels. Because the bottle only contains 80ml, I personally wouldn't use this as a full on body moisturizer. ⠀ While the description might imply a very thick texture, the cream is actually a light-medium weight that absorbs into my skin very quickly and feels almost like a heavy emulsion rather than a cream. ⠀ I really appreciate this texture in the summer because my dry skin absorbs it really well but doesn't feel heavy at all. The trick is to use just the smallest amount so it doesn't overwhelm or leave a greasy or sticky finish. ⠀ I adore the pump packaging on this cream because it makes it easier on my lazy self. About a month ago, my skin plummeted. I had a face full of breakouts all at the same time – a reaction to what I think was the @EsteeLauder #AdvancedNightRepair. After that happened, I scaled way back on my skincare and evaluated what was needed to address this issue. I looked for things in my collection that were used for treating acne, as well as products that were in their simplest form. This was a time for my skin to really be pampered and heal. One of the things that I reached for was this product, the @ATOPALM 130+ Concentrated Intensive Cream. This cream claims that it is a gentle but rich moisturizer designed to hydrate and soothe dry, sensitive skin. This was exactly what I was looking for this time! It is free from parabens, fragrances, dyes, and volatile alcohols, and includes Atopalms patented MLE technology, which mimics the skins natural lipids for a gentle, yet thorough hydration. I have continued to use this product since that time, and I have been so pleased. This cream is easily absorbed, simple, has no additives that could cause irritation, and has held its own in my routine! I have even convinced my husband to use it, and he likes it as well. The consistency is a white, thickish cream but it spreads well, and soaks in, leaving a moisturized, but ungreasy face. I use this right under my sunscreens and on top of all of my other products, and I have not dealt with any pilling. Reading some of the reviews on their website, it seems like this has helped people who have redness and dryness due to eczema and helped to clear up bumps (clogged pores) under the skin. I have found this helped me clear some of those clogged pores under my skin as well, which is a huge relief. They say that this product should be used daily after bathing or showering and applied all over troublesome dry areas however I personally feel like it is way too expensive ($56) to be used as a body lotion, and will continue to use this as my every day, morning and night heavy cream. When I saw this Atopalm 130+ Concentrated Intensive Cream, I kind of fell in love at first sight. I was on the lookout for a "clean" body lotion, and this one claimed to be paraben free and suitable for sensitive skin!! I don't know about you, but those things call to me when I'm buying beauty products. BUT, there's more to it. The cream also contains no dyes, fragrance, and no volatile alcohols. It is a Multi Lamellar Emulsion (MLE) formula that contains plant derived ingredients and imitates the structure of our natural skin lipids to help restore the skins' moisture protective barrier. I've used this cream at night on my elbows and heels (the DRIEST parts of my body) and discovered such a drastic difference in the morning. The only downside of this product is the price. It retails for $56, which I find a bit too much for the amount of product (80 ml). I do still highly recommend the cream though! Thank you 0.8L for giving me the opportuity to try the product out!

Compared to some other Atopalm products which come in a tub, I much prefer this hygienic pump dispenser, as I can control the amount very easily. Only mild concern that I have is that I can't tell the difference of the extra 30% active ingredients between this and other Atopalm products, but it's definitely not a complaint! . . When I ordered the ATOPALM 130+ CONCENTRATED INTENSIVE CREAM my impression was that it would be a facial cream, however reading the package insert it can be used on all dry skin. I am not dissapointed since I can always use a thicker and deeply hydrating body cream as I have eczema and my skin breaks out easily. I used it on my skin where I tend to break out and to my surprise it helped my skin tremendously. It didn’t leave residue either. I would definitely recommend this to those of you who suffer from excessive dry skin.

Atopalm 130+ Concentrated Intensive Cream I was ordering this thinking it was a facial moisturizer but it turns out to be a body moisturizer. For body use, the size of the actual product is on the smaller side. It is nice and absorbed fast. It does not leave any greasiness once it's absorbed. The scent is barely there. For product without any added scent compounds, I have to say I actually like how it smells compared to other similar products. For the actual performance of the product, I didn't notice that much change it made on my skin compared to other drugstore moisturizer I used in the past. It gets the job done, yes, but not anything special that I would go out of my way to purchase, especially given the price. However, I like the brand's product philosophy which means I'd try out their other products especially those for face. Atopalm 130 + Concentrated Intensive Cream is a super hydrating & almost Healing type cream/lotion, which provides soothing hydration and comfort to tender chapped skin. What i found especially enjoyable with this particular lotion is that it feels much softer and has a more whipped type texture to it vs. other various concentrated lotions that feel more like thick medicated or even oily medicated creams. I found this Concentrated Intensive Cream to create a thinner layer of moisture, which for me - allowed my skin to more fully & easily absorb the lotion. I had an eczema outbreak on my cheek and within a week it was gone (i have provided uncomfortable close ups for you). •••• There's no fragrance or dyes which is important to me becauae my skin is so sensitive. It includes Atopalm’s patented MLE technology, which mimics the skin’s natural lipids for gentle yet thorough hydration. 💦 The formula is designed especially for dry and sensitive skin. The cream has a very light herbal scent. 🍃The texture is light and it absorbs quickly into the skin. My face feels moisturized without greasy feeling for the whole day. 😌 I really like the pump bottle design as well. This retails $42 for an 80mL bottle, which I think it's on the pricier side. 💸 I definitely would repurchase this when it's on sale though!😍

Atopalm 130+ Concentrated Intensive Cream works well. Using it after a shower is the best time to use it. It hydrates and helps replenish moisture to the skin. You put it on and it goes on clear, absorbs quickly into the skin. It's paraben free and its for extra dry skin and sensitive skin. I think this works well as a body lotion.

I'm not into this cream. I expected a rich moisturizer, and it's more like a treatment cream. I don't need another moisturizer on top of it or anything, it just doesn't have the luxurious richness I was hoping for. Seems like a perfectly nice cream, suitable for wear under makeup. Love the pump.

With the weather never making up it's mind my legs and back were very dry and itchy. I loved it the first time I used it. It is a thick, concentrated cream that absorbs easily and does not leave a greasy feeling after. My skin felt hydrated, calm, smooth, and fresh. And it still felt that way in the morning. This cream is for extra-dry and sensitive skin and contains Panthenol to quickly calms and soothes dry, agitated skin, Squalene provides moisturization and Vitamin E. Other main ingredients are Grape seeds, Olive Oil, Bisabolol, Allantion, Portulaca, Camellia Sinensis seed oil.
