I have a rule. Never pass on @atopalmusa. This time around I picked up their #MoisturizingEyeRepairSerum for $3.99 in exchange for my honest review. Here's the 411: -Hexapeptide-2 stimulates collagen. -Biotin and vitamin B-7 encourage skin replenishment. -Macadamia Seed Oil conditions skin. -Allantoin and Panthenol to soothes skin. -Vitamin E defends against environmental stress. -Patented technology. -Paraben free. -$34.50 when purchased via 0.8Liter. This eye serum doesn't check all my boxes but I'm still impressed. The main negative is that it does nothing for puffy eyes. It does do a phenomenal job moisturizing such a sensitive area, though. It absorbs smoothly and doesn't leave any residue. I enjoyed using this in the evenings but it didn't have enough oomph for morning use. I'm hesitant to rave about it because if it wasn't that effective on my youngish skin, it probably doesn't work well for the targeted older audience. One positive is that it's so light you could probably use this with other eye products to get the desired effect. FINAL SCORE: 11.5/15

I had read glowing reviews of @atopalmusa products but had not tried any. I was glad to see their campaigns return to #08l. I paid a trial fee to try their Moisturizing Eye Repair Serum .. ✨Claims: A paraben free, unique, eye serum with multi-benefit, US Patented Multi Lamellar Emulsion technology containing concentrated infusions of specialty elements to help fight visible signs of aging and bolstered by plant derived ingredients, natural oils and plant extracts (from their website). You should check their website to know more of the patented MLE technology and the results of clinical trials .. ✨This serum has been repackaged and comes in a tube now instead of a pump. Packaging is functional. The serum has a lightweight gel like consistency, one that I prefer for my under eye area than a cream. I did not detect any fragrance. Key ingredients: ☘️Niacinamide and Licorice root extract for brightening ☘️Meadowfoam seed , Green tea seed and Grape seed oils - rich in antioxidants, nourishing and moisturizing ☘️Amino acids help diminishing the look of fine lines and wrinkles ☘️Ascorbyl Phosphate Succinoyl Pentapeptide-12 is a combination of Vitamin C and Peptide Fusion that defends against environmental stress (as per their website) .. ✨I have been using this serum for close to 2 weeks in my am and pm routines before using a facial oil / moisturizer. It sinks in instantly and moisturizes the under eye area well does not help with puffiness though. I use it even on my eye lids too. I do not use make up so I cannot comment on how well it works under make up. For now, I like the consistency and the new packaging of the serum and reach out to it everyday. That's a win because I tend to use face serums (excluding Vitamin C) and moisturizers and do not really remember to use a separate eye product. Since the claims indicate long term use, I will continue to use it for 8+ weeks and post an updated review if I do see changes in the appearance of fine lines 🤞🏽 .. ✨Finding a good eye product is so difficult, do you have a favorite ? Use same technique to dab along brow line. *PRO TIP: don’t apply too close to eyes, especially if you have sensitivity 👁PROS: - great brand with quality products - nice, thicker consistency - absorbs quickly & easily - not greasy or sticky feeling - contain Biotin & Vitamin B-7 to help reduce fine lines & wrinkles - designed for dry and sensitive skin - helped moisturize my under-eye areas and looked slightly lifted/firmer 👁CONS: - High price point (retails for $46/40ml) - did not give me the noticeable benefits that the product says it’s supposed to, but I may need to use it longer to get those effects - did give me a cooling feeling around my eyes (which wasn’t listed in the information) didn’t bother me but may bother some that are highly sensitive 👁OVERALL, I really liked the product and the idea behind it. I was hoping that it would have made a more noticeable effect after using it every evening for a few weeks. I’m hopeful that I will see some of these if I continue to use this product. I would like to start off with my first sight...the packaging. simple but nice. holy moly this is a large tube of eye cream. definently double the size of what I'm used to. the eye serum to me is like a balm cream hybrid. its silky and absorbs quickly. so with my sensitivity due to my allergic reaction it did not burn (all other eye creams since this started burned upon application) so this was a great thing. but what ever is going on this absorbed too quickly. my eyes were dry again in just a few hours. so for me I am having to use this 4x a day plus an eye cream just to keep them from hurting and getting drier. it has for sure though brought the sensitivity down dramatically. just not as hydrating as what my eyes are needing as of now.
