I have never met a sheet mask I didn't like 😊 Until I met the Aha Peeling Pad and Essence Sheet Mask 😭. The concept of this two part system sounds great when you read about it. However, performance leaves a lot to be desired. 😞 First, let me tell you about Step 1 The Aha Bbosong Lab Pad. They claim: it is 44.8 mg of skin friendly ingredients that gently exfoliates your face and maximize the absorbing ingredients of Step 2. Again their words not mine. They describe the pad as a glove in one instance. Let me describe it for you. It is s little pad you slimey pad you slip on shout 3 fingers depending on the size of your 🖐️. They describe 1 side as being embossed with exfoliating capabilities.🤣🤣🤣. I can't describe it as any thing but a bumpy cleaning pad. Now for Step 2:. AHA BBosong Moisture Essence Cream Sheet Mask. This will not take long. Basically it was too small because the eyes were closed together. The mask come with squiggy to seal the mask tight. REALLY!! IT was slimy too wet and I did not like the feel of it. This is my opinion for 08L and the Aha Peeling Pad and Essence Sheet Mask that I was able to try for them at a discounted price. 😘🖐️

I purchased the @thebbsonglab AHA peeling pad & essence sheet mask (10 count) at a trial fee from @0.8l_usa in exchange for my honest review. On to the claims of this product: 💜2 step aha peeling pad & sheet mask 💜calms, soothes & strengthens skin barrier This is a 2-step AHA peeling pad and sheet mask set. I received 10 pieces in the set. I used the peeling pad after cleansing my face. It has an embossed side that you use to exfoliate first, which has a bit of a herbal scent. I was a bit disappointed as I thought it would have a rough sided texture like the @neogen_official exfoliating pads. The embossed side is soft, then you turn it around and it has a softer side. My face did feel soft after use. I unfortunately didn’t like the sheet mask though. It was soaking in essence, which kept on dripping down my neck. It also left my face felling very tacky. I’ll continue using the exfoliating pads minus the sheet masks.

This is the @thebbosonglab Aha Peeling Pad and Essence Sheet Mask from @0.8l_usa getting a first impressions review! ~ FIRST IMPRESSIONS This 2-step all-in-one mask pack claims to cleanse the skin of impurities and then replenish moisture after. The first step peeling pad is saturated with AHA to help clear pores. One side of the pad is textured and the other side is smooth. No smell that really stands out to me. The second step mask contains Ceramide for moisturizing and Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract for soothing. It has a faint botanical floral scent. Swipe for the complete ingredients lists for both steps. The first time I used the pack I followed the directions and my skin was a little irritated after the peeling pad. Then the second step sheetmask had holes a lot smaller than I’m used to and I had to cut them open more. For the second time using this pack, instead of gently wiping the pad on my face, I patted it. That worked out a lot better for my skin. The sheetmask was soft (cut holes larger again) and my skin felt hydrated and smooth after. The essence cream absorbed nicely, no tack or shine. Note that both steps are supersaturated with product and I could peel and hydrate my arms, neck, and chest in addition to my face. Over a period of two weeks, I used the AHA sheet mask two days in a row then did physical. exfoliation followed by one or two skin resting days. 🔎 As for results, my skin is much softer and the texture has greatly improved. No moisture was lost in step one one the process and step two further hydrated and softened my skin. This mask pack might be one of my favorite masks yet! First, the pack came with 10 masks with the peeling pads. Also it comes with a silicone disk to help adhere the mask to your skin. I think that is such a good idea and I use it with this mask and all other sheet masks now. The AHA peeling pad has 35.4mg of AHA in it. When you use it there is a little opening on the smooth side to put your fingers in to have better control over the pad while your using it. There is plenty of product on the pad, I have enough to put it all over my face and neck. Also using this first step helps to prepare your skin to absorb more of the ingredients in the mask. The mask is also soaked in essence, plenty of it. I didn't have any trouble with the fit of the mask and using the silicone disk to smooth it out was really helpful. The mask contains Cerramide and Camellia Sinensis extract for soothing and moisturizing your skin. Also there is Ginger,Schizandra Chinensis, and Grapefruit extracts to add multiple benefits to your skin. Like I said before, this is one of the best mask packs I've tried. I love the 2 step process, the fit of the mask, and the great results. My skin is left softer and brighter. I also feel like the essence really absorbs into my skin well. The Aha Peeling Pad and Essence Sheet Mask it's a two step system. The first step it is a ready to use glove /pad with AHA, it helps to exfoliate and remove dead skin, leaving your face ready for the second step. The AHA peeling pad it's very gentle, I never experienced any irritation on my skin. Left my face feeling clean and fresh, and it doesn't have an scent. The second step it's a sheet mask full of essence (enough, to also use on hands, neck and elbows), the main ingredients are ceramides and Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract, good for moisturizing and soothing the skin, it has a light floral scent, nothing overpowering, it takes a while to fully absorb onto the skin, so I recommend to use the treatment for your night skincare routine. The mask adheres good but it doesn't fits well, it's kind of small, I had to stretch the mouth and eye area to make it fit. Overall, it is a good treatment, I love how my face looked and felt after using it.

Step 1 - pad that contains 44.8mg of botanic AHA ingredients. Largest peeling pad I’ve used with a flap to put fingers in for easy use. It has 2 sides - embossed side to wipe the skin to remove dead skin cells avoiding eye and mouth area. I didn't have any stinging or burning sensation, pad felt very gentle on the skin and I could see all the gunk on it after using it. Step 2 - mask sheet that contains ceramide for moisturizing and camellia to soothe skin after peeling. It is a very thin mask, almost translucent, generously soaked in clear essence with mild scent that is hard to place. Fit and adhesion was okay. Mask covered my face nicely and except a little tenting, it adhered well to my skin. Felt very good, soothing and didn't dry at all during 25 min of masking session. After removing it my skin was very wet and needed some time to absorb all of the remaining essence (more than 20 min.). In the beginning skin felt sticky but it got absorbed too so nothing major. Overall, it was a nice and pleasant experience. Even though I used the peeling pad, my skin was even without any redness typical for a few min after peeling. After use, my skin seemed to be softer and more bouncy, nicely moisturized and looking fresher. I happily tried this product at a discounted rate, thanks to 08L and Bbosong, Thanks for the opportunity! That being said, let's jump in to this review. The Claims (found on the 08L product page): - The pad contains 35.4mg of skin-friendly botanic AHA ingredient. - The pad makes the skin smooth with excellence in peeling of AHA ingredient - The mask sheet possesses ceramide for moisturizing and Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract working remarkably in skin soothing. - The richness of the moisturizing ingredients and its texture of quality in the sheet mask enrich the skin My experience: So, after reading those claims I just HAD to try this! The box contains 10 masks/exfoliating mitts - they are individually wrapped and separated by perforations. You can, by all means, separate the two and use them at different times. I chose to use them together. After washing and toning my skin I used the mitt: The bumpy side is used 1st, then the smooth side 2nd. I wiped my entire face for about a minute (my 1st time). Then I used the sheet mask. Pros: -Peeling pad is easy & convenient -Gentle & mild peeling formulation -The mask is absolutely drenched in essence -I love the texture & thinness of mask Cons: -No noticable difference in my skin after the peel -Mask doesn't fit my face: the mouth opening is way too small and I couldn't smooth it out (even with the nifty silicone puff). I love the way my skin feels after the set, but I believe this is from the moisturizing/calming effects of the sheet mask. Unfortunately the mask was just so frustrating- the eye holes were pretty small and the mouth was tiny meaning I had an uncomfortable fit. I tried to cut out the eyes/mouth and put slits on the sides to try to smooth it out bit that was a mess too! Overall, the fit was awful BUT my skin feels awesome...so I'm going to figure out how to make it work. Tried this product twice, both times using both peel and mask before bed and both times I woke to baby soft skin with zero redness or over drying. It is on a weekly rotation til the box is gone for sure. The peel is incredibly gentle, and given I am a peel afficianado, the zero burn made me question it at first. Of course, as skincare junkies & reviewers, we often have well exfoliated skin, and have less to "see on the pad". Best test then, was subjecting my guy to it. After first using the peel on myself, I reused it on his recently washed face. HOLY HELL... he was 2 shades lighter after it (and oh gross! that pad was GREY). Proof it was loosening layers of dead skin that cleanser didnt touch. He didnt complain about any irritation, nor was there any dryness/flakiness on his skin the next day. I like that the peel and mask are packaged as a pair but can be used individually. That the box contained SO MANY was a double bonus. Enough to last a couple months, and even share with skin care loving friends. The mask was loaded with essence and its texture was super soft. I was able to use the extra to do my neck, decollete and hands, plus my face & neck again the following day with it. I purchased this set at a discount for my unbiased trial and review

The peeling pad contains 8 ml (0.27 oz) and it has a light skincare scent. There are two sides of the peeling pad and it fits nicely over two fingers. The mask contains 23 ml (0.78 oz) and has a light skincare scent. The masks material is soft, but a little bit stiff. The nose hole fits well, but the mouth is small and the eyes are small, I had to tear open both sides slightly. Recommended use for the pad is after cleansing, gently wipe face with the embossed side of the glove, avoiding the eye and lip areas. Note that stinging can occur while skin is peeling if it gets too intense, stop and rinse skin with water. Also, avoid using on open cuts or wounds. Recommended for the mask is to unfold and place the sheet mask on your face. Remove the mask after about 10-20 minutes and then gently pat for further absorption. It’s recommended to apply sunscreen after use of both steps. After using, I found that both the pad and the mask have the same kind of scent and are both surprisingly gentle. The pad fits easily over two of your fingers and removes dirt and dry and dead skin. It really preps your skin for the sheet mask portion nicely and I felt my skin seemed smoother and free of dry skin. After using the sheet mask, my skin felt moisturized and soft. The effects lasted over 24 hours and I do feel the peeling pad in combination with the mask really brightened and moisturized my skin and truly left it refreshed. I’d recommend this to anyone with dry and dull skin. But be careful if you have sensitive skin. What I like: I like how both the mask and the peeling pad have very mild scents and the pad is actually very gentle but effective at smoothing skin. The mask is comfortable and it really soaks my skin in essence. It’s moisturizing and has long-lasting effects, over 24 hours. The peeling pad is easy to use as well and stays on the fingers comfortably. This is really lovely for dry skin. What I don’t like: the mask is overall comfortable, but the eye holes are kind of small. Otherwise no problems. Rating: 9/10

I love multi-step masks. I feel as if I get more bang for my buck. This mask set includes a pad that's textured on one side and soaked in an AHA essence and it's purpose is to exfoliate the skin without scrubbing it with harsh textured beads. AHAs can be slightly harsh to the skin so this set also includes a sheet mask soaked in a Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract designed to soothe the skin after using the AHA pad. I didn't experience any tingling or stinging from the AHA pad and found it to be very gentle on my face but I have been using AHAs for almost 4 years. A new user may be sensitive at first to the ingredients. The sheet mask fit nicely on my face and my face felt super soft after the mask was removed and the ingredients absorbed. Also, I didn't know until I dumped the masks out of the box to take the photo but this set also comes with a handy dandy silicone finger pad thingy that is used to smooth the sheet mask over the entire face. I was quite surprised to find this in my box so if you had the opportunity to try this at a discount through 0.8L like I have, or you have purchased this product be sure to look for it.

The peeling pad was nice and big, and it fitted very comfortably over my fingers. It wasn't overly saturated (not dripping) but it was still very wet, enough to sweep across my face multiple times and also my neck and décolleté. Although there was a warning on the packaging, there was absolutely zero stinging or discomfort when I used it. About fifteen minutes later, I moved on to step 2. The mask was soaked in a slightly translucent serum, consisting of ceramide and green tea extracts. It was a very gentle mask that was well saturated and adhered very well onto my face. I took a quick 30-minute nap with the mask on, and when I took it off, my face looked calmer (definitely less redness) and slightly brighter. The mask was still quite moist and I had ample serum left over to pat over my skin. . . Compared to other AHA peeling pads and liquid AHA that I usually use, this peeling pad felt less potent and weaker in its effectiveness, because my face didn't feel as smooth or soft after using it. The Bbosong Lab AHA Peeling Pad and Ceramide Essence sheet mask is a 2 step mask set. I was excited to try it out especially with my husband 😝! Step 1: After cleansing, we start with the pad to help remove dead skin. We gently wiped our face with the embossed side of the pad. The size of the pad is quite large and sturdy. I used 3 fingers in the pad, my husband probably used 2 so it’s great for any hand size (man or women). These pads were quite refreshing and left my skin feeling clean without causing any irritation or redness. Step 2: Ceramide sheet mask. First thing we noticed is the amount of essence it had, like a dripping slightly watery essence. The mask material is very thin and adhered well to my face. Although it did overlap a little bit on the ends of my eye so I had to close them so the essence wouldn’t get in them. But I was able to fix it a little with my eyes closed. 😝 It also overlapped around my lips and the tasting wasn’t so great! Lol 😝 just wish it was made a little longer or bigger around those areas. After 25 minutes of wear time we took of the mask. There was still a lot of essence on my skin so I tapped it in; some of it absorbed but the rest I just let it dry on its own. The 2 step process made my face looking clear, hydrated, brighter and evened out my skin tone beautifully!
