The mask is big to cover my whole face. I left it on for 15 mins because the cream was dry fast than the liquidy essence/ampoule. There was little cream left inside the packet, but it was good enough to pat a thin layer of remaining cream into my face. My skin felt super moisture, soft, and hydrate without stickiness. I didn't use any extra skincare afterward. I really enjoyed this mask . 🌟Rating: 5/5. And, of course Calamine Powder to help protect skin against irritation. This mask was developed for skin that has special needs…skin that has been compromised, is rough and prone to break outs. It is also an ideal mask to help remove excess dead skin and soothe a damaged skin barrier caused by harsh dermatological treatments. Calamine is a mixture of zinc oxide (ZnO) with about 0.5% iron(III) oxide (Fe2O3). It is the main ingredient in calamine lotion and is used as an antipruritic (anti-itching agent) to treat mild pruritic conditions such as sunburn, eczema, rashes, poison ivy, chickenpox, and insect bites and stings. This mask is such a gem. When you open it it seams dry. I my first thought was, that it was old or it would be just stiff, and how wrong was I. This mask is filed with cream instead of runny essence or gel and it feels amazing on skin. It slowly dissolve the cream it contains and leaves the skin super moistured and supple. My skin does not feel greasy, as it just deposit as much as your skin needs. I love to use it with my heating device (@Cozcore_offical) and the effects surprises me every single time. It contains Panthenol, Madecassoside and Allantoin plus Calamine Powder that probably gives that mask such pretty pink color. I love it to the pieces. My skin feels amazing, the redness is reduced to the minimum and the soothing effect is fairly persistent. I already own & love their Cicarelief Cream so I was eager to try out the sheet masks of the same line. This mask is soaked in a calamine ointment cream intended to sooth, protect & repair the moisture barrier. It comes in a set of 10 and is really a nice quality sheet mask. It’s a 2-piecer!! As if that’s not exciting enough in itself!! It definitely ensures a great fit. The essence is creamy & the mask material is a bit stiff but the creamy essence ensures it adheres well. It has a faint medicinal fragrance that is probably due to the calamine. It also contains whiteners like niacinamide & licorice root, as well as moisturizing emollients & botanical extracts like madecassoside to assist with healing. I found it to be a really soothing, moisturizing experience that’s great for after a peel or drying clay mask. My moisture barrier has certainly never been healthier ever since I started using the REAL BARRIER line. I had issues around my chin area that consistently struggled with maintaining a healthy moisture barrier but these products have really helped to sooth & heal it. 💊💊💊💊 . . . . . . The Real Barrier Cicarelief Cream Mask is a dressing mask that claims to sooth irritated skin with Calamine and panthenol. I’ve been obsessed with sheet masks lately so when @0.8l_usa offered me a chance to review this product at a discounted price, I was excited! I’m used to sheet masks that are soaked in essence and come in one piece, so this mask was different for me. Instead of being soaked in essence, the mask had a film of cream on it and came in 2 separate pieces . Upon application, I thought the mask too dry and it had trouble staying on my face. After removing it in 20 minutes, I felt no difference. There was a layer of film left on my face but it was ever so slight, and it bothered me since it did not penetrate into my skin quick enough, so I ended up washing my face. Maybe the package I received was defective, but I would not reach for it again.

Impression: So a few deets the mask is one of those half & half masks as in you have a top portion & lower jaw portion to apply. They also happen to be adorably pink & incredibly soft. The mask was a bit big for my face & that's saying something cause I have a fat face & a massive head lol! Im not kidding I always have to get the larges size head bonnet or double up when I'm performing procedures at work. I didn't mind that too much though it just came down the bottom of my jaw. I kept this mask on for a total of 45 mins & it was still moist when I took it off, but I couldn't keep going as I was falling asleep. Upon removal I had a significant amount of cream sitting on top of my skin that needed to be patted in. The finish was soft velvety skin without any kind of sticky or clammy residue. And boy was my skin plump because even the finest lines on my face were absolutely gone after using this mask. I think if you were someone who has normal skin vs dehydrated or dry this mask could be applied at the very end of your routine as a cream & you'd be good to go. It is not enough for me however due to my dehydration so I sealed with Mizon Snail All In One Cream. P.S. When I woke up the next morning I had a very soft & beautiful glow to my skin, but more importantly, at least for me, areas where I had outbreak from acne were significantly reduced in size & less irritated looking. . . . Cost: $36 / 3 pack (on Atopalm website) however I received a 10 pack??? . . . Repurchase: Abso-fucking-lutely! One thing though on the Atopalm website it says that this comes in a pack of 3 & I pray that is some kind of mistake since that would basically make these roughly $10/mask & though I think they are worth it that would make them a splurge product rather than one I can use weekly without feeling guilty about it. . . . This mask's main ingredient is Calamine, if you don't know, or remember, wet that that is it's a pink cream famous for soothing skin rashes and irratents. For example, and I still remember this so vividly, my mother lathered it over my entire body when I had the chicken pox when I was a child. With that in mind, I thought it is genius that the ingredient would be included in skin care! I like to use this mask after I exfoliate. That's when my face is the most sensitive to harsher ingredients and normally I would apply a gentle toner and moisturizer and that's it. I found this mask completely comfortable. I also enjoyed how thick this mask is compared to other sheet mask. I felt it didn't dry out as fast as usual giving the ingredients extra time to perform their magic. Since I use this mask after exfoliating, normally done at night when I'm off work, I'm not sure how well makep performs over the ingredients but I would be willing to try it out once and update my review if anyone is interested. Well hello there! Just a quick review for this #Atopalm #RealBarrier sheet mask. As some of you might know, my HG moisturizer is from Atopalm and the time I saw this sheet mask, I just couldn’t help but get it! 👀 Lemme explain what this is, this sheet mask has special abilities in it. It is a face mask that soothes highly irritated skin with its highly concentrated and ointment cream formula. This paraben free mask is infused with high concentrations of Panthenol 5%, Madecassoside and Allantoin to soothe and calm. It also has Calamine Powder to help protect skin against irritation. 🙌🏼 The sheet mask comes in two sections, 1 part for the chin area and 1 part for the upper eye area. The sheet itself is very thick which doesn’t help with the adherence to the skin. Whilst the essence is rich and more of a lotion-y type, it does not have that thick formula where in the essence is dripping. It is somewhat dry but that was fine with me since it is more likely to soothe the skin rather than clogging the pores. 👍🏼 I followed the 20 minute mark wear and after removing the mask, my skin felt very moisturized, though not hydrated. I also saw that some of the redness on my skin due to a mask I used the other day seemed to calm down. 💆🏻‍♀️ I therefore conclude, this mask really helps irritated skin, it wont hydrate the skin but it will moisturize it and help soothe away its problems! 👼🏻

AtoPalm Real Barrier CICA Relief Cream Mask (courtesy of @0.8L_USA) I am torn on this mask ... I think it is the wrong time of year for me to be using it and I will love it in the winter time! This is truly a hard core repairing mask ~ it contains 5% panthenol, 10ppm of madecassoside and allantoin to help reduce inflammation and calm irritated skin. Calamine (I TOLD you this is the year for calamine!) will help protect your compromised skin ~ whether it is rough, dry, blemish prone. It will help whisk away excess dead skin flakes and also provide soothing care to your skin barrier. This paraben free mask doesn't use essence, but an OINTMENT that contains AtoPalm's CICARelief Cream + calamine, so there isn't any extra in the pouch. The mask sheet is two pieces and the sheet comes protected ~ sandwiched between two plastic sheets. The mask is very thick and take care to notice the differences in the two sides ~ one side has a slick, no weave (or pores as I like to call them) texture. That side faces outside as the other side, you can see the texture weave and "pores". That side is the side next to your skin. Trust me on this one ~ the slick side will do jack sh*t on your face except just sit there ~ you want the cream to absorb into your skin and that is the textured side. . . This fits pretty bad ~ lol ~ but once that baby is on my face and I press it down on my face, it is stuck like glue. Literally like glue. I reviewed the AtoPalm CICARepair Cream and I did compare its texture to glue, so it is no surprise that this mask would be similar. It has a great light lavender scent to it. After 30 minutes, the mask was still not dry, but I was feeling a bit claustrophobic so I removed it. The ointment/cream just sat on my face, so I patted it in and saw a very shiny face looking back at me ~ but my skin felt very soothed. I used this as a night care mask, and it was so rich, I just tossed on an eye cream and went to bed without any other skincare products. My skin in the morning had absorbed all of the cream and it felt so soft and smooth. I think this mask will be great for my oily skin type in the cold months of winter, as I did find it a bit daunting in the hot humid summer weather. For drier or compromised skin types, this would be a great repairing mask to have on hand. Two thumbs up for it, despite my reservations! It is pricey, though. Seeing as how it has some  awesome ingredients, and I have redness issues, I had to give this a go! 🌸 Claims & Info 🌸  10 PC's for $38.00, “A dressing mask that soothes irritated skin with a highly concentrated formula of calming, protective ointment cream. The nose part was a little larger than needed, I was able to fold it up and make it stick, if ya know what I mean lol! It's a two parter mask, which helped it fit so well! Btw, NOT sticky! For reals. I simply love these masks. I’m going to focus more on results and experience as opposed to ingredients and claims this time. // If you’ve been following me you know I love me a good Cica product as well as @atopalmusa sheet masks. I was at first turned off by the inclusion of essential oils and strong scent, especially as they’re marketed toward sensitive skin. // BUT ATOPALM makes some of the most high quality sheet masks in the game, on par with @jayjuncos Besides Centella Asiatica, the mask also contains Calamine, i.e. that pink stuff that we put on bug bites to calm itching and irritation! 🐝 // This particular mask is a lotion-type and I believe it is hydrogel material. I was a little confused when I first applied it because it felt so dry and thought there was no essence on the mask. But, I stuck with it and by the time I removed the mask I was shocked! // I was having a rosacea flare-up on my cheeks. I also loved that it had a backing on both sides which made it easier to apply. With my sensitive, over exfoliated, rosacea prone skin, I also love cream masks. They just give my skin that extra oomph it needs. Oily skin peeps, you probably won’t be able to use this year around, but should be able to use it in the winter ❄️. I am a huge fan of most of the ingredients in this mask which made it super attractive to me when I saw it on #08liter. It contains both Centella Asiatica and Madecassoside two biggies for sensitive skin. That’s a big plus.

Real Barrier Cicarief Cream Mask is a two layered mask that strengthens weakened skin barrier with MLE Real Barrier formula! This is the first time I’ve ever used a sheet mask so I don’t have anything to compare it to. When I first opened the package I didn’t like how slimy it was but when I put it on my face it felt really smooth and soft. I will definitely use all of the packages that I purchased for a discounted price! 💞

I'm becoming a huge fan of Atopalm Real Barrier line. Their use of the MLE technology ( which I won't pretend to understand more than just a little bit) is clearly helpful in strengthening skin barrier function because every product I've used by them ACTUALLY DOES WHAT IT CLAIMS. I always end up with calm, balanced and strong skin after using their products. Anyway, this mask is really unique because it's a two piece sheet soaked in a cream ointment rather than a watery essence. It's almost plastic-y but somehow it conforms really well to the face and is clingy for a long time. Because it is more of a cream, I like to use a hydrating sheet mask first, then use this as my final step, literally in place of my night moisturizer. This may not be ideal for those with dry skin, but I'm combination, so it's perfect for me. ___ The mask targets irritated skin, using good ol' calamine to soothe and protect. ( Any Girl Scouts remember the calamine song?!) So really for any reason you may need soothing this could be for you. I love it for break outs, or if I'm feeling over exfoliated. It also contains panthenol for soothing and fortification, ceramide NP, allantoin and madecassoside. I think this mask is great for any season despite skin type, but would be particularly fantastic for dry or easily dehydrated types in the winter. The material prevents moisture loss (even after the recommended 10-20 minutes) and the quality is nice. It fits well and snuggly because it’s split into two sheets (top and bottom). It honestly feels and looks like a second layer of skin. It does take a long time to absorb because the cream. Once I remove the mask I have to pat (and rub) in the cream for a while compared to essence sheet masks. ········· Overall, I’m not sure I would repurchase this as a mask. I learned from this experience that I prefer essence masks rather than a cream based one. It’s strange to pat the cream in and it takes a while. I would definitely purchase this as a cream in a tube form rather than a mask form though! I was only able to use one of the masks because the cream is too rich for my combo-oily skin right now. I used the mask after a chemical exfoliant and left it on for 20 minutes. I observed that it worked well in soothing the rougher parts of the skin. It felt moisturizing but not in a hydrating way. Since it’s a cream it mostly sat on top of my skin before absorbing but it didn’t fully absorb and afterward, I had removed the excess cream. The finish feels like an emollient lotion. My skin wasn’t as oily the next morning but I noticed some clogged pores. . I definitely would enjoy these more in the drier winter months. I like them for the soothing factor and would recommend it. The Atopalm Real Barrier Cicarelief Mask is great for irritated skin! My box came a bit banged up, but the masks were all intact. 💟💟💟 The description for this mask is "A dressing face mask that soothes irritated skin with a highly-concentrated formula of calming, protective ointment cream. Soaked in an ointment that contains calamine, and panthenol to help repair damaged skin from external aggressors." 💟💟💟 I used this mask when my face was feeling irritated & sore. The mask is two pieces soaked in the calming ointment cream, it's nice & cooling. The mask is thicker than most I've tried so it stays in place really well. My skin is oily & very acne-prone so I was worried the ointment cream would be too heavy & cause a break-out, but I was pleasantly surprised when I didn't. The ointment cream rubs in really nicely & helped my face feel so much better! 💟💟💟 I would recommend this mask to anyone with sensitive skin & will be using these often. 💟💟💟 Thank you @08liter_usa & @atopalmUSA for giving me the opportunity to try these masks for a trial fee!

Everything is jammed packed with cica and other skin calming and moisturizing ingredients. These masks are the perfect way to end your skincare routine. They have calamine, panthenol and madecassoside which will sooth upset skin and create a protective barrier. As the name implies, the Real Barrier line of products heal skin from the inside out by hydrating, calming and strengthening the skin barrier. These masks are amazing for breakouts and irritated skin. They're coated in ointment and adhere beautifully. They feel luxurious af. I'm not certain what the sheets are made of but they come in 2 pieces to ensure a snug fit. I love them! FINAL SCORE: 14/15

Many thanks to @08l_usa and @realbarrier for letting me try the Cicarelief Cream Mask. I absolutely love this mask! I like the way it comes packaged because it makes it super easy to put on. My eyes used to be really irritated and this mask helped soothe it out a bit. While using the mask I felt relaxed and my face felt like it was refreshed. After using the mask, my face was absolutely smooth and felt fully moisturized. I am very happy with the results of this mask. I totally recommend this product.
