I have a confession. Im a 💥💥DIMETHICONE SNOB💥💥 I can give you a whole slew of reasons why I try to avoid it, but the true reason FOR ME is breakouts. I have oily skin (yes Krista, you tell us in every post). Well I really do and you wanna know what usually follows my excessively oily skin? #ACNE So when I slather a silicone product on my face, it usually does nothing but create problems. Que review of HUITOMI SERUM & SUNSCREEN 🐍💚🐍💚🐍💚🐍 Serum-50ml (1.69oz) creamy gel like scented product contained in a air tight pump. The serum is loaded with good & ok ingredients. There is fatty acids from olives, Niacinamide, Allantoin, Lanthanum-rare earth elements, Banboo Water, Caviar Oil & DIMETHICONE. 💚🐍💚🐍💚🐍💚 I was worried AF that this product was gonna annoy my skin. BUT it hasn't! I've been using this strictly at night on top of my copper peptide (CP) serum, NOT EVERY NIGHT THO. A little fact: applying a high fat product(emu oil, Caviar oil etc.)on top of CP serum helps push the product deeper. The maker of the CP Serum advises this practice! 🐍💚🐍💚🐍💚🐍 Im proceeding slow & cautiously with my applications. I haven't had issue so far. For me, the ingredients & scent alone make me not love this-BUT THESE ARE JUST PERSONAL PREFERENCES. 💛☀️💛☀️💛☀️💛 The Suncream is fantastic. I have 2 tubes. I'm almost 1/2 way through one. There's no white cast. My skin doesn't get congested & the protection lasts a good 6 hrs. I've been using HUITOMI Serum for almost 2 weeks once in the morning and once at night, this product sinks in and gets absorbed by your skin quickly, doesn't leave any nasty residue, or leave your hands greasy. I just dispense 2-3 pumps on my palm and use fingers to gently spread on my face and neck. I believe the smoothness that this serum leaves my skin with is a perfect base layer for applying make up. . . HUITOMI SUN CREAM (SPF50+, PA+++) has breathable formula and easy application which leaves skin feeling soft, moisturized and indulgent. This sun cream protects skin against powerful UV rays, while keeps skin nourished and healthy-looking. HUITOMI Sun Cream feels so natural and has a non-greasy finish. This is a hard review to write as it is for two items and I have different feelings for each. I’ll start with the good. The Huitomi Serum is great! I loved the gel based serum. It is a little denser then most serums but it felt very luxurious and great on the skin. More gooey because of the gel base then liquid-y like most serums. I immediately felt a cooling effect from the serum on my skin. Also I noticed a difference right away, my skin felt much smoother and softer. I would 100% repurchase this item. Unfortunately, this Sunscreen is not for me. I immediately noticed this intense perfumed scent when applying it. It smells like some gaudy flower perfume that my grandmother would wear. It is also thick but not in a good way. Half way through applying I looked down at my hands and noticed that half of the sunscreen dried white on my hands and took some working it into my skin before the white disappeared. I also noticed that it left my skin feeling tacky and the product did not absorb at all. I will not be repurchasing or even finishing this bottle. Might be my least favorite sunscreen to date.

🌿 HUITOMI Serum & Sun Cream Impressions: This is the 2nd HUITOMI duo set that I’ve purchased from 0.8L in exchange for a review and to be straight up, I purchased this particular set to get another suncream which I reviewed a few weeks back. You can check out that review for full details but suffice it to say - I ❤️ it. I would never have believed I would ever say that about a chemical sunscreen but there it is... I’m absolutely in love with the rich creamy moisturizing qualities of this awesome sun cream that retails for around $7. I move on then to the serum which was included with this set. It comes in a airtight pump bottle that decants a lovely opaque gel rich with antioxidants & ingredients like caviar oils to moisturize, bamboo sap to penetrate deeply with sugars & nutrients and a mineral called lanthanum to sooth & heal. It’s wonderfully lightweight feeling going on with a gentle scent of flowers. I’ve been using this serum in the daytime because if it’s lightweight, non-greasy texture yet it does provide significant moisturizing effects. I prefer a fairly light routine in the AM and this fits in perfectly as it feels like an invisible layer that really sinks in & doesn’t conflict with other products to cause a pilling effect. It retails for around $32 for a 50ml pump bottle which I believe is a good value for the quantity and quality of fine effective ingredients that you’re getting. While I would highly recommend this formula in particular to mature skin types for its rich moisturizing & regenerating effects, I would also find it suitable for most skin types of any age because of its light, non-greasy nature. Another solid performer from the HUITOMI line. I would suggest if you see something from this brand - BUY IT.

I love each one so far, and these two skincare products came together! 💫 I’m going to share my Experience first on the Huitomi Sun Cream with SPF 50. 💫 Packaging: This pretty blue (70 ml.) squeeze tube with yellow lid is easy to hold in my hand. 💫 Consistency: I like how creamy this Sun Cream is, it goes on white, but disappears to clear when absorbed. It’s not too thick or too thin. 💫 Uses: I used this under my makeup in place of my normal moisturizer, and it feels great! I don’t have an oily feeling like some sunscreens may have. I also like that it lasted the whole time of wearing my makeup, about 9 hours. This Sun Cream can also be used on the body, and it absorbs quickly as well. I’m not quite sure what to think of the scent, it’s there when first applied, but seems to dissipate after fully absorbed. It doesn’t smell like your typical sunscreen though. 💫 Claims/Benefits: This Sun Cream blocks both UVA & UVB rays up to 8 hours! I like that it contains a natural rare element. It also has a anti-oxidation effect. Their Advanced Moisturizing Active Facial Serum is designed to maximize wrinkle care, whiten, moisturize and provide anti-aging benefits. The serum contains 50 ml (1.69 oz) and has a light powdery scent. The packaging is hard plastic and has a nice pump, which is always preferable. The serum has a soft, gel-cream kind of consistency. It blends out very easily and lightly coats the skin. It absorbs quickly and leaves a smooth, hydrated finish. Recommended use is to apply twice daily. It’s also recommended to use before the Advanced Moisturizing Active Facial Cream. Apply the serum to the face and tap softly to aid absorption. It’s ideal for both sexes and any age. After using, I did notice this stung on open wounds on the face and the powdery fragrance, while not super strong, it is noticeable and can be an irritant. The serum is very smooth and moisturizing and very pleasant to use. The ingredients are very rich and nourishing and I didn’t notice any irritation whatsoever. It’s very good for dry skin but does claim to be good for any skin type. I’d recommend this to people with mature skin, as well as dry and dehydrated skin. What I like: this is very moisturizing and rich and the ingredients are really nourishing. It’s easy to apply and absorbs quickly without being too sticky. I also like how smooth it feels. What I don’t like: the fragrance can be an irritant and it does sting on open wounds. Rating: 9.5/10

My skin is soft and fresh after application, without any sticky or whitish effect. It has a strong calming effect, goes on my skin clear and transparent. It's very encouraging knowing, that while I'm protecting my skin from harmful sun rays, my skin is also receiving, anti-aging properties. 🗣 This is my honest review of the Huitomi Serum & Sunscreen Set! 🌻 I was really intrigued by the ingredients in this serum- 🎋 Bamboo Sap- provides deep hydration, soothes skin - aids in cell regeneration 🐟 Pure Caviar Oil- gives you a hydrates glow and full of antioxidants to help improve skin texture ⛰ Lanthanum- an earth element stated to provide anti-inflammatory properties, activate your skin cells and help protect you from environmental factors. 🌻 I love using this serum, it has an almost satin texture as you apply, the scent is a great mix of a fresh and luxury that is very faint, it absorbs very quickly and leaves me feeling healthy! I do recommend using a heavier cream after ( they have one in the same line available!) Another highlight of this serum is the airless pump dispenser. It's designed to protect the serum from air ( it wont go rancid) and let's you get every last drop out of the bottle to use! 🌞 The SPF50+ sunscreen protects from UVA and UVB, also includes Lanthanum and has whitening and anti-aging properties as well! Sunscreen is the 10th step in a traditional Korean Skincare routine and such an important step. This sunscreen does not leave a white cast, is not greasy and layers under makeup really nicely! Huitomi Sun Cream & Serum . Sun Cream . This smells like a typical sunscreen. It isn't strong and I enjoy the scent. Has a white sheen until it absorbs. I really liked this sunscreen under my makeup. I set my entire face with powder and had no problems! No breakouts from this. I noticed when I wore it without makeup, my face was more oily than usual. I really like this sunscreen and will continue to use it under makeup! The photo I posted it the suncream under foundation and powder. . Serum . This serum is nice and light. It really abrorbs into my skin. I don't detect any scent. I liked wearing this after I used sheetmasks, but I really don't think it helped moisturize my skin at all. I will continue to use, as it claims to help with eczema and acne, but I just think it's drying out my skin more than helping. . I received this product at a discounted price for my honest review. I received the Huitomi serum and sunscreen set from 0.8l in exchange for my honest review. I have previously tried the Huitomi sunscreen, cream and sheet mask, so I'm excited at the opportunity to try the serum. This serum absorbs easily, is moisturizing and brightening like the other Huitomi products. Also, the effects are noticed from the first day. Both products contain natural mineral rare earth elements with strong antioxidant activity. The sun cream protects against UVA and UVB, and leaves no white cast. The serum contains high purity kebira oil and bamboo sap rich in minerals. Overall, I strongly recommend this Huitomi set and I think it will be great for winter.

Huitomi Serum: The serum is in gel consistency and it doesn’t leave any sticky or oily residue after applying. It is quickly absorbed into the skin as soon as applied and leaves my skin super hydrated. My skin is soft and glows after applying and I love the fact that this serum did not cause any breakouts. It hasn’t been long since I started to use it but it became my favorite serum now. It works great to use it under makeup as it moisturize my skin. Huitomi Sun Cream: I guess I still need couple days to see how it actually works. As far as I tried it didn’t leave any white cast upon applying. This cream has 50SPF with PA++++ and blocks both UVA and UVB. I’m glad I liked this sun screen so far..

✏️✏️✏️Review Time I received the Huitomi serum and sunscreen set for review purposes to give my honest feedback of the product. Thanks to Huitomi and @0.8l_usa for the opportunity to review these products. The huitomi serum I feel like is a great product with powerhouse ingredients like kebira oil at 99.9% purity and also bamboo Birch sap. These ingredients are rich in antioxidants which is great for your skin. It claims to be anti-aging, whitening, and moisturizing. I will say that I haven't used it long enough to see anti-aging and whitening effects, but it is very moisturizing. It's a clear, creamy consistency and sinks into my skin beautifully without leaving it feeling sticky at all. I am optimistic about the continued use of this product. Now to the sunscreen. It claims to not leave a white cast and last for eight hours, and to have anti-aging benefits. I believe all sunscreens have this effect because sun protection is the number one thing that you can do to prevent aging. I did use this on my face one time, but on further research discovered that alcohol is the second ingredient and I just can't use this on my face. I really wish that it didn't have this ingredient as I was looking forward to a good sunscreen. I regret that I can't use this on my face. I did apply this on my arms and hands instead. It didn't leave a white cast or have a greasy feel to it so I will be able yo use it in this manner. Again thanks to Huitomi and @0.8l_usa for this opportunity to review this product. The Lancell Bio Huitomi sun cream and serum set is another product I received through the 08L trial fee program, I've had the two for about a week, I've used the sun cream everyday since I received it and the serum on several occasions but not as frequently. The packaging of both products is almost entirely in Korean, but they did send a small pamphlet with them, it is not that informative though. The sun cream is SPF 50 with PA+++ (ppd 8-16) which in my opinion is only okay coverage, this alone is enough to keep this off my hg product list. I actually picked this up because I was curious about the serum. So when I first used the sun cream I thought I was going to hate it because it feels like spreading paint on my face. It smells very much like latex with a hint of chemical flowers and is so sticky plastic-y thick rubbing it in might be giving me wrinkles. However, it dries down within a couple of minutes and is surprisingly comfortable to wear afterwards. It's worth noting I haven't had any negative reactions to it either. Outside of the initial application this is probably the most comfortable sunscreen I have in right now. I did not see that coming. The serum has a slightly more pronounced fragrance, I think it's the same just a bit more of it. It is a wet gel that spreads and melts in well. I find it to be decently hydrating. My biggest issue with it is that it contains caviar oil, and I just don't really want to spread fish egg juice on my face you know? I suspect this ingredient might also be why they upped the fragrance content in the serum. I will use both products because I have them and I'm not having any horrible reactions but would I purchase them again? On behalf of @0.8l_usa and #lancellbio I was able to test and review the #HuitomiSerum and #HuitomiSunCream. The #HuitomiSerum is great for all skin types as it calms and regenerates the skin. I am also lucky to have the #HuitomiCream to use in conjunction with the #HuitomiSerum. I use both under my makeup, keeping my skin dewy in all places, preventing dryness, but not oily all day. The #HuitomiSerum is made of 99.9% Caviar Oil and mineral rich bamboo sap. Weekly, I use the #HuitomiMask that I trialed a few weeks ago. #LancellBioCo has multiple products that address all skin types as well as acne and eczema. The #HuitomiSunCream is an anti-aging, whitening and moisturizing sun blocker. The #HuitomiSunCream that is a sun protection lasting up to 8 hours. I am pleased with the #HuitomiSet that I received from @0.8l_usa and would recommend using #LancellBio skin care products for various needs one may have.

This is a set, so I’ll review each of the products. I really liked the serum. It has a nice light scent and doesn’t feel greasy. I put it on at night and in the morning my skin feels really nice, smooth, and moisturized. I’d give this serum a 9/10. I’m always searching for the “holy grail” of facial sunscreen. I’m looking for one that absorbs quickly, is not greasy, does not leave a white cast, and is at least SPF 30. This doesn’t quite fit the bill. It does come out white, absorbs medium fast, but it does leave my skin a little shiny...enough to have to apply translucent powder.
