This is the @beautykitchenjunkie Marionberry & Rosewater mask kit. . . 🍇Marionberry is actually a blackberry that comes from Marion County, Oregon. It is a blackberry marketed as ‘marionberry’ because it was developed by the USDA ARS breeding program in cooperation with Oregon State University. It is a cross between the ‘Chehalem’ and ‘Olallie’ blackberries. Blackberries are a high source of Vit C, making this an excellent antioxidant. . . 🌵It also contains Aloe Leaf juice, Organic Alcohol, Red Seaweed, Neem Flower & Leaf, Tumeric and a few other ingredients. . . 🎭This mask is of thin gel consistency. It has a strong and artificial grape candy smell along with a strong alcohol smell. When I receive masks like this I always do a patch test on my hand. In doing so, as I was spreading the gel across my hand, I began to feel a burning sensation, and after 4-5 minutes it got worse. So I rinsed it off and my hand was left extremely irritated and red. In these pics it’s not that clear, but my skin was really red. Then after 15-20 minutes it finally cleared up. So needless to say I can’t speak of how/what it does for your face because I didn’t put it on there. As usual Heather Marianna's Beauty Kitchen delivered. I love the Marionberry mask. First its easy to use, smells delicious, is versatile, and organic. I have tried the mask both as a mask and a moisturizer. You can put on the face and leave on to moisturize, or apply for 5-20 minutes to moisturize and firm the skin. I use both ways and my face feels hydrated, firm, and smooth. Of course I love the rose water. It is one of my favorite products. I love to use with clay mask, to spritz on throughout the day, or to spray on after washing my face. The rose water smells amazing, is moisturizing, and refreshes the skin.
