Today I'm reviewing the @snp.korea Split Ends Prevention Hair Mask~ 💆 I've been really into hair masks & new hair products recently, so I was excited to try this one, but I don't really think it lived up to all my expectations. The packaging is ADORABLE, but I think they could've given clearer instructions on how to put it on (I have so much garbage footage trying to use this thing rip). Also, it was really convenient that I didn't have to wash it off in the shower or anything afterwards, but it didn't really leave my hair feeling much different...if anything it just felt kinda oily lol. All in all I don't think I'd recommend these, but I'll use the ones I have up & try to give them another go 🤔

Upon receipt of purchased SNP hair mask at a discounted price in exchange for my honest opinion was a success. After reading the simplistic instruction I washed my hair combed it out and outside in I applied the mask. I left it on for 20 min. My first impression was there was too little solution to coat and treat my split ends. Once I took the mask pack off I realized I was wrong my ends looked healthier with luster after applying the leave in serum. In conclusion after applying the mask several times a week to my chemically damaged ethnic hair my hair was easy to manage less tangles and overall less breakage. 🧖‍♀️SNP Split End Prevention Hair Mask 🧖‍♀️ This product is supposed to prevent split ends on the hair.  I was impressed with the directions on this product. They are so specific that there is no way to mess it up. They also have a video available for those people who hate to read. I was so excited to try this, but I was super let down. STEP 1- HAIR MASK  I tried two hair masks and they both seem a little dry inside. There wasn't a ton of product inside the hair caps and I didn’t think the product properly dispersed into my hair.  STEP 2-LEAVE IN SERUM  I  used this after the hair mask. The product came with a lot of serum which I thought was good. It wasn't scented which is also good. The downside was that it left my hair super oily!!!!! I couldn't straighten or curl my hair because it was so oily. The second time I tried the serum, I used less, and it did the same thing. The directions said style, as usual, good thing I'm always rocking a messy bun, and nobody could tell what a greasy mess I was after this mask. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ Results: This product made the ends of my hair a little softer, not a significant amount. I have always thought trimming your split ends was the only way to repair your hair 💇🏼‍♀️. Well I’m officially sticking my foot in my mouth 👠👄. SNP Split Ends Prevention Hair Mask not only repaired my split ends but has prevented it from getting any worse when using heat on my hair. Let me tell you exactly how and why it worked beautifuly for me. I got a split ends hair mask to try from SNP and I like it!. It contains shea butter, vitamins A and E, and lots of other great ingredients! It has 2 steps: the hair mask, and the serum. I put the hair mask on for 15 minutes, then I put on the serum. The mask is supposed to be put on at the end of the ponytail, but I just wore it on my whole head, and it worked well! My hair was smoother and easy to brush out after using this!

Split ends hair treatment mask! What a struggle to put it on initially. It did make my hair super soft but honestly my hair looks the same before and after. I really like the way it smells too - like fresh cotton? I would definitely use it maybe once a month - especially after doing something super drying like swimming. It’s a super cute otter pattern! Would wear around the house no problem. Make sure to tie the mask above your hair tie or it could slip off.

So, I love a good hair treatment. I have dry, bleached hair under the dye, so I need all the help I can get. It was a little hard to get my hair in the mask and I had to supply my own hair tie to hold it in place. I did like the extra serum supplied after the mask itself. It was watery, but there was a lot of it and my hair feels really soft after using it.

I wouldn’t recommend using the whole amount in shorter hair, or hair that is excessively oily. I don't think there's a female on earth that would not love this mask! I love the simplicity. This has shea butter and hydrolyzed keratin. No parabens, mineral oil, gluten, sulfates, synthetic dyes, petrolatum, or phthalates.It doesn't take but 10 to 15 minutes to use this and you have gorgeous hair. I love that you don't have to leave this in overnight because that just seems like too much for me to sleep in. This two part mask is so easy and convenient. First you use the actual mask and tie it up into a ponytail. I left it in for 10 minutes. Then you remove and apply step two which is the leave in serum. The first mask I used I put all of it in my hair and that was too much for my short hair. So the bonus for me is that I have left over serum to use on other days. I highly recommend this to anyone. The set of five retail for $25.00, but the packs of one is available at your local Walmart for $2.50. I only have two photos of this because I got a new phone. SNP Split Ends Prevention Hair Mask was one of its kind I have ever tried so I can't compare. I wish I had a longer time to use the product and make a proper review. On first impressions SNP hair mask looks cute and fun! The packaging is the cutest thisng, its meant to look like a little rabbit on the hair. This split end prevention hair mask is a two step mask, I love that no rinse is needed and it only takes 10 to 15 mints to do. Step 1: The mask has a soft sweet scent and is very easy to apply. The instructions are very clear and detailed. Just make the hair in a pony tail, grab mask like a glove inside out, once hair is in hand pull outside in and tie around the pony tail with the little ears. woalà! a cute blue bunny was hanging from my hair. massage and leave for 10 to 15 mints. Step 2: apply hair serum. The serum did not had any scent to it. (always a plus for me) I poured the serum in my hand, it is very runny and liquid like and I massaged in to my hair. I think next time I will not use the entire package of serum, because it left my hair very oily. other then that it did left my hair shinny and soft. I will definitely keep using this product and will recommend!

🔶🧡💁‍♀️I’m back again with yet another unique hair masking solution from SNP (Shining Nature Purity), the Split Ends Prevention Hair Mask! I’m excited to see the results, since I absolutely loved their Overnight Hair Masking system. This innovative, quick hair mask is intended to repair and nourish damaged split ends for whenever you feel your hair needs that extra love. I’m enamored with the idea of this, since I have long bleached blonde hair and constantly struggle with split ends even with my routine salon visits. I think using both the overnight and split ends mask will really help my hair in-between appointments. This mask is enriched with nourishing ingredients like shea butter, hydrolyzed keratin and keratin amino acids that work to strengthen and maintain healthy hair..........🧡 However, after looking closer at the ingredients and doing a bit of research, I discovered that this mask contains silicones such as Cyclopentasiloxane and Dimethicone while the (Step 2) serum contains both of those as well, plus Amodimethicone and Cyclohexasiloxane. I am disappointed because the SNP Overnight Mask contained none of these. While on one hand, silicones can benefit hair by making it easier to detangle and seal in moisture, on the other most silicones are not water soluble and therein lies the problem. Without it being able to dissolve it builds up and dries your hair out, weighs it down, prevents conditioners and other moisturizers to penetrate strands and is hard to remove, therefore causing more breakage. So, I’m going to fully try it out, but I’m not sure if I’d frequently use it...........🧡 The directions are clearly labeled in both words and diagrams. Begin with completely dry hair, as this is recommended so that you can style and go forth with your day, but I can see doing this whenever if you’re not going out. To begin, you simply put your hair in a ponytail and take out the mask from the top portion of the package clearly labeled Step 1 Restorative Mask. In my opinion the overall shape of the mask looks like a mermaid tail, so take the tail ends (or bunny ears if you prefer) and split them apart along the perforated line. Now pull the flaps apart and open up the mask. Then, turn the mask inside out, just like you would if you were picking up dog poo in your back yard (yes, this is exactly what I thought, lol😂)...........🧡 Now that the animal print is over your hand, grasp your hair (I wadded most of what I could in my hand) and pull the mask right side out to capture all of your hair. Since I have long hair it took some extra work to push the length of it into the pouch. Voila! Now it’s time to tie up the bunny ears to secure the mask in place. After I tied it up, I did make sure to squish and distribute the product as well as possible using my hands to make sure I was actually targeting the ends. At this point it dawned on me that the pouch may not really work as well for those with shorter hair, because most, if not all of the product is all the way in the bottom where the ends may not reach. It seems like there should be an extra step here to allow product to be worked into the hair with the hands (like in the overnight mask) before putting on the masking pouch. I love the adorable little otter pattern and how comfortable it sits with all of my 24+ inches of hair inside. Be sure to wait the recommended time of 10-15 minutes, just like doing a face mask, only for your hair. I think this is a perfect amount of time that allows you to get your makeup ready for the day. There is an obvious baby-product scent to the pouch, but in case you’re sensitive to it, I’m glad to report that none of it was left behind on my hair afterward. After the time was up, my ends felt hydrated, smoother, and much easier to brush. The Step 2 serum is intended to provide volume, strengthen and give a healthy glossy appearance to your hair. It’s really easy to do this part, since all you have to do is work the serum into your ends with your hands...........🧡 I think it resulted in a nice shine, but I can see that if I’m not careful with how much I use, it could leave my hair weighed down and oily. Furthermore, instead of using this 2-3 times a week, I would recommend once every other week to avoid buildup of the silicone. I hope that SNP will move to a fully silicone free version of this product in the future, to bypass these negative side effects since I love everything else about it.💁‍♀️🧡🔶

Very interesting product. I didn’t have high hopes for this due to the lack of product in the pack and short amount of time left on the hair. I was pleasantly surprised by the results. I have frizzy,curly,dry, processed hair. Keep in my that I’m a stylist with access to the very best in the business. I’m always impressed by the quality of Korean products and this is no different. I was left with smooth,soft and shiny frizz free hair. I didn’t even need to iron it and that is a must usually. It’s free of parabens, sulphates, artificial colors and safe for color treated hair. You really can’t go wrong with any of these hair masks.

this hair mask claims to repair the split ends, restore your hair, and make it smooth and shiny. its enriched with shea butter and keratin to strengthen and nourish your hair. it also claims to relax hair, repair damage hair and prevent breakage. . the product is very easy to use. leave the cap provided on your hair for 15min and then apply the serum and style. . . I enjoyed using this product. it did leave my hair soft and shiny. the serum had my ends looking a tad bit greasy but I think it's meant to use if your going to curl it. I don't really curl my hair. my split ends aren't as bad as they were. I think if I repurchase it, they will continue to disappear. over all I do recommend it if you have damaged hair. it does relax it and makes it so soft and shiny. I think this would be great for someone with colored treated hair and damaged hair.

I am so disappointed that I am waiting for some of the 08l product to be delivered. I was suspended because I totally thought these products would come in time. The mail/packages are lost/stolen. The problem with 08l is if the products get lost there is nothing that can be done. when its 1 ok I lost 3.98 but when it like 4 or 5 products it's a problem. I have never recieved a try free all my products I pay small fee. Dissapointed and frustrated.

My hair is already bad and full of split ends, but I wanted to see what this mask could do. The instructions were easy enough, put your hair in a ponytail slap this baggie on it, and wait 10-15mins. Then add the 2nd step serum and style as usual.... Well, I did this after my shower on dry hair. I ended up with a mess. I didn't even use a fraction of the serum. I dried it again, and it was just greasy and gross. You cant possibly style it. So honestly I dont know if it improved my hair any. Maybe if you do it the night before you wash your hair?
