WIsh trend clear skin shield patches, come in three sizes and large enough for bigger zits, they have a nice concentrated center on them to really help pull out the gunk from bigger angry zits, to apply it's like a bandaid, you can wear these for a day or two but you'll find you need to remove them once they feel puff up a bit cause then its time to peel its off and remove the gunk from your zit, wash the area and if needed apply a new one, I have stubborn chin acne and I used it on my one zit and overnight it cleared it up! it's best to use these as soon as you see a zit pop up to help keep it from progressing, they stay on when washing the face or using a facial moisturizer, these blended in with my skin tone but darker skin tones it will show up more, I feel these really help to keep airborne and if someone or your self touches your face keeps the bacteria from getting in there and keeps you from wanting to pick at it. The package came with two packets of 12mm patches, and one packet of 14mm. Both are very versatile sizes, and would work anywhere on the face. They are a great combination of a thicker hydrocolloid center and a thinner adhesive cover that extends out further. They are matte on the skin and barely visible when on, as you can see in the photo where I am pointing at the patch on my skin. My only problem with the design of this patch is that the thinner material is hard to peel off the sheet without stretching or folding it. This means that the area where you have lifted it up is visible on the skin, and can also mean that the patch doesn't sit as flush to the skin. That firm contact is what helps the hydrocolloid part pull stuff out of your skin, and they really only work on acne that has come to the surface. It helps to absorb the pus, and also protects the pimple from new dirt and bacteria which helps it heal faster. These are very affordable at $12 for 36 patches, and I feel lucky I got to try them out at a reduced cost thanks to 0.8L. I have tried 3 or 4 different brands of acne patches, and mostly am looking for an item I can wear overnight to clear up a blemish as fast as possible. These were not the fastest but they were among the most inconspicuous, so if that is important to you I highly recommend them. A lot of people wear them during the day, although I did try putting concealer or foundation over these and it made the patches more noticable (not less). I may repurchase just to have a good option for daytime wear, although I will stick with my current favorite for nighttime. The center area is smaller than my current ones, but seem to absorb well just the same. Like most hydrocolloid patches, you can tell they are working because the clear material turns somewhat white. I love that the patches came with two little bottles of Mandelic Acid to prep the skin, although I wish there had been better instructions included for its use. *update: after using these some more, I have found that they may not absorb as quickly or completely as the ones I had been using, but they also don't leave as much pitting or marks after removal.

I have tried several different brands of acne and blemish patches and I'm obsessed. Hydrocolloid bandages have been around a long time in wound care, and eventually someone saw the wisdom of using these for blemishes. I mean, a pimple is a type of wound to the skin, so it makes perfect sense. Hydrocolloid only adheres to intact skin, and by that I mean you won't have to worry about it actually sticking to the blemish and becoming difficult to remove. It will only adhere to the skin surrounding the pimple. Hydrocolloid is a substance that forms a gel in the presence of fluid and traps it in one spot. Studies on hydrocolloid patches have shown they also reduce inflammation, redness, hyperpigmentation, and sebum levels for at least 7 days. These patches protect skin from external damage and contamination from water, dust, and bacteria. They are biodegradable and completely impermeable to bacteria, thus preventing infection. They work by drawing out the pus and fluids and turning them into a gel, effectively trapping it in the bandage. They come with 2 small vials of Mandelic acid, which is an aromatic alpha hydroxy acid derived from bitter almonds. It targets three key concerns: wrinkles and fine lines, hyperpigmentation and discoloration, and as an acne treatment because of its antibacterial properties. It's also shown to effectively help even those suffering from cystic acne! Directions: Apply a small amount of the Mandelic acid to the pimple and tap with your finger until absorbed. Take care to only apply to the pimple. Once dry, take appropriate sized hydrocolloid bandage and apply it over the pimple. Final analysis: I had never used a pimple patch before, and let me tell you, these little suckers are AWESOME!! They are so thin they're nearly transparent, yet able to cover your blemish making it almost disappear while being spot treated. The pimple that I had would normally take 4-6 days to heal and it only took 2 days with this patch on. It absolutely helped to diminish redness. Where are these little powerhouse patches when I was a teenager suffering from cystic acne?!? The Wishtrend Clear Skin Shield Patch is one of those products you wait to review till you have a zit. Yaaay! i was actually quite impressed with this product. Inlike the Cosrx patch I have been using the pack has 36 patches- 24 medium and 12 large. I was excited as I always end up throwing out the tiny patches. Beyond that they work just as well as the Cosrx patches.

💡💕💡The trick with using these is to make sure that no air gets in. Make sure that the patch is all the way on and not curling up on the corners. Also, make sure that the middle circle of the patch goes directly over the blemish. If you do both these things than within 5 to 8 hours your pimple will be gone or 90% gone depending on the size.💡💕💡 💓⚡💓These will not work unless you apply as I stated above. I woke up a few mornings disappointed and then I learned these tips. I decided to try again so I applied the patch using these tips and woke up Ecstatic. BY Wishtrend Clear Skin Shield Patch This is a hydrocolloid patch that acts as a protectant from dust, pollution, and other extremities that may aggravate your acne. This is great for extracting whiteheads out of your face without applying force which may damage your skin. It's relatively easy to use as you only need to apply it on top of the Whitehead and wait till it does its magic. This is also great to out on newly popped pimples to make it heal better and not leave any marks on your face. I'm a picker so this is great to protect my pimples from my hands!

I'm in my 30s so wasn't sure I'd actually get a blemish that would reach the level of needing this product during the review period...but my confused skin has obliged! I woke up with a red spot on my chin one day and applied this patch. I was very pleasantly surprised about how well this patch blended into my skin. I only wore it around the house, but I think you could get away with running errands while wearing this! That being said, this is not a miracle cure. I don't think it has any active ingredients, it's just a bandage. So, I maybe saw a little extra healing relief after wearing this patch for several hours, and it definitely kept my fingers off my skin, but I can't say it cured my blemish.

Another brand has a hydrocolloid patch! I'm always excited for these as it's fun to compare and see what brands come up with. They're also super useful and I love having them around for when I have a particularly bad break out. The Wishtrend ones are no different from some of the other brands that have acne patches out. These are fairly similar to the original cosrx ones, in that they aren't super thin and are also a bit shiny. They are thicker in the center so they keep a pimple moist, which helps with the healing process. These come in two separate sizes - 14mm x 1 sheet and 12mm x 2 sheets. They do work best on dry skin and don't really work well under makeup as they are thicker and not really matte. Overall a good acne patch that retails for about $12.00 for 36 patches. Patches like this are a life saver whenever I have a stubborn cystic breakout. I just place one of these on before bed and the sucker decreases in size the next morning. This comes in 2 sizes (12 and 14 mm). They're also great to bring along when I travel.

I’ve tried patches like these from Cosrx and Peach & Lily, so I was excited to try these by Wishtrend. Appearance and size wise all of these were similar, but the ones from Wishtrend were a little harder to remove from the plastic sheet to which they were attached. Once applied, they stayed in place until I removed them. From the pics, you can see how much less inflammation and redness there is compared to before I used these. The pictures show the difference after first wearing the patch for ten hours. It took three days of wearing these Wishtrend patches before I could say that my skin was cleared. For comparison, that is the same number of days that it takes Cosrx to work on my skin, and one more day than it takes the Peach & Lily Peach Slices to work for me. Overall, these are good patches but they aren’t as good as the Peach & Lily ones. I would recommend these patches to others because they do work, but in my case other patches work faster.

I've heard some complaints about brands all coming out with the same thing, but I for one welcome each and every brand to come out with hydrocolloid patches because it just makes it that much easier to access them when I need them most. However, I was not impressed this time around. The patches are thin (swipe for pic) and come in two sizes (12 mm and 14 mm) which is great as they cover more than other patches I’ve tried. You can used them overnight or during the day under your makeup. I used them at night since the adhesive holds up pretty well and protect my pimples from all the toss and turning I do overnight. In the morning I could notice the patches filled with the lovely yucky stuff pimples come with, but didn’t see much difference when it came to reducing the size of the pimples and making them flatter.(Swipe till the end and please don’t get grossed out, 🙈) . .
