Take out one piece of ToothTab and put it in your mouth. 2. Chew it properly until it bubbles and brush your tooth with a toothbrush. ( If teeth brushing is trouble to you, you can skip the brushing step. It's okay to make your teeth clean, just by chewing ToothTab and rinsing with water.) 3. Rinse your mouth with water and spit it out. This company does not have any harmful ingredients like Paraben or SLS in these products! 🌟🌟🌟 My Experience: I had never heard of these before and I have to say I was missing out. I was excited and then sad that I wasn’t picked the first go around. Even third I really thought I was just going to order online. When I got picked I really didn’t care what flavor until I realized I received Lemon. Ever had citrus after brushing your teeth? Ewww😝 yup that’s what I was thinking. Soooo.... took a tablet chewed it up BAM 💥 fresh as you can,super mint flavor in my mouth. Foamier than I thought I started to brush my teeth with a toothbrush and two minutes later clean teeth. I’ve been having problem with sensitive teeth lately and this actually has helped me. Portability-10 Price-10. SalTherapy Laboratory Tooth Tab Gargle & Brush is a solid toothpaste made with bamboo salt. This one is flavored with lemon and mint. The main ingredients are silicon dioxide, sodium flouride, sodium pyrophosphate, phridoxine, etc. This does not contains any harmful ingredients like paraben or SLS. You can carry this easily in your suitcase, purse, gym bag, bookbag, etc without the risk of spilling out and making a mess if you used a regular toothpaste. It also safe to use on airplane too. This toothpaste is so easy to use and works better with a toothbrush. It has a stronger mint taste than a lemon. I have fresher breath and cleaner tooth while using this. I like that it cools my mouth while brushing. The convience of having this toothpaste in my purse is great when I need it as a emergency to clean my teeth and feeling clean if I eat something that has a strong smell which eliminates it. I like that I don't have any mess like I do when I apply toothpaste to my toothbrish, which sometimes falls on the sink or floor. All I have to do is chew it and brush. I give this a 9/10. Honestly ToothTabs were quite interesting. I didn’t taste any lemon notes but I definitely tasted mint, there was a third flavor that was distasteful but I couldn’t tell you what it was. Once you pop the ToothTab in your mouth you have to bite it down in order for it to foam and you can choose to swirl it around and spit it out or brush your teeth regularly. I opted to brush regularly, it foamed up nicely and I was able to brush like regular. While I wasn’t an exact fan of the flavor, it did leave my mouth minty fresh and my teeth were really clean. This is not a cheap toothpaste it cleans nicely. I think ToothTabs are perfect for someone who likes to travel and go camping. These are also perfect for someone on the go a lot, keep them I. Your bag and pop in when you need some refreshing.

Este producto es muy bueno, al principio dude de su efectividad, pero enserio q limpia muy bien los dientes, solo se mastica una tabletita hasta que haga burbujas y listo. se enjuaga y deja muy limpio los dientes, no se necesita cepillo, pero con cepillo mucho mejor. Lo recomiendo mucho. El sabor casi no me gusto, pero lo q me encanto esq mis dientes se sienten súper limpios después de cada uso.

This is probably the most unique thing I have tried. o do like the idea of using it on the go and keeping it for camping, traveling, or in my purse. Great way to keep your teeth clean with put the hassle of a toothbrush, water etc. the taste is awful but I'm sure there are better flavors out there. definitely worth having around.

I received the ToothTab Chewable Toothpaste Sparkle Lemon complimentarily for free from 0.8L in exchange for my honest review of this product. I could not wait to try it after it arrived! I was not initially impressed with the fragrance after I opened the plastic bottle, but I wanted to try the product right away. The round tablets resemble an aspirin shape. I chewed one tablet and waited for the foam to appear, which was quick, and then I spit it out and rinsed with water. How refreshing! The taste in my mouth was quite pleasant, a bit lemony, and my breath was freshened as a result. I was impressed with the convenience of a cleansing tablet versus regular toothpaste. I can see where this product would come in handy at work, on the go, travelling, etc. I highly recommend this product as an alternative to regular toothpaste.

I really like using the ToothTab Gargle & Brush tabs. They are easy to use, simply put one in your mouth, chew and brush. wet your toothbrush and brush. I really like how it really foams up while brushing. My teeth, tongue and mouth feel clean and refreshed after each brushing. Talking about innovative product, here is @saltherapy_page Tooth Tab Gargle & Brush 🍋 . No, those lil tablets are not vitamin C or supplements; they’re chewable toothpaste made from bamboo salt! Say WHAAATT... 😮😮 . Just pop a tablet and chew it until it bubbles, then you have an option to either use a toothbrush or rinse it off with water. I prefer using a toothbrush because it feels more hygienic. To be honest, the flavor is not really my favorite. It is super minty and the taste reminds me of “chalky” medicine 💊 But it does a good job making my mouth feel clean afterwards. . The great thing is, it’s super travel friendly. It’s a solid toothpaste, so you don’t have to worry about it squirting all over your belongings while traveling. The packaging is very lightweight and compact, perfect for backpacking or carrying in your purse for emergency halitosis help. Overall, very interesting idea and definitely would try another flavor. I was sent SalTherapy’s ToothTab Chewable Toothpaste Sparkle Lemon by 0.8L free in exchange for an honest review. I used the tabs 2 x a day, morning and evening. I liked the lemon version of these tooth tabs, but not as much as the grapefruit. The flavor is very gentle and the product foams up very well. Rinses super clean! Again, these are perfect for travel, camping, any type of transport because they will not leak in your bag.

toothtabs have a great flavor. I love the lemon/minty combo. They cleaned my teeth. Better with a toothbush, but in a pinch, it's nice to not have to worry and still have a clean mouth and fresh breath! love them! so glad I got to try them from 0.8Liter free!!

This is a very interesting product. I have sensitive teeth so I normally use sensodyne toothpaste. What I don’t like is sensodyne tube. It’s actually not so easy to get the last few out. With these chewable, you don’t waste anything. I think it’s very convenient to travel with. It did get some getting used to but it works fine. This comes in many favors and can be purchased on amazon for $11.99. I don’t think I’ll purchase it for my use again since I prefer a toothpaste like sensodyne for my sensitive teeth. Cool product

This product is so interesting! Chewable toothpaste? Who knew! One tablet is enough to brush your teeth! Once you start seeing the bubbles you start brushing your teeth as normal! This product is amazing for soldiers who go to the field a lot or deployment. Because they can’t brush their teeth or shower at least with this amazing product they’ll be able to have clean smelling breath. Smells strong but has a mint freshness in it as well. You don’t necessarily have to brush your teeth but you can if you want. Can spit it out after gargling the bubbles. I have never tried the tabs before, so these are kind of cool! Pop one in your mouth, chew a bit, then brush! They foam up really well surprisingly. My teeth felt clean afterwards, so they do the job! My only complaint is the flavor, Lemon with a little mint is different. My son was not a fan for sure. But all in all, a Good product.

I received these ToothTab Chewable Toothpaste in return for my honest review from #08L_USA. In my picture that includes many teeth cleaning products and in the very front are 2 of these chewable toothpaste tablets. If you want fresh breath and clean feeling teeth, then these ToothTab Chewable Toothpaste in Sparkling Lemon are a great way to achieve this when you are unable to brush your teeth the traditional way. (The other tablets are mint flavor in which I reviewed in a previous post). In the beginning I was very hesitant about trying chewable toothpaste tablets, but after trying their mint chewables, I was excited to try the Sparkling Lemon ones. I have to admit I was a little skeptical about was the lemon flavor. I believe it was only because I haven't tried any lemon flavored toothpaste. Again to my surprise I found that I really like them. The Sparkling Lemon chewables are actually good. I tried my first one in between seeing patients. I wanted fresh breath and clean feeling teeth, but was unable to brush. Another time, I chewed up one of the tablets then brushed my teeth as usual then rinsed out my mouth. My teeth felt extremely clean and even looked whiter. My mouth felt fresh and I was ready to go on with the day. I would highly recommend this product to others. I have even shared this information to my team members at work and shared these tables to family members. This product is great for taking to work so I can have clean teeth and fresh breath anytime. Also for some, it would be great to take on weekend trips, especially camping. I can NOT say enough about #SalTherapyToothtabs I received the #SparkleLemon from #0.8liter_usa completely #Free to try and give my honest review. The Toothtabs Toothpaste are actually pretty cool! They taste like toothpaste without the toothbrush and extra time it takes to brush. I like the 🍋#LemonSparkleFlavor alot😁 It is very REFRESHING and believe it or not, these neat little tabs are NOT chalky or gritty and do not leave a horrible after taste in your mouth. You just chew it up, swish it around and spit🙃 Pretty simple☝ Now would I recommend this? Absolutely💯 In the place of my daily brushing, flossing and mouthwash routine? Ummm, I will have to say NO. What I like about this product is how to use it when loading it in your wallet or on a trip. I do not like the taste. It cleans your teeth very well, but it does not leave you with that freshness as a conventional cream.
