It is 100% vegan as well. I really like his eyeliner! I wear eyeliner a lot so I was very excited to try this as I was also running low on a liquid formula. The packaging is to die for! Though, since the pen is brown I thought it was going to be a brown ink so definitely relieved that it's actually black. It's perfect for everyday and takes no time to use which I love. The ink is pigmented and does not smudge and lasts all day. Removal was easy as well. I highly recommend this product! I am reviewing the Nicopy perfect edge eyeliner which I received at a discounted rate in exchange for an honest review. I do like this eyeliner. It has a brush rip which makes it easy to do fine lines and wings. It doesn't have a matte finish when it dries down but isn't too shiny either. However I do have to go over it a few times to get a opaque line. It also doesn't have the greatest staying power. I have very problematic eyelids and it's hard to find liquid liners that don't run or skip and that's a big plus for this one. It also isn't waterproof or smudge-proof. In my opinion it's a good but not great eyeliner.
