NoTs is a very popular Korean based cosmetics brand that focuses mainly on skincare. The name stands for “Noble Through Skin” this line was initially created out of love. A mother saw how her son was in pain from being diagnosed with Atopic Dermatitis and she researched and put together a team of dermatologist and researchers to make the safest cosmetics for her son, and that’s how NoTs came to be. This is the first product I have tried from this company. The 28 day moisturizer. This lotion is made to get the layers deep inside your skin to effectively manage the oily zones while soothing the dry areas. It works to calm and improve hydration level. It also has brightening and anti-wrinkle effects. As well as helping acne-prone skin. Pretty much everything I need in a bottle! The main ingredients are: Nopal extract (moisture), Camellia Sinensis Leaf extract ( skin protection), Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice ( refreshing), Chamaecyparis Obtusa Leaf extract ( soothing), Centella Asiatica extract ( damage prevention). I also put up some info from their site if you want to see it. This product is supposed to be used after you cleanse and tone your face, before serums. That caught me off guard a little and I did it wrong of course at first. Then I started using it that way and I noticed that my skin stayed moisturized longer. So instead of using this as a last step, use it as a third step before serums in your morning routine. This has helped with my monthly breakouts significantly. Along with the two other products of theirs I have been using. No wonder this brand is so popular in Korea! It really works and also makes your skin better all around. Day time moisturizer . . . . . Idk why but I’ve been super oily recently. Maybe the season change? I have been testing out this @nots_official moisturizer from @0.8l_usa since I’ve been looking to get this day time shine in control without being extremely dry. This moisturizer is meant to balance acne prone skin. The active ingredient is dimethicone which is a silicone base ingredient. Though it smooth out my texture quite a bit, I’m starting to notice extra blackheads and bumpiness everywhere. They are super tiny and super annoying. Though this moisturizer is lightweight, I don’t think the slight blurred effect it gives is worth the increasing amount of bumps in getting from it. Back to the drawing board!

I tried #nots 28 Lemidie Balancing Day Lotion 🌻 It is supposed to soften, and hydrate the skin to help increase your skin’s texture. 🌻 Balance the sebum levels in your skin-so it’s aimed for oily, acne skin types. 🌻 Improve dullness, and wrinkles. 🌻 The Main Ingredients are: Nopal extract Neem extract Niacinamide Adenosine 🌻 Its a clear, white cream, and I noticed after I applied it on my face, my skin did feel softer, and more matte. It did have a brightening effect as well. It worked great under my liquid foundation, and makeup, and didn’t make my skin feel oily, or greasy. 🌻I highly recommend this for anyone with oily-prone, and acne skin types. I give this a 5/5. NoTS (Noble Through Skin) 28 Remedy Balancing Day Moisturizer @nots_official I was really excited to be able to test out this product since I've heard really good things about it. This product is said to provide nourishment for Acneic Woman Skin. It also claims: 💧to soften and hydrates the skin for enhanced suppleness  💧prepares the skin for maximum skincare results 💧light weight texture is easily absorbed by the skin 💧replenishes lost moisture 💧improves  skin conditions which are too dry or too oily 💧approved for whitening and anti-wrinkle function The NoTS 28 Remedy Balancing Day Moisturizer has a really simplistic design and comes in a slim pump bottle, perfect for sanitation issue. The texture is gelish and has a serum type consistence. The first real main issue was that this is said to be a day moisturizer, yet it contains no SPF.  With the first few days of trying this, everything was going great. The product glides on easily and drys to a matte finish within a minute. Scent is barely detectable, if any. But after close to a week, that's when I start feeling a bit different about this product. Yes, it still drys down within a minute, but after those few days, my face has felt indifferent. My cheeks began to feel flush, they became red and itchy. Overall, my whole face was beginning to be itchy. There were bumps and rashes, all over my cheeks, chin, nose, eyelids, forehead, basically everywhere that it was applied.  I think the main culprit was the active ingredient Dimethicone, a silicone base polymer that helps products glides across the skin to fill pores and fine lines, the purpose of anti-wrinkle. It is used as a moisture trapper but can also trap other bacteria, skin oils, sebum and other impurities. So, for anyone prone to acne or with oily skin  you can see an increase in blackheads and breakouts. @NOTS I received the 28 Lemidie Balancing Day Lotion a few weeks back. I have used this a few times, but not very often. It has no smell and does have a very light texture and is absorbed nicely. It is considered a day lotion so should be used a such. Claims ~ to provide nourishment for scenic skin (can be used for skin w/out acne also) ~soften & hydrate for maximum suppleness ~improves skin conditions that are dry or too oily ~whitening ~helps with anti-aging and wrinkle reduction This product does contain some really good ingredients and some that I personally try and stay away from. Some good ingredients: hyaluronate, aloe, fruit extract Some that I avoid: silicone & alcohol The lotion comes in an air tight pump which I love. Final thoughts/ review : I did not notice a major change in my skin when used, although it is very soft on the skin and does feel weightless! But for me this product just did not work and I found that I had better creams that I reached for. I have another product from NOTS that I’m going to be trying and reviewing and maybe I’ll have a different opinion on that one. But for this one it’s a pass for me. @nots_official 28 Remedy Balancing Day Moisturizer... The first of the Nots skincare I'm trying is the Balancing Day Moisturizer. It's lightweight but hydrating and unscented. It's great under makeup being a moisturizer that absorbs quickly leaving you hydrated & prepped. It's great for all skin types including acne prone, which is great for when I have a breakout! I'm liking this and think it'll be really great when it's warmer, needing a less heavy day cream. Can't wait to start trying the Nots serum & Repair cream!💕

NOTS 28 Remedy Balancing Day moisturizer claims to soften hydrate the skin to enhance suppleness. The formula has a light texture that is easily absorbed by the skin while replenishing moisture lost without being heavy on the skin. The moisturizer says that it can improve skin condition for too dry or too oily skin. Also, can improve dullness and wrinkles. I tried the Day moisturizer for about two weeks and I use it under my makeup. I don't find it to be extra moisturizing so I'm not sure how someone with really dry skin would feel about this moisturizer. I do think if you have oily or normal skin this would be a good moisturizer. I don't think I had any breakouts while using this and might be too light of moisturizer for me. I need a little heavier cream since my skin is being stubborn lately. I do like that it absorbs fast like a serum and I don't have tackiness from using it. I give this moisturizer an 8/10. I'm glad I got to get this NOTS 28 remedy face moisturizer and try for the trial fee. it has a pump for easy dispense. it's not greasy. once you rub in it sinks into your skin and it feels smooth. I love to use it at night, and also before makeup application. it makes my skin hydrated as well. 5 out of 5 for me!!

I’m very excited I got to try this amazing Nots remedy day moisturizer for $3, This moisturizer it’s very refreshing for my skin and I like it because it doesn’t have the sticky feeling. I have really dry skin and it helped by giving me a beautiful hydrated skin plus it also closed my pores I even use it as a primer before makeup, I would totally recommend this to others! I love it.

@08L_usa sent me the @nots_global 28 Renewing Balancing Day Moisturizer at a discount in exchange for review. Sometimes manufacturers' labels are inappropriate, which is why I wear pants anywhere from a size 6 to a size 12 depending on who makes them. But that doesn't mean the product itself isn't just as useful. What's my point? This is not a moisturizer. At first I was thrilled by how fast-absorbing and silky the "moisturizer" is. It was unbelievable! And after 10 days of use (I have several 10-day reviews coming up), know why. Though there's a bit of dimethicone in, this is an essence with an identity crisis. What does it do? It hydrates me to the point I haven't needed to blot my oily zones during the day while wearing it. I use four pumps at a time - I'd rather slather and use fewer products than use too little and a bunch of products. It also smells inoffensive and has a nice gel-ish texture that doesn't disturb my other skincare or makeup. I do miss it when it's not in my routine. What doesn't it do? Moisturize me. At all. Coming from someone who frequently uses COSRX Snail Essence as lotion right before sunscreen, I'm not asking for much. But I always had to follow this with some form of moisturizer ... I even successfully wore COSRX Snail Cream over it during the day. I can't normally wear cream during the day as it's too much. Also, I didn't observe the acne clearing benefits this seems to promise, if only because my acne is worse than normal. But I suppose I can blame hormones for that. *shrug* If I'm rating it based on my reasonable consumer expectations, I'd have to give it 2 stars. The stars I'm giving it are for very desirable hydration and overall niceness. But as a moisturizer it completely fell short of its one basic purpose. And by the way, this is a perfect example of the difference between hydrators and moisturizers - when you're dehydrated like me and it's winter and you've maybe overdone it with some cleansers and acids recently, you really need both.

I have used a few NoTS products in the past and really enjoyed them. I felt the same about this ! This line is meant for people with acne like myself. The moisturizer is both lightweight, non-greasy, and quick to absorb. It also has no color or scent. The active ingredient is glycerin but it also has HA, niacinamide, aloe, arginine, and willow bark extract. Overall, my breakouts have been pretty minimal using these as my main acne fighter and it plays really well with makeup.

I was able to purchase the NoTS 28 balancing day lotion at a discounted rate for review purposes. I have been searching for a day time face lotion recently, that left my skin hydrated without being greasy. The NoTS 28 balancing day lotion popped up and figured, hey, why not. This lotion is incredibly light and without any discernable scent. The container is exactly what I want in a lotion, easy to use and keeps the product free from any kind of contamination. The formula spreads easily on the skin (I use two pumps to cover my face and neck) and absorbs very quickly. Do not be fooled by the light texture, this lotion is hydrating and does not leave my skin with a oily look. I notice that having used this product for about 2 weeks now as part of my daily AM routine, my skin appears slightly brighter, clearer (breakouts are much less intense as prior) and nicely hydrated. I am pleasantly surprised with how this lotion performs and plan on definitely purchasing this in the future. (heads up on ingredients - this product does contain a significant amount of dimethicone. if you are sensitive or worried about the ingredient, check into this before purchasing)
