Today, I just wanted to take a break from all the skincare/beauty posts I’ve done for the whole year and chat with you guys a little bit about some parenting habits I want to add into my life for the year 2020. ••• If you guys don’t know, I became a mom at 22 to the cutest little baby boy named Kai Greyson 💙 he’ll be turning 2 in March and I am beyond excited but at the same time sad that time flew by really fast! I can’t believe he is growing so quickly 😭 . . Anyways, as a mom, I try my best to feed him food that is clean, organic and definitely something that doesn’t have harmful ingredients such as pesticides. I will admit that sometimes washing fruits and veggie can be such a chore so I was really intrigued by this fruit & veggie spray by @vegeaqua_us that can help clean fruits and veggie while requiring much less water to be used to get the food clean. This spray is said to “clean your fresh produce by removing soil, preservatives, and surface contaminants. It is easy to use, safe and no after taste”. ••• As for my thoughts, I really do believe this works. Even though it only has two ingredients — Ionized Water 99.7% & Sodium Silicate 0.3% — after washing some fruits and veggies, I did notice that they looked a lot cleaner and it seems to get rid of that pesky waxy residue that often coats fruits like apples. Another plus is that since Vege Aqua did most of the work, there was no need to use a lot of water. I feel like that this is q good idea to clean produce however, I feel that just running something under water is much more superior. I will continue to try it and update my review as needed but currently I like it but not love it

This veggie and fruit cleanser worked pretty good. I love the spray applicator and it doesnt have any harsh smell. I used this to clean potatoes and carrots from my garden and it turned out very well.

Actually, it's my FIRST experience using ANY cleanser, specific to fruits & veggies. We have always thought it would be great to find/buy a product like this, but we normally use bottled water. Our tap water tested for very hard water. 😦 You can taste the smallest amount of it-on anything. I don't want chlorine or any chemical taste on my produce, or in my food. This was an incredibly useful product to use, in my experience. There's no scent of any kind, as there is only ionized water (99.7%) & miniscule amount of minerals (0.3%). I truly appreciate ease in using the spray bottles too. It looks sleek, perfect to fit in about any space, blend in with various decor & settings in anyone's kitchen. There is a convenient way to switch the nozzle off & on. Neat little details make a big difference for me. Most importantly, this is safe to use for everyone, mess-free during use & good at cleansing 🌽🍎🍋🍏🍆too. I absolutely love this product. 😍💚 Added Note: The company seems to have extremely helpful & responsive customer service. First shipment, 1 bottle was to be short in my package, they had discovered the mistake before it had ever arrived, & emailed me to be aware of this. They took it upon themselves to make it right & send another package with 2 bottles. Very cool & kind of them. However, through no fault of the company-1 bottle of the 2 was completely empty. I could see droplets which meant is had the product in it. The package was dry as can be-I would assume UPS or USPS-whoever delivering it-mishandled it or something. I didn't want to waste their time & resources after the first incident. They were so nice & prompt to fix their own mistake/error, I didn't attempt to reach them about this. This is the @VegeAQUA_us Fruit & Veggie Wash from @0.8l_usa getting a first impressions review! #gifted ~ FIRST IMPRESSIONS This fruit and veggie wash claims to have zero foam (surfactants) and fragrance while removing wax, fertilizers, pesticides, and bacteria. It is totally clear with zero smell and there are only two ingredients: Alkaline Ionized Water (99.7%) and Sodium Silicate minerals (0.3%). Btw Sodium Silicate is EWG grade 3 for being a skin irritant / allergen, just an FYI. This is the first produce wash that I’ve used in a while and I want to try out a few more for comparisons. This one seems to work pretty well, I can see particles in the water after spraying. The spray is pretty simple to use: spray produce, let it sit for a minute or two, then thoroughly rinse with running water. Some fruits feel squeaky clean after, like there is no more wax. This product is a game changer! I never even thought to wash my fruits or veggies really. To be honest, I did not know this spray wash existed.. I know you don’t need to wash banana peels butttt, this is the only fruit I have at the moment so to give a good idea of the product, I used them. But this wash is amazing.. just spray your fruit or veggie and wait 1 minute.. then rinse with regular water and voila! This product is foam & fragrance free and leaves your food clean and leaves no funky after-taste! I love this wash & will be purchasing for sure!! 😊

No animal test. Non-animal derived ingredients. Safe Ingredients. Easy to use: Spray. Wait 1 min. Rise with running water. Saves a lot of time when prepping for meals. It's for everyone. Whom eat fresh produce frequently, raising children, vegetarian and on. Remove contaminants from the ground and someone else from the market My Review: This is the second time I've tried this product and I have to say it's even better than the first time. Now it's Vegan!! I absolutely love it. I just spray on my fruit/vegetables, leave for 1 minute then rinse and enjoy! You can actually feel the difference. A while ago I had the opportunity to try this product, now has a new presentation, different bottle but same purpose. The vege AQUA is a wash that uses ionized water, it helps to eliminate soil, waxes, surface contaminants and pesticides. Pretty simple to use, just spray directly on to the fruits and vegetables, allow one minute to work, then rinse under flowing water. It has no odor, doesn't foam, and does not chanche the produce flavor. Now @wholefoods

VegeAQUA fruit and veggie wash is amazing!! You literally just cover your produce in it, let it sit for 1 minute, then rinse. I love not feeling like I’m eating dirty produce! Highly suggest!

I love the new packaging for the VegeAQUA bottles, they look so sleek and more natural! I tried the old VegeAQUA a few months back and I am loving the thin shape, which fits perfectly in my kitchen cabinets. I was just about to run out of fruit and veggie cleansers until I received 3 bottles from 0.8L and VegeAQUA! These are great because it makes the fruits and vegetables sterile and kills all the pesticides and bacteria that may be on your fruits. My mom is loving the sprays, we tested them out on some grapes and had them as a quick snack. We are hoping to start the new year off by being healthier and eating more fruits and veggies, thanks to VegeAQUA my New Years resolution got much easier!

I really like the premise behind vegeAQUA. It does get the vegetables and fruits clean. however, it doesn't quite get the wax off my apples. Also the nozzle was broken so I had to use my older bottle of vegeAQUA and fill the new product into it. I love that it is now available at Whole Foods. This is huge for the American market as we don't really have a major fruit and veggie cleaner that is ionized water. The way this works is easy enough. You spray your fruits and vegetables with the product which is just ionized water. Wait for a minute or two. Then rinse with regular water. Your foods should be clean. I will say that this does work better than just water alone as you're taking the time to clean your fruits & vegetables twice. I will rate this 4 stars because the sprayer didn't work for me and the bottles are now smaller than they were previously. I do like the new design and logo on the bottle.

Have you ever noticed a thin, waxy layer that sits on the skin of your fruits and veggies? That layer can be full of contaminants (bugs, bacteria, pesticides, etc...), making it harmful to eat. I was sent the VegeAQUA 3-set produce wash free in exchange for an honest review. I used this to wash my produce for a week. This product is ionized water that claims to safely cleanse your produce. I appreciate that this came in a 3 pack and that the product is in a spray bottle. To use, I sprayed this on my produce item (in my case, mostly apples and blueberries) then wait one minute. After waiting, I rinsed with running water. There have been times I needed to spray and rinse more than once because the produce didn’t seem clean enough to consume, especially apples which are coated with wax and a member of the dirty dozen produce. Because of this, I would recommend using the tried and true apple cider vinegar solution instead.
