There is so much essence in these masks I had a hard time getting them fully open and get it good on my face but they are so amazing. They have a nice little citrus scent I kept the mask on for 20 minutes and you don’t have to worry about it moving because the tremendous amount of essence keeps it on. When I took it off I just let the essence soak into my face and the amount of moisturizer keeps your skin completely soft at all times. As dry as my skin gets and the weather can get up to negative 30 degree wind chills these masks are perfect for me. I will continue to use these thanks to @0.8l_usa and @aprilskin_official I Was able to try and give my honest review for $3.99

I received these masks for a discounted price of $3.99 in exchange for my honest opinion. Aprilskin Real Calendula Deep Essence Mask came in a pack of 10. I washed my face and toned it. Then I wore the mask for 20 minutes because instructions are 15-20 minutes. When done I gently removed and let the rest of the essence that remained soak in while gently patting. My face was soft and hydrated from this mask. I really like this mask and the results.

After having this mask on for 20 minutes, my face so soft and supple. After taking the mask off, I just massaged in the excess, followed with Aprilskin Real Calenfula Essence Drops and moisturized. I recently discovered sheet masks and really love the concept. I got this set of 10 deep essence sheet masks from APRILSKIN and I’m loving them! They are made with Calendula which is a flower that is a very powerful soothing agent. The mask was very easy to use and felt fabulous on my sensitive skin. It was so hydrating and calming. I’m very please with these. Even my daughter loved it! I received these at a discounted rate for my honest opinion.

Had the pleasure of finally trying these calendula sheet masks this morning and they are quite nice. When opening up the sheet mask I went to pull it out of the packet and accidentally dropped it on the floor lol they are quite slippery little buggers but after chucking that one in the garbage I grabbed another one and applied it to my face. The essence/serum is really thick and slimy consistency wise which is something that I truly like and look for in a sheet mask. I personally believe that the thicker the serum the more moisturizing it will be on my skin. I also feel like it penetrates the skin better. I don’t really like sheet masks that have a feeling like your putting water on your face. I will say I do hope that they work on cutting the sheet masks better. The fit of the sheet mask just wasn’t there for me it was on top of my upper lip and sort of hanging over the inner corner of my eyes which made the experience a bit uncomfortable. I really enjoyed the scent that the sheet mask had way better then their bottle essence. The sheet mask sort of smells like oranges 🍊 or at least that is what I got from it. I didn’t have any irritation at all and my face looked completely clear after removing the mask. I will state that if you do have sensitive skin than be a little cautious Because their is fragrance in this sheet mask and from what I have heard fragrance does tend to cause irritation to sensitive skin types. The essence dried down fairly quckily and my skin did feel moisturized and hydrated. My skin felt smooth and it looked quite beautiful. I saw a very slight glow but not to prominent. Their was a bit of tackiness just want to throw that out there. I don’t really care for skincare that leaves a tacky feeling to my skin. It sort of gives me the impression that the ingredients are cheap. But that could just be me being a prude lol. Overall it is a pretty decent sheet mask and definitely worth the try.

I’ve been using the cleanser, the serum, and peel pads in the same line (reviews for the last two coming really soon so you can grab them on discount this week). I mentioned in my cleanser review that it can be somewhat drying, although it removes all your makeup in one step. This mask will definitely help replenish your skin after cleansing. Since this doesn’t contain any actives, I like to apply either a vitamin C serum or use the peel pads before popping this on. I leave on until the mask starts to dry out, then pat the remaining serum in. I have some breakouts from a cleansing balm and this helped calm the inflammation. I don’t need a nighttime moisturizer and wake up with really plump skin, especially now in the winter. It doesn’t pill, and layers well over products, and the sheet mask fits really well. They are relatively new to the US, and offer two ranges of skincare for various skin types (Calendula and Carrot lines). I like that the skincare products are non-irritating, gentle, deliver on claims, and it’s all at a reasonable price point. I have been so pleased with the results I’ve been getting this winter with this line, it’s been helping my skin stay balanced in the unpredictable weather here where temperatures drop 40 degrees in the same day, and can be up 50 degrees the next.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Aprilskin REAL CALENDULA DEEP ESSENCE MASK comes in a 10 pack for plenty of usage. As with their other products it includes real Calendula flower extract to help regain your skin's lackluster back. It calms and soothes tired, dull skin and I saw a difference after using just once! It's recommended for use after stressful days and harsh exfoliations. I love their entire line 🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼

The Real Calendula Deep Essence Mask is designed to revitalize skin with moisture for a healthy-looking complexion. This mask contains 20 grams (0.70 oz) and has a slightly citrusy scent. The mask is a gentle, light and smooth sheet mask that’s made of cellulose derived from eucalyptus fibers. It’s a thin and highly adhesive mask with a ribbed structure. The eye holes needed to be widened, but the nose and mouth holes fit comfortably. Recommended use is to gently clean your face with toner after washing it. Unfold the mask and place it your face while avoiding your eye and lip area. Take off the mask after 15-20 minutes. Gently pat your face to absorb any excess. After using, I found the mask to be very nice and thin, however, I noticed some irritation around my eyes so I had to fix that area more than once but this may be due to the eucalyptus fibers. The mask has a good fit overall and is very saturated with the essence. There is a light fragrance that’s citrusy and slightly tart. The ingredients are nourishing and very hydrating, but there are some irritants mostly towards the end of the ingredient list. I didn’t notice any real irritation despite being a little itchy around the eye area and it toned my skin very well and the effects are long-lasting. I’d recommend this to people with dry and dehydrated skin and while it could work for sensitive skin but keep in mind there are some irritants. What I like: the ingredients really stand out here, especially the calendula extract which is great for soothing skin. It’s nourishing and hydrating and really tones skin and the effects last over 12 hours. The mask’s material is very thin and comfortable and stays saturated with essence. The masks quality is really high and it’s made of eco-friendly material. What I don’t like: I didn’t notice any irritation but this really caused itching around my eyes and the fragrance can be kind of irritating. Rating: 9/10

The texture is wonderful - light and cooling. Works great to keep my skin hydrated. The mask is soaked in very watery serums/essences and was dripping when I took it out of the packet. It didn't feel sticky or greasy.

I really enjoyed this sheet mask because the size was perfect for my face not too big or too small and it fit just right to the contour of my face. I loved the light scent, it wasnt too over powering just a nice light flower citrus scent! My skin felt so hydrated right after i removed the mask and rubbed the excess in. The next day my skin was so soft and refreshed! My skin tends to be dry and sensitive at times but after i used this my skin stayed soft and hydrated for the rest of the week until i did another weekly mask and my skin did not get agitated or break out so i was extremely happy about that! This product does exactly what it says it will do and i will def be getting more, i highly recommend for any skin type!

Mask material was sturdy and relatively easy to unfold. The mask itself was drenched with serum and stayed very wet throughout the time it was on. The fragrance was light and pleasant. The next day my skin felt very smooth and brightened.

I really enjoyed this sheet mask. It was coated with very thick serum, which I much prefer over masks with watery liquids. This sheet mask felt extra cool and refreshing, and it fit my face a little better than most other masks. I wore this for 20 minutes before removing. After taking it off, I noticed that my skin had sucked up almost all of the moisture from the mask. My skin didn’t feel overly sticky, either. In the mornings following my use of this mask, my skin looked and felt amazing. It was soft, plump, and had a more even looking texture. I would definitely buy this product for myself and I would recommend it to others.

[April Skin] Real Calendula Deep Essence Mask Contains Calendula which is known for it soothing and anti-inflammatory properties. The linolenic acid in Calendula also helps in reducing photo-aging. I was recently gifted these Calendula Sheet mask from @aprilskin via @0.8l in exchange for my honest Review. as a skincare lover, I always love trying new products and face masks are probably my favorite part of my skincare regimen. When I found out I was selected to try out these face masks, I was pretty excited. They're made with 100% natural ingredients, including extract of China Berry, Turmeric, Algae, Aloe, Pine, Orange, Tutzi, Kudzu, Evening Pine & Calendula which is said to Hydrate, sooth & calm dry, dull skin. They are drench with a thin gel-like/ slimy consistency that reminds me of snail secretion. The masks themselves really thin sheets and are a bit difficult to open, but once applied they fit perfectly and stay in place. overall, I do like the masks. I love the pads and the foaming cleanser from this line, so the sheet mask expectations were automatically high. I’ve only used one out of ten masks so far, but I really like it. The sheet is very soft and adheres well. It’s fully saturated in a soothing serum with no scent. My skin feels nice and soft after application.
