This time I had the opportunity to try a functional Korean protein powder drink, great for people dieting, vegetarians or people with a healthy lifestyle. A Piece of Diet Menu by Protein Korea is a "trial" pack of individual protein portions in assorted flavors. These protein pouches come in five different flavors, including Grain cocoa, Green tea latte, Mild coffee, Soy milk grain, and Stevia yogurt. Among the main ingredients, you can find L-carnitine and Fiber, which help you lose weight. It also contains other healthy ingredients like vitamins, minerals, amino acid, lactobacillus, grain enzyme, and 11 types of grain. The five-pack contains one pouch of each flavor, so you can try all of them and decide which one is your favorite. One of the things that I like the most about this product besides the low-calorie count is the individual packaging which means you can take them with you on your purse and easily stick to your diet avoiding unhealthy snacks or high-calorie food. The package is also pretty useful for snacking on the go because you just have to put water inside, mix and enjoy, you don't need extra tools like tumblers or mugs. to enjoy your protein. This product is definitely the perfect boast for reaching this new year's health goals. I included it in my daily routine as a meal replacement and I totally liked it and will buy more for sure. . These little protein shakes are fantastic. I have always been a fan of protein shakes and meal supplements. I have always had trouble gaining weight and I drink protein on a regular not only to keep my weight up but also to give my body fuel so I can have a good natural energy throughout the day. Fatigue has always been I problem I suffer with as well and protein shakes have help with that problem tremendously. So when I saw these available to try I was so excited. They come in five different flavors stevia yogurt, mild coffee, grain cocoa, green tea latte, and soy milk grain. The stevia yogurt and the mild coffee are the ones that I have tried so far. The mild coffee taste of course like coffee lol and the stevia yogurt has an orange flavor to it. I mix them with water and then pour them in a glass. They do have a slight chalky taste to them like most powder protein drinks but it isn’t to overwhelming and personally I think they are better than most protein powder drinks I have tried. The packaging is so interesting and travel friendly. It is like this thick bag with a screw on top. You could simply carry it in your bag until your ready to drink it or you could mix it up and drink it on the go and because the top screws on and off if you feel full and don’t want to finish it you can close it up and put it in the fridge for later. It is such an amazing product and I’m so grateful I was able to try it out.

Another part of my wellness goal for this year is the shift towards healthier foods for better nutrition & to feel better. I also work over 40 hours a week & find it challenging to provide myself with healthy, quick meals that I can eat on the go between client sessions. Today I’ll be talking about Protein Korea’s A piece of diet shakes menu that I was able to try at the discounted rate of 3.99 from @08liter in exchange for my honest opinions. This package of powdered shakes comes with 5 different flavors to try: grain cocoa, green tea latte, mild coffee, soy milk grain, & stevia yogurt. I’ve tried the cocoa, green tea latte & soy milk grain & found them to be delicious. The cocoa flavor has a nicely balanced chocolate flavor. The green tea latte was not too bitter or sweet, just the right amount of matcha flavor. The soy milk grain was the plainest of the three & tasted mostly of milk & a mixture of whole grains. What I like about these pouches is that they come individually packaged with the powder inside & a fill line in the back which allows you to add the right amount of water. Each of the powders mixed & dissolved well when shaken for a minute or so. I didn’t find it to be gritty or powdery but creamy & smooth which is pleasantly surprising. These shakes also provide a healthy mixture of 11 grains, fiber, vitamins, amino acid, lactobacillus (strain of healthy bacteria that aids in digestion often found in yogurt), grain enzymes, & L-carnitine. L-carnitine is an amino acid that moves fatty acid into mitochondria to help burn it for energy & thought to help with weight loss, however there is not enough scientific research to support this claim. I am not attempting to lose weight but rather go to the gym often so I can’t say whether this helps with weight loss but I did find it filling as a quick breakfast alternative. Overall, these are tasty, nutritional, shakes that can be made & consumed on the go making them a perfect meal option for those with an active lifestyle. Good evening 08lr's, I'm reviewing the Protein Korea, A Piece of Diet Menu. I've really wanted to try some of the diet products, so I was kind of excited to try this! We all need protein & who doesn't need to lose a few pounds, especially after the holiday season. Protein Korea, offers an easy to use products, for people on the go. So, you can lose some weight, while also making sure you get your protein. It comes in a pack of 5 flavors : 1) Grain Coco 2) Stevia yogurt 3) Green Tea latte 4) Soy milk grain 5) Mild coffee They recommend that when you add water & to drink it as soon as possible, because the longer it sets, it thickens & the texture gets kinda thick. Of course you can still use it, it's just a suggestion & you'll still get the nutrients, you just may have to eat it w a spoon, instead of drinking ;). The sooner you drink it, the better the texture. It's a typical thing that happens w many weightloss drinks that are high in fiber &/or protein. I think it's the fiber that makes it swell. The main nutrients are: Fiber, Mineral, Vitamins, Amino Acids, Lactobacillus, Grain Enzymes, 11 types of different grains, L-Carnitine Direction's: Fill w water to the line & shake. You want to get all the powder dissolved , so there aren't many lumps of powder. Drink as soon as possible, because of thickening. My thoughts: I liked the convenience of these bags. It makes it easy to use & easy to store. I only have tried 1 of the the bags, the mild coffee. I'll explain in a minute. The Mild Coffee tasted pretty good, bt looked awful & was a bit clumpy. I drank 2 cups & was going to put in the fridge for later, in spite of the suggestions. The coffee taste was very mild & easy to drink, w exception of the lumps & clumps. They were not kidding when they said the texture changes! I was pouring my 2nd cup & I realized how thick it had gotten. After about 30 minutes after drinking my last cup of the coffee, Idk, maybe it was around 30 minutes after drinking the coffee, I got kinda itchy & my eyes got a little puffy. Turns out I think I'm a bit allergic to soy. This threw me for a loop , because I use soy products on my face & havent had an issue before. I haven't tried any of the other flavors yet & will probably talk to my doc & see what she thinks. So, my suggestion to this company, based on the coffee I tried, should work on cutting down on the thickness/texture, if possible. Cant wait till protein powders make the next leap & dont have that specific aftertaste, so many diet shakes/drinks have & make a really tasty protein powder, that doesnt have that aftertaste. Since the texture thickens so quick, it's a lot of prouct to drink quickly. Drinking too fast could cause an upset stomach & other digestive issues. Would I recommend this to others? Probably not at this time. I will pass this to my mom & see what her thoughts are on it. She doesn't have any allergies to soy. I will update this, after shes tried the other items. Idk, maybe it was something else I was reacting to. If I try it again, I'll update that also. The 2 cups of coffee did fill me up, so I'm sure the others fill you up as well. If you're not hungry, you wont be snacking through the day & this seems like a positive way for weightloss. I hope I'll get a chance to try other weightloss products! I actually received this really late and havent had a chance to try these yet. I think the way its designed makes it easy to take on the go. This protein is AMAZING, WONDERFUL TASTE and easy to mix. I received 5 individual packs of different flavors I am still trying them but so far I have tried the yogurt which was amazing when I mix with my pink lemonade. The other one I taste it was chocolate and I mix that with my tighty and it was a protein drink it was amazing they have about 12 grams of protein in them which is just fantastic great before or after workout. I really didn't know what to expect and I thought the flavor of the protein would be not good but I was surprised and amazed at the taste, the quality and how easy and smooth it was to mix it inside the package. because what you do is you fill up the liquid to the point on the package to the says and you shake really good and boom you can pour in a glass or put in a bowl and it is amazing. This product is from Korea. I have only been able to find it so far on eBay it does come in the five packs for 19.99. I highly recommend this product.

Protein Korea A Piece of Diet protein shakes - After the holidays I always want to start eating healthier and detox. I’ve tried a bunch of protein powders in the past and was excited to try a Korean brand. These pouches are so cool. You fill water up to the line, shake the pouch and the shake is ready to go! I like drinking one for breakfast. The first flavor I tried was green tea latte since I love getting matcha green tea lattes from Starbucks. It was good! Still tasted like protein, but had that familiar flavor. I also liked the other flavors of mild coffee, grain cocoa, soymilk grain and stevia yogurt. I would love to keep this up because I feel so much better adding protein shakes to my diet!

Recently I started to work out to manage my weight control and health. I had to rush to go to work after my work out routine and I wouldn’t have enough time to feed myself. I just didn’t want to eat anything beside healthy foods and low calorie meals in a tiny amount of time. This product is perfect to take on the go and ready to eat wherever, whenever. The taste is good and makes me feel satisfied. My only suggestion was if it was made with Korean grains, it would be perfect.
