This Soothing Gel Lotion helps maintain & protect the barrier via Neopharm’s (Brand owner of Atopalm, Real Barrier, dermArtology, etc) MLE aka Multi-Lamellar Emulsion, this technology uses a combo of Cholesterol, Ceramides, Fatty Acids, along with other Lipids to mimic the natural Lamellar structure of the skin’s own Lipids located within the Epidermis (for those that like the Science, you can visit the NCBI/NLM website to read the article regarding benefits of this Lotion lowering TEWL w/ reg use). This is marketed as being able to be used on every generation & it held up to the claims. With this being a translucent, barely scented, lightweight format it didn’t cause any neg reactions…this truly became a “savior product” specifically for my dad. I first tried this on my face which did great to help with any oiliness I had occurring at the time. After getting the ok via our Pediatrician I tried it on little man…he wasn’t that thrilled with the lightweight gel, but, after trying a tiny bit about 3 nights in a row after getting out of the bath there was no objections. Absorption was no issue and it leaves a soft after-feel without any greasy or tacky residue. Now, this did WONDERS for my dad. His Derm had given him a cream to use a while back named, Fluorouracil. This cream is to treat AK (Actinic Keratosis) from sun damage which could potentially turn into Skin Cancer and it makes the area extremely sensitive…I’m talking peeling, burning, itching, crusting, the works depending on the amount of sun damage as it is considered an “anti-cancer chemo drug”. With dad’s skin still being sensitive with many other products causing more irritation I asked his Derm if I could let him try this Soothing Gel Lotion & was given the OK. The effectiveness this had with dad’s treated area was major. So all in all this was a hit for the 70 year old, mid 30’s and a toddler. I’m so happy to receive this Soothing Gel Lotion for testing. Thank you 0.8L!! This Gel Lotion has no fragrance which means friendly for sensitive skin. I also use this for my son after his bath. We both likes it. It absorbed into my skin quickly but without dryness after a few hours. I would recommend everyone to try, no matter for you or you little one.

I really enjoyed this soothing gel lotion. The texture was great, and there was no noticeable scent to the product which I appreciate in lotions. The feeling of the product was in fact quite soothing/cooling and I didn’t have to reapply for a good amount of time.

It is a very refreshing product I like that has a very very light sent like mint but it’s very refreshing I really needed it because I got sunburnt real bad and I put it on and actually refreshed my skin and help with the Burning go away

Even we applied sunscreen, after we stay under the sun for a long time, our skin still felt a little itchy after coming back from the sun. 🌞🌞 I applied this soothing gel lotion immediately after returning home. Once I applied it, I can feel it cool down my skin itchy a bit! 🧊🧊 It has a soothing effect! It smells a little mint scent! Its ingredients are very gentle, even babies can use it! My daughter usually doesn't like to apply any lotion, but this lotion is light weight texture! Not greasy! It  absorbed quickly but without dryness. We like it! 💗💗

My husband and daughter have the same problem, and it’s dry skin. Atopic dermatitis is well-know word in our house so I was glad to receive this soothing gel lotion by Atopalm. This lotion is so gentle on the skin. A lightweight gel-type moisturizer suitable for all generations including newborns.​ My daughter has a rash on her skin. It feels rough, however she hates to put on lotion because it's sticky and too heavy for her. But she doesn't complain about this lotion. It doesn't feel greasy and absorbs very well on the skin. My Thoughts: This Atopalm Soothing Gel Lotion is amazing especially for my little one sensitive skin. I'm so happy That I got to try this because it's so difficult to find any product that won't cause irritation on my daughters skin, even higher popular brands doesn't agree with her and it has been like that since she was a baby, this soothing gel lotion came at the right time as her skin is a bit irritated from a sunscreen I've previously used on her. Atopalm helps sooth and doesn't irritate her and definitely keeps her skin cool and well hydrated. A little goes a long way. It's a gel like texture that's lightweight and absorbs quickly with no sticky feeling.

This soothing gel has to be used on the body but not on the face, because you may experience breakouts. I used it when I was very exposed to the sun and it worked on my back, I did not put it on my face since the latter is very delicate, it is better to use another option.
