If you’ve been following my page for awhile you probably remember that I LOVE Atopalm and Real Barrier skincare. The main reason is that they are highly effective in protecting the skin barrier. I didn’t realize for awhile that all the great products I was using were at the heart of the breakouts and worse, cystic acne that I was getting. I kept thinking that here I am using all of these wonderful products and my skin is behaving worse than it did when I was a teenager. Turns out that I was scrubbing and exfoliating away my skin barrier that protects and keeps the germs out. Now when I start to breakout, I cutback on the products I’m using and instead reach for my barrier repair and protect products. . AtoPalm and Real Barrier have sent me quite a few products and this time it’s their Soothing Gel Lotion. It’s meant for after sun care or any time your skin needs calming. It’s cool, light and soothing and can be used on your face or body. I’ve used it for both without any issues. It dries down quickly and completely and leaves my skin soft and calm with no stickiness. Seeing as it’s a light gel, I was able to layer it with other skincare for extra barrier protection. . If you think your breakouts are caused by a weakened skin barrier I would recommend starting with the Real Barrier Essence Mist. It’s a super easy way to protect and repair your skin. The AtoPalm eye serum is one of my favorites and I’ve been using it daily for at least a year now. It’s great alone or under another eye cream. It even helps hide dark circles. As for this gel lotion, it’s going to be so useful now that we’re heading into warmer weather. . Gifted, but the opinions are completely my own. Thank you 0.8L & AtoPalm!

I received ATOPALM Soothing Gel Lotion at a discount in exchange for my honest review. Deep moisturizing and soothing gel lotion, that is formulated based on NeoPharm's original Multi-Lamellar Emulsion (MLE) technology, helps strengthen the skin barrier. The special blend of vegetable seed oils and natural origin calming complex helps relieve sensitive skin caused by external stimuli. Non-greasy, cooling, quickly absorbed lotion keeps skin moist and maintains skin's moisture balance. I appreciate that this Korean skincare product has instructions in English, on the outer box as well as the actual product tube. This product seems perfect for my dry, sensitive skin that reddens easily from anything like wind or sun to use of any skincare products. When I tried this product, my skin was reddened from using a face mask and serum. This gel lotion had an immediate cooling effect that I really liked. The redness didn't immediately subside, but my skin felt better. This product will come in handy for when my skin needs to be soothed.

This is my third Atopalm product and I have always had a great experience. The Atopalm soothing gel lotion is a lightweight white cream that actually creates a cooling sensation on the skin when applied. It is perfect for sunburn. While the cooling effect does not last long, it absorbs easily without leaving any greasy residue on the skin. I like the fact that it can be used on both the face and the body. It is safe for sensitive skin and did not leave me with any irritations. I want to thank @08liter_usa and @Atopalm for yet another great product at a heavily discounted price in exchange for my honest review. All opinions are my own.

How many times you feel like you need to add extra moisturizer even after all face routine? It happens to me a lot!! I feel instantly refreshed. I do this mostly in the evening. It smells a little fruity and fresh. Mild. It’s easy to use and my skin absorbs it fast and it’s not greasy and oily. My skin feels cooler, softer and definitely less itching after each use. It reminds me of aloe vera gel after sunburn. Yep, that soothing feeling. I review this product based on personal use. All words are my own opinions. The texture is a dream - light weight, but creamy, and it kept me perfectly moisturized all day (read: not greasy). Plus, I've had a rough spot on my nose forever, and it has disappeared since I started using this moisturizer. Honestly, it reminds me of much higher end clean products. Also, it's gel consistency makes the moisturizer feel hydrating but not oily, something that can really make or break a product. During the times that I used this, I also felt like my skin was less oily in general. It is very lightweight and goes well with the other products. I would recommend this to someone with any type of skin because it moisturizes well but doesn't make your skin oily. I received the ATOPALM Soothing Gel Lotion from @08l_usa for $3.99 for my honest opinion. This gel lotion soothes, refreshes, and cools overheated skin. This is safe for babies. All ingredients are EWG 1-2 grades which means it uses only the best ingredients. It’s infused with naturally derived fragrances and 5 botanical seed oils. It quickly soothes and protects irritated skin caused by the sun and external aggressors without leaving a sticky or greasy residue. It contains Cerimides-9S, which is an essential agent to strengthen and moisturize the skin barrier. This retails for $20.99 My thoughts~I prefer gel lotions over heavy creams, especially during the day because I find that my oily skin absorbs it better without feeling heavy. It did have a nice cooling feel when applied after a hot shower. I think this will be amazing to refrigerate and use for Summer time on days I get a little too much sun. Really love this product!

I always enjoy when I get to try other products by the same brand. This way I get a good idea of what the brand is all about in the quality of their products. I'm happy I got to try the AtoPalm soothing gel lotion. This is a lightweight and refreshing gel type lotion which is designed not to be heavy or irritating and good for sensitive skin, especially if you've been out in the sun in our needing something to soothe from over at sun exposure. it's also safe to use on children and babies. It also contains specific ceramides which Aid in the Reconstruction and repairing of the Skin Barrier. I personally found this to be a very lightweight moisturizer. Since we are just now transitioning into warm weather, I'm still finding it a little dry for my taste. This is because I tend to have extremely dry skin. If you have normal to oily skin I think you would find this to be a very nice moisturizer and perfect for your needs. It's also at an affordable price comparative lie with other lotions and moisturizers out there. I detected there was some type of fragrance with this product but I did not believe it's artificial. It's very soothing Cooling and lightweight. I did find myself having to reapply, but overall in the summer months when I tend to have more oily skin I think this will be the perfect moisturizer!

This very lightweight gel-type lotion formulated with NeoPharm’s original MLE technology which helps quenche dry, damaged or irritated skin & also helps strengthen the skin barrier. What is MLE? : 🌼MLE is a technology developed over decades of research. It has been scientifically proven that MLE is identical to the lipid lamellar structure of the skin. Atopalm Soothing Gel Lotion is great for the face and body for hydration and skin calming benefits. The gel is cooling for overheated skin and is also lightweight, non greasy and texture is lightweight. This has no stickiness or feeling stuffy on the face. This gel cream is great for after washing the face or showering. This gel helps keep skin moisturized and healthy while preventing dryness from weather changes or external stimuli. Atopalm gel lotion contains Chamomile and Mistletoe extracts to help cool and soothe the skin of that turns sensitive and red from sunlight. Also is free from 10 additives that are harmful to the skin. Free from parabens, mineral oil, artificial dyes, ethanol. phenoxyethanol, benzophenone, PEG, sulphate, diethanolamine, and benzyl alcohol. This is also safe to use on babies and gentle enough for their skin. I use the Atopalm Soothing gel for my face, legs, and hands. This is one of the best gel lotions I have use since most lotions are very sticky and dont absorb in the skin fast enough. This one helps to soothe irritated skin while providing moisture and keeping it moisture in. I like that it barely has any scent and makes my skin soft and non cracked. I would recommend this if you like lotions that are not sticky when applying and wearing it but want instant moisture.
