It isn't dramatic since it has only been a few weeks since I received it & added it to my routine. It doesn't irritate my skin or break me out. Everything was great about the product...smell was plesent, different but that was okay. Absorbed well. But..I got because of the sensitive to some products and this seemed like it would be okay. That was not the case. I however think it was my skin and not the products fault. I was able to use in all area except one area on my cheek. Not sure why but I did discontinue using and the burning stopped.

I have been incorporating the Korean Vely Vely Artemisia Essence into my skincare routine and it is similar to a toner. I use it after cleansing and it is very light and refreshing. It primes your face for your serums and moisturizer. To apply this essence, you gently pat it over your face with your palms. The ingredients are very simple: Artemisia Capillaris Extract (87%), Butylene Glycol, 1,2-Hexanediol, and Ethylhexylglycerin. Artemisia is also known as mugwort, which is healing to the skin. One thing I notice with this essence whenever I get those bumpy rashes because of heat or I have my mask on all day and my skin is irritated I will do me a DIY sheet mask with it and this essence saves my skin!! The good thing is you don’t need a lot 👌 This essence totally reminds me of the Missha Artemesia first essence which makes it that perfect dupe for it!!

Artemisia is known to soothe and heal skin, it is rich in vitamin, mineral and antioxidants to relax sensitive skin and improve basic skin strength. My review is as follows: Likes: •Water consistency, it really is like water but green in hue •Easy to apply and dries quickly when applied •Posh matte green packaging •Calming and warming effect on skin. I just feel the warmth on my skin every time I apply this, which is surprising because this is stored in a beauty fridge •Slight herbal scent is so subtle, it did not bother me at all •Reasonable price (discounted at $25 for 150ml) Dislike: •None, my skin favors this product Verdict: I would definitely repurchase this again. This is my fave Vely Vely product in the Artemisia line. It really is warm on the skin when applied to the point that I feel like all my face’s blood vessels are enlivened when I apply this. I liked this product because it helped to protect my skin from environmental pollution and helped to keep it hydrated and softened. I didn't particularly care for the consistency of the product because it seemed thin and watery. I applied with a cotton pad verses just patting it on my skin since it seemed more like a skin toner. Only time will tell how well this product works, but the ingredients seem to be the new popular trend for skincare ingredients. I will continue to use it and recommend it for others to try. The bottle is a generous 5oz. size which should last quite a while. It has a very mild fragrance and absorbs quickly prepping your skin for the next step in your skincare routine.

This is my take on, Vely Vely's Artemisia Balance Essence, I wanted to try this not only because of the amazing reviews I had read about others who had tried and loved this product, but because of the great and many benefits this product had to offer. I cant say my review is going to be similar to the many I had read, unfortunately. But hey that's why we do these reviews because every single one of us is different and we like different things and we see different results. All of that being said, let's continue. I found the absorption to be stellar! My skin really drank it up, also a little goes a long way with this product which is always a plus! My skin did feel hydrated and refreshed following the use of this product, but unfortunately that feeling only lasted about 5 mins tops. I've been using this product for a couple weeks now and I use it daily, I've however not seen any improvements in my overall skin appearance. The improvements we see in our skin is really what we are looking for, I mean that's the reason behind using these types of products is to improve the appearance of our skin health. This is not a product I will purchase again. Although I'm very pleased I was able to try this out. As stated before this didnt work for me, but your individual results could be different from mine. I am really enjoying this essence by vely vely. I love that it absorbs fast and does not have a sticky feel afterwards. I have oily skin and it has not made it more oily. I really like that it really has no smell, just enough to smell like the natural herbs. I recommend this product and will continue to purchase.

Artemisia Balance Essence smells good and makes my skin feel so hydrated. My other skincare products that follow it seems to soak in better after I apply this essence! It’s amazing! It’s easy to use and is by a great brand. I would recommend to friends and family.

I really like my new Vely Vely Artemisia Balance Essence!! My skin gets irritated sometimes and this is the perfect toner to help calm and clean my skin. This also helps to hydrate 💦 my skin so I use this in the morning 🌞 and at night 🌚 after cleaning my face, removing my makeup 💄. To apply, simply apply to palms of hands 🙌 then pat on to face 🧖‍♀️. This absorbs pretty quickly so there is no need to towel dry, simply fan your face 🧖‍♀️if needed. I really like the way my face feels after applying and I like the results I’m seeing after only using this a week.
