Right now we are all trying our hardest to stay healthy,build-up our immune systems. Especially with Flu season around the corner , Covid-19,there's lots of uncertainty & yes if you are a bit older like me,have medical conditions that compromise yr immune sys. sometimes this can be harder for some. So I was excited to give this product a try,it is from a company named ensoom,its a dietary management Immune Precision Nutrition. It contains 27 nutrients like red gingseng,zinc & Fortetropin -which helps your body utilize protein more efficiently to build 3x more lean muscle, Vitamin D. It has 6 complex functions that it can help improve:Immunity,Fatigue, Memory,Normal Cell Division,Improve blood flow, Helps with Antioxidants. This is a liquid that comes in 10 individual packets per box/for daily use & convienent to take with you like to work. There is 10grams of liquid per packet which is a little less than a tablespoon. To me it taste like strong espresso.There is honey & royal jelly added for taste but you still get the bitterness of the red ginseng coming through at the end,I find it easier to just swallow it right down but you can add to coffee,tea, or drink of choice. This is what I've felt so far, Energized, no afternoon crash, some of that brain fog lifted. I'm not looking for that afternoon nap like usual. Some of my belly issues are subsiding. this would be perfect to boost the immune system during these trying times and i was excited to receive it. it comes in little sachets (10 in a box). the texture is watery and i mixed it with water - the taste was bitter and horrible. i know that it's not supposed to be pleasant (obviously) but even after mixing it with water, i just can't drink it. the bitterness will linger in your mouth and will take a while to disappear. can't tell if it's helping with my energy levels or immunity.
