[TREATIS] Barrier Recovery Lotion 200ml

This is the life savior! Cold times are on and my skin does need a lot of hydration. This Body Lotion is a perfect part of a skincare routine when you need your skin moistirized, vivid and hydrated!

I was lucky enough to receive this Barrier Recovery Lotion to use & review. The lotion is very creamy & thick. It has a very light lotion scent, not a perfume smell. Does not irritate the skin. I did use this on face as well as body. It soaks right in. It leaves skin hydrated & soft. I have dry skin this time of year. It is not greasy. PRODUCT DETAILS: It is a plant-based, hypoallergenic lotion that does not contain harmful ingredients. Can be used by children & adults with sensitive skin. It protects skin with ceramide. It helps protect skin from dryness, roughness, & loss of elasticity. It contains jojoba seed oil, argan tree kern oil & cypress oil. Please note I am not a dermatologist or an esthetician. This review is my own & based on my experience & use of this product. Please do your own research as well.

Thank you, Treatis, for allowing me to try this Barrier Recover Lotion for free in exchange for my honest review. Honestly, this product is just okay. It isn't good nor is it bad. At about $15, though, it would need to to a lot more than it does for me to repurchase it since it's coming in at a cost that is at a higher mid-range price for a drugstore product. So, I compared it with a similar product from La Roche Posay (which is on a higher end of drug store prices), but the particular La Roche Posay product I tested it against is actually 1/4 the price per once of this Treatis product. The Barrier Recover Cream from Treatis has a medicinal herbal scent and also contains mugwort/wormwood (쑥 in Korean). I know that in my small circle of friends, three of them have intense allergies to this ingredient, so definitely check the ingredients closely if you have any allergies to mugwort/wormwood or if you have any ragweed allergies. I, personally do not have any issue with mugwort, but I thought I would also keep this in here. NOTE: This ingredient is LIKELY NOT SAFE for pregnant women, so definitely check the ingredient list with your doctor before use! The product itself is honestly a bit too light in consistency for my skin in winter. This is probably more of a summer lotion. After using it for the past 8 days (that's how long I had the product for before I was told I had to review), my skin shows zero effects on the side that i used this product on. (The other side did show positive effects with the other product, so 8 days should have been enough time to show improvement). This may have been just a "my skin" experience, but since this is my honest review based on my experience, this is what you get. Overall, I would probably not repurchase this product. For one, it's only available on Amazon and I try to not purchase body or skincare products from Amazon. Additionally, there are drugstore products that are cheaper and work far better than this product on my skin. So, save my money and save my skin.

Due to the pandemic and now flu season 🤧, we've been washing our hands way too many times!!! 🤪🙃... which might strip away our natural oils and cause dry/cracked skin. And now that the weather is getting colder which means harsher winds, drier air, and dry skin. Final verdict: Am not a lotion kinda person as I do not like the tacky after feeling especially on my hands! But this lotion despite it's thickness, it quickly and easily absorbs into the skin without leaving the sticky greasy feel. And a little bit of this goes a long way. Liking this a lot as it's a multifunctional cream. The whole family (adults and children) can use it and from head (including face) to toe! Very lightly citrusy scented too so ur hubby won't be walking around with feminine smell!

I've been LOVING this Barrier Recovery Lotion from @treatis_official. With its generous size, it's a great all-over face and body lotion. I've mostly been using this as my daytime moisturizer. I'm a fan of simple and straightforward moisturizers (think Cerave or Belif Aqua Bomb), and something light for my oily skin. The Barrier Recovery Lotion line reminds me of Kinerase, my old long-time favorite moisturizer before it was discontinued. I normally skip body lotion😬 because I don't like the feeling of lotion on my body, but I've been using this one because it absorbs so quickly and feels like nothing on the skin! If you're looking for a clean, simple lotion that moisturizes and protects, I highly recommend this one! Also, the plant-based, hypoallergenic ingredients are great for sensitive skin and safe for the whole family, from kids to adults.

Do you have dry and sensitive skin? If so this luxurious creamy lotion is for you. Treatis Barrier Recovery lotion is a sensitive skins dream. It contains hypoallergenic materials and natural ingredients. Shea butter and olive oil soften even the driest skin. One thing I really loved about this lotion is that it can be used by every member of my family. My daughter has very dry and sensitive skin and with the first use she could already tell a difference. We have now been using it every night before bed and she loves it. It has a very light clean scent that is not at all overpowering. This lotion came with several samples of some of their other products and I really enjoyed them all. The water gel I used in place of a serum and my skin loved it. The sunscreen sample I used on my daughter who plays soccer and is always needing to protect her skin while playing in the hot sun. She liked that it was sweat proof. A lot of sunscreens come off when you sweat and she felt like this stayed on and she didn't need to reapply. I am giving this 5 stars. I really enjoyed being able to test this and it is for sure something I will buy and keep on hand for all of my family members. Thank you for introducing this new product to me. Very nice moisturizing skin lotion. Gives skin a fresh feel without being too oily. Also has a nice refreshing scent. Lightweight but effective moisturizer is great to be used anytime!

A little bit goes a long way. I accidentally put a lot on 😂 It left my hands, elbows, and arms so soft. I am very impressed with how long my body stayed moisturized. I have a dry skin and i have tried so many products but to be honest this is my first time trying Barrier Recovery lotion and i loved it. This moisturizer has a sweet fragrance and feels really soft and lightweight. This lotion is made with all natural ingredients and it is safe for all types of skin. This helps to treat dry skin and balance moisture level. If you are suffering from itching due to dry skin it has Centella asiatica extract and ceramides to soothe your skin.

This Barrier Recovery Lotion is fantastic! It helps with moisture, balance and protection! Not to mention, it’s good for sensitive and dry skin! It’s getting chilly here in NV and my skin needs this! It doesn’t leave a greasy feeling and soaks right up into my skin. If you struggle with dry skin, you need to try this lotion!

It absorbs well into skin and leaves the skin feeling really soft. I did not use on my face because personally I feel it’s too thick for my face. As an all over body lotion I’d recommend. I used it on my ashy legs and it moisturizer them instantly. I have very sensitive skin on my legs and they responded well to the formula. I will try after shaving to fully test out the formula.

I recently received Barrier Recovery Lotion for review from 08liter. This is a good lotion. Not greasy and has a good moisturizing effect. I loved how quickly it absorbed into my skin. It has a mild smell, which I like.

I'm always looking for a good lotion, and this one is amazing! This Moist Science Barrier Recovery Lotion has a nice creamy texture and I love how quickly it absorbs! I also love that you can use it on your hands, body AND face! It really can do it all! This lotion does fantastic job locking in moisture and leaving my skin soft all day! The scent is very subtle, I would describe it as eucalyptus or maybe mint... Either way I really like it! Overall, I'm really impressed and would definitely recommend it!

This Treatis Barrier Recovery Lotion gets a 10/10 from me. A win for dry skin and I just made a rhyme. On a serious note it really is ultra moisturizing and absorbs very quickly. It’s not sticky or goopy at all either. It soothed my very dry skin immediately which was impressive. I love that it has healing ceramides which make a huge difference for skin health. I wash my hands so often and between that and sanitizer they had been super dry until now. I have been using this gentle, non-irritating lotion for days now and my skin is so much better. Dry spots are disappearing and my skin looks more youthful and healthier. My skin actually FEELS more comfortable which is so nice. It has a very light fragrance which is almost undetectable but pleasant. This is a keeper and will help me make it through winter.

Treaties Moist Science Barrier Recovery Lotion This lotion is perfect for winter time. It is slightly thick but not too heavy or greasy. It provides a good amount of moisturization, leaving my skin very soft all day. It has a subtle floral scent which is very pleasant. I use it mainly on the arms and legs but it can be used on face as well. For me, I have oily/combo skin on my face, so I prefer something lighter weight for my face. But I would imagine if I have dry patches on my skin (like if my eczema flares up), then this would be a good lotion to put on.
