Yesterday I spent all day in recovery and felt so exhausted from all of our Halloween fun over the weekend. I napped all day and still was able to sleep through the night. It felt like a hangover without the hangover because I barely drank anything alcoholic the night before. As I get older I’m starting to realize that age is catching up with me and my body is telling me to slow down. I was really happy to receive this #seviz #massagegun from 0.8 Liter last week! I used it on my shoulder and neck area which is where I hold all of my tension, as well as my lower back. This sleek beatgun comes in a nice zippered carrying case with an adapter and a velvet pouch with six different massage heads to pinpoint the neck, arm, waist, back, thigh, calves etc. I received the Matt Gray color but I’ve also seen it come in a pretty light pink! This will come in handy for sore spots after working out. especially for aching quads during the November squat challenge that I am going to participate in! The oscillation will help with muscle recovery and fatigue. There are 10 speeds to massage up to 2800RPM. The pressure and speed can be changed to fit your needs and really helps work out any stiffness or pain. I’m still getting used to it so I’ve only used the lowest settings (1-4)so far. I charged it once fully when I received it last week and the battery is still going. It’s at 3 out of 5 bars now with light daily use on the 1-4 setting. The site says it can lay up to six hours on one charge, which has been pretty accurate. It’s pretty quiet but powerful and reaches up to 50dB at max speeds. This is a great tool to have for tired mommy’s and Daddy’s!

I love the presentation and easy to use guide plus it is excellently encased. It has a power display with adjustable speed. This beauty is super amazing. I used it and tested out the different head attachments. I particularly focused on my neck area as this is the area that accumulates most of my stress and I end up with soar muscles. The head attachments are easy to install and retrieve and they are adequate for massaging. It felt super relaxing and aided in the release of tensed muscles on my neck and back areas. I love this product especially because it is easy to use, steady, and produces relaxation and the attachment heads are comfortable on the skin and muscles. I highly recommend this beautiful effective product.

Between stress and Ehlers Danlos syndrome, I get a lot of muscle cramping, and deep knots--I always have a massager in my pain tool kit, and I've tried all different types. This one is so unique in how customizeable it is, and how deeply it can work to remove lactic acid buildup and knotted muscles. It not having a cord makes it so much easier to use because it doesn't tangle. I was concerned that being cord free it's battery might not last long enough for an extended massage, but it hasn't let me down yet. It's surprisingly lightweight for how sturdy it is, and even with sore hands I've been able to manipulate it without any trouble. The closest I've come to experiencing a massager this good was in physical therapy with professional equipment, I'm so thankful having such a high quality one I get to keep!
