I'm so glad that the website and app are finally working correctly again 🙌 I have been responding to the store and trying to tell them their system was down for 2 weeks. Meanwhile I have been suspended twice & only been able to look at one part of the site. Just sad because I have an amazing product to share with you. I have never heard of this brand before and I have not heard about The Dokdo Islands either. I had decided to go check out the history of this place and I was just so sad that we have any colonial issues still happening today. I hope you can take the time to read up on this sad situation. I am actually working on a blog post about it. I find it THAT compelling to share. Unfortunately, it is up to the victor to tell stories of war; and I have never heard of the double named Islands that Korea calls Dokdo, but Japan calls Takeshima (literally Bamboo Islands. For 300 years they have been going back and forth with the other side about who has the rights to the land. You can just minimize the pain of their people and to tell them to get over it...but to figure out the reason will be having you change your mind. The Islands have many advantages for many uses...this one is the sea water they use to make this ampoule with high levels of hydration. This ampoule is incredibly soothing and I have found this to be on par with the Vichy Mineral 89 HA for the texture. I implore you to read up on the Dokdo Islands and this line of products is a great way to get people to be aware of the history.

Happy Tuesday Lovelies, Today I am reviewing ROUND LAB 1025 Dokdo Ampule 45g / Low Molecular, Hyaluronic Acid, Moisturizing Ampule. Main ingredients: Panthenol, Betaine, and DPG, which effectively soothe the skin, calm and comfort the skin irritated by external environments. Offer skin protection with hydration. Low molecular weight aids with quick absorption. The ampule was a very slick, transparent and gel water type like consistency which made it easy to spread around the face. I used this after my toner and essence and I also use it with my moisturizer. The ampule has no fragrance .You can also use this product as an essence for your very own sheet masks. I really like how quick the formula absorbed and it’s consistency. I also like how the product left my face feeling plump with the charge of hydration. This is a product I’ve kept close for the last couple of weeks to soothe and soften my skin from this bipolar weather in Illinois. The product’s formula is also suitable for sensitive skin.

Round Lab 1025 Dokdo Ampoule Soothing and moisturizing ampule without irritation. 
This is and ampoule that will bring moisture deep into the skin with low Hyaluronic Acid and will keep it down along with rich mineral content from deep Sea Water from Ulleungdo Island. It looks very simple but it has some power to it. Very rich in minerals from Ulleungdo Island Deep water (it contains 72 minerals like Magnesium, Calcium and Zink) with added Panthenol, Betaine and DPG (DiPotassium Glycyrrhizate - derived from licorice root extract to condition the skin, help soothe irritated or inflamed skin and to improve the texture) makes that ampoule powerful as it moisturizes and soothes in the same time. I like that ampoule a lot. One of my latest favorite ampoules that I tried and can use without any worries. It worked nice in Arizona and it is perfect when you feel like everything can irritate you. Highly recommend this one, for anyone. It has nice gel like consistency and it can be base to mix in other ampoules or to just be use daily as an ampoule. It has no scent and it sinks into the skin very fast leaving it very soft and supple. I got this at a discount through 0.8L. I love serums and things similar to serums. I would say looking at this it is more of a gel than a a serum but sort of the same family. When I opened it the first time I did not notice any scent to it at all which is nice. This gel type formula is best used after your toner according to the website and directions use in place of Essence. It was also simple to get out with the dropper at first. I have noticed the longer I use it (may be user error) I have to put it in multiple times to get enough which I consider a pea size or smaller. When looking at the ingredients there is a lot of the ones you want for moisture in your skin. There is: Hyaluronic Acid which helps to hold and attract moisture Collagen when it is used in skincare helps with moisturization of the skin. Ceramides which helps to hold the moisture in your skin. Panthenol also known as vitamin B5 also helps to make a barrier on the skin to keep in the moisture. Overall with everything this gel does it is no wonder my skin has been feeling very hydrated. When I started to use this formula it was right around the time of the snow storm here in Texas. I had cracked hands and dry skin everywhere except my face. I ove that I had this at the right moment to truly test everything it promises. You are able to get this on Amazon and Style Korean for around $25.

This is the Round Lab Dokdo ampule. If you're not familiar with ampules, they are basically serums. They are used after cleansing and toner and right before moisturize. These are usually high concentrations of moisturizing and effective skin care ingredients targeting specific skin issues or anti aging ingredients. This ampule is a highly moisturizing and calming serum. With sea water and hyaluronic acid. It's great for beginners and exercise for sensitive skin, but wil work nicely with healthy any type skin. If you're looking for a good starter ampule this one is a great one to check out.

Love the Round Lab 1025 Dokdo On The Go Kit I tried previously & excited to try this @roundlab.us 1025 Dokdo Ampule. The name ‘1025 Dokdo’ came from ‘Dokdo Day’ celebrated on October 25th (10/25) in South Korea, which commemorates the official proclamation of Emperor Gojong in 1900 declaring Dokdo as territory attached to Ulleungdo Island (an area offshore of the Korean peninsula). The texture is clear & thick, almost like a runny gel. Though it’s quite thick, it’s easy to spread & sinks in quickly without being sticky or greasy. Surprisingly, it has semi-matte finish, so there’s no worries over ‘oily looking’ face. I didn’t notice any scent & it hydrates well though on the heavier side, which is great for cold dry months. But since I have combo skin, might shift this for night routine on warmer months.

Oh the mysterious island of Jeju and it’s beautiful waters. It’s no wonder this ultra moisturizing ampoule performs miracles on my skin in this parched climate I call home. If I can’t live in Jeju, the next best thing Is to slather this on my skin, right? 👀 It’s lightweight with little to no fragrance. Absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave a tacky feeling on my skin. The packaging is zen life and takes me away from the chaos that is my reality. I may be stressed but my skin doesn’t have to be. 😜. One try, we all know the rules. Solid 8.5. Whoever gets these reference is a winner. You know who you are.

So I would have to give this Round Lab 1025 Dokdo Ampule a 5 out of 5 stars.🥳 It's basically like an essence serum so you use it after toner, but before the treatment step. Basically an essence is used to enhance absorption of products that you apply afterwards like a serum and moisturizer. The order is based on the 10 step Korean skincare routine. I have a picture included. I don't see any bad ingredients which is good. No added fragrance, sulfates, PEG's, parabens, etc. Now the ampule has a little thicker consistency than I thought it would. When I dripped it on my face with the dropper it didn't immediately run down my face like water. That doesn't mean it didn't still feel like a drink of water on my face. I have combo dry skin and the hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid and collagen ingredients in this ampule really help to make my face feel plump and hydrated. Also, surprisingly not sticky like I thought it would be. I will continue to keep using this until I run out. Keep swiping to see more pictures of the product, the ingredients list, and more. I don’t particularly like hydrating ampoules because of my combo skin. It sometimes feels overly hydrating. But surprisingly this ampoule provides sufficient hydration. The texture is viscous but it has a semi-matte finish which didn’t feel suffocating on the skin. . I foresee this as a product I will mostly use in the winter or colder drier months. It’s decently priced and I think drier skin types will like it. I would recommend it for all skin types but especially to those that are dry sensitive. . 💧Round Lab ~ Dokdo Ampoule • 💧 I was super impressed with the Round Lab 3 piece set I received and tested, so I knew that this ampoule would be amazing as well. At first, I didn’t really like it because I felt like it was so thick and sticky but after the end of the day my skin still felt really hydrated and plumped up. I have really come to love this ampoule and it has taken the place of my regular hyaluronic acid in my routine. This formula really hydrates dry skin and keeps it hydrated. The glass bottle packaging is great but sometimes it’s really hard to get the thick ampoule up in the dropper. Thanks to @0.8l_USA for letting me try this for my honest review.

I like it! I usually don’t like oils or amplues cuz they too thick and don’t absorb much.. but this one absorbs great and my skin is not sticky after using it. Super soft and gives me enough moisture i need!
