So often with skincare the advertised ingredient is barely included, and found low on the list of ingredients, but not with this ampoule. The Vely Vely Artemisia Return Ampoule contains 94% Artemisia extract. I've found this serum to be incredibly effective for calming redness and irritation, especially when combined with the rest of the Artemisia line. Happy Easter Sunday! Did you guys do anything fun this weekend for Easter? I didn’t, just basically relaxed and ate some good food! Let’s get into #SkincareSunday . Ampoules are a new thing for me. I’ve received complimentary the VELY VELY Artemisia Return Ampoule and it’s one I’m definitely curious about. I don’t have a true verdict yet as I haven’t used it long enough I believe to form a proper opinion. So let’s talk about it a little: This ampoule is comprised of: -Glycerine which is known to have many benefits in protecting your skin from irritation and even maintaining a healthy skin barrier, and of course aids in mega hydration -Artemisia Extract (94%) which works to relieve and calm sensitive skin -Boswellia Extract - to protect skin from harmful environmental substances It has a very distinct herbal/earthy scent that initially, I couldn’t decide if I liked, but like many skincare scents, unless it’s over-powering, quickly grew on me. I love the beautiful green colour of the liquid which is a tad thicker than just water and absorbs quickly into your skin without leaving any kind of residue, no stickiness or anything of that sort. In seconds you can’t even tell you have it on which is just great if you layer your skincare like I do. I would have said this is a bit pricey, however for an ampoule it’s rather large at 45ml so I think it’s a decent price-range. I feel this is a great product for those with dry/sensitive skin to try out as it seems to be ideal for delivering intense hydration as well and controlling oil balance and also soothe and keep your skin calm. I also don’t see any negatives for an oily skin person, though I feel dry/sensitive skin will derive more benefits out of this product. I’ll continue using this and provide an update if my thoughts change.

Artemisia (AKA Mugwort Extract) has been a trending ingredient out of Korea for a few years now and it's great for sensitive and acne prone skin. It's soothing and helps with redness and dryness. All skin types can benefit from Artemisia. Oily types can enjoy its oil balancing abilities and dry skin benefits from healing dry patches. I have normal to dry skin and some clogging on my chin recently. This Vely Vely Artemisia Return Ampoule smells very herbal (something I like) and spreads nicely. Absorbs quickly, nothing to complain about. Its ingredient list is incredibly simple, containing 94% Artemisia Extract. The full list? Artemisia Capillaris Extract, Butylene Glycol, Glycerin, Sodium Carbomer, Xanthan Gum, 1,2-Hexanediol, Boswellia Serrata Resin Extract. I’ve always really liked the brand Vely Vely for their makeup products but their skin care products always seemed a bit pricy so I never really got the chance to purchase one myself. So I was glad that 0.8L provided this opportunity The first thing I noticed was the color of the serum and the texture. It’s super light and watery and absorbs very fast. I was a little thrown off by the smell however. It’s not a super strong but it’s sort of herbal-y and fades out pretty quick. Overall, I think it’s a nice product although I don’t think I’ll buy it again because of the smell.

I was very happy when I was chosen to test the Vely Vely Artemisa Return Ampoule serum. After regular cleanse skin is completely clean, this serum provided enough moisture and I added my usual moisturizer face cream. Skin texture changes when it is well hydrated. I like the smell of Vely Vely Ampoule, it is really good, smells like fresh and soft. This one and all the Vely Vely products can be found at Amazon with a reasonable price.

During this pandemic my face hasn’t always been so good to me. I’ve been experimenting on skincare products that work for me and I know my skin isn’t perfect and I am always trying to achieve that but I’ve seen some pretty amazing changes when using this as my 4th step every day and night. I was gifted this from VELY VELY to try in exchange for my honest review and I'll be honest I was nervous at first because just by only judging the outside, I figured it would have been oily but to my surprise it was no where near oily rather the total opposite! I washed my face with a milk Cleanser followed with VELY VELY toner and then I applied this Ampoule... at first my skin felt sticky... not soft. so then I followed up with a serum array which I'm sure any moisturizer would work well too but I definitely needed something to moisturize my skin after applying this. I liked the product itself just needs another product after this because my skin isn't as soft as I'd like it with just this on.
