VELY VELY Artemisia Return Cream

the cream is very nice, a bit sticky though and after applying my face burned a bit. The smell reminds me a bit of three roots, the consistency is quite amazing and it smooth the skin well.

The cream is light brown with a gel-cream texture. It’s soothing and calming. Hydrates and moisturizes well. Has a light herbal scent that I love. The key ingredients are Artemisia Capillaris Extract (has antibacterial and antioxidant properties), Glycerin (a natural moisturizer), and Squalane (traps moisture in and prevents transepidermal water loss). Free of alcohol, fragrance, and essential oils. Cons: Takes a long time to get absorbed. Stays dewy and sticky on my oily skin. I believe this will better suit normal to dry skin. Some will not like its natural scent.

This is my review for Vely Vely Artemesia Return Cream. I received this complimentary for reviewing but all opinions are my own. I'm shocked at the quality of this cream. I've spent hundreds of dollars on high and skin care in the past and this rivals most of them. Its like very thick pudding and and I love that the main ingredient in 90% of the product is artemesia extract. There are extensive studies done on this extract and how good it is for the skin. It's actually known to prevent most skin cancers from forming. I feel really good knowing that this protects me when I'm out in the sun. There's a bit of an earthly smell but that's something I love so it doesn't bother me in the least. I have the essence that goes along with this moisturizer and the 2 of them together are so good. I received the @velyvely_global Artemisia Return Cream from @0.8l_usa to use & review. This cream is very lovely. It soaks in immediately & is not sticky or greasy. There is no scent. It is supposed to help retain moisture, refined skin texture, & revitalize skin. It does what it says so far. It is not irritating. It did not break me out. Left my skin soft & glowy.

The texture of the cream feels a bit thicker than a gel moisturizer but not as thick as a heavier cream. I was hesitant at first since I have oilier combo skin but given the extremely short ingredient list (only 12 things!) I felt more reassured that I wouldn’t experience pore clogging. Applying a thin layer was more than enough and my skin felt so nourished the next morning! I also tried using it during the day with an even thinner layer and it was also enough under a moisturizing sunscreen. I noticed a reduction in redness in irritated skin overnight and less oil production during the day ( ˘ ³˘)♥︎ this is so amazing I would def consider repurchasing when I run out of products!!

I was gifted a complimentary jar of [VELY VELY] Artemisia Return Cream in exchange for my honest review. I was immediately struck by how nice the jar looks. All of the Vely Vely packaging is beautiful, and looks wonderful on my vanity. Upon opening the jar I was happy to see an inner lid, which prevents product from getting into the threads of the jar lid. This cream has an absolutely wonderful scent, which comes naturally from the artemesia. There are no added fragrances or alcohols, so this works wonderfully for those with sensitive skin (such as myself). This cream is actually 80% artemesia, which works to intensively nourish and moisturize the skin, while refining it's texture. It also contains squalane to revitalize the skin. I apply this cream after my toner and serum in the morning, and again before bed at night.

I use this Vely Vely moisturizer at night, especially if my skin is looking red or feeling irritated. I’m used to gel creams being very light, but this one has a thick and bouncy texture. It’s a bit sticky after application. I don’t mind that in my evening products - all the stickiness is gone by morning. This would be too heavy (and too sticky) to be a morning cream for me. I notice a soothing effect, plus my skin looks extra plump after using this. I’ll definitely keep this in my moisturizer rotation until I’m out. I do find myself wishing this came in a large pump bottle, as it would make an amazing body moisturizer.

I absolutely loved the Artemisia Return Cream! It tremendously helped my skin retain moisture and surprisingly helped the texture. The light scent was pleasant and not overwhelming. Such a wonderful product!

Was testing out another cool Korean product Vely Vely Artemisia Return Cream. Light texture and barely noticeable scent and good moisturizing, only think I didn’t like about it is sticky skin after application.

I was sent the Vely Vely Artemisia Return Cream complimentary from 0.8L for review purposes. I have been using this cream in combination with two other products in the Vely Vely Artemisia line, the Artemisia Return Ampoule and the Artemisia Balance Essence. This line's namesake ingredient, artemisia, or mugwort, is helpful in keeping skin clear of breakouts and soothing redness and irritation. In addition to mugwort, this cream contains glycerin, to improve hydration, and squalene, to provide a protective layer of moisture. My skin feels incredibly hydrated, soothed, and moisturized when using this product line. It works best for me as a night cream, as I feel it is a bit to heavy for me to layer with my daytime skincare and beauty products. I have loved testing out this cream and will be continuing to use it.

I was really surprised by Vely Vely's Artemisia Return Cream. It boosts of having 80% Artemisia extract that intensively moisturizes the skin. I haven't had experience with artemisia before, but the cream smelled a lot like chamomile tea! It's a very relaxing herbal scent. As for the moisturization , this definitely handled the job! It made my face a bit too greasy, but maybe I put too much on? It looks like a lightweight cream at first, but it was tacky on my skin. For my combo skin, this would serve better as a nighttime moisturizer. I put this on in the AM and I was a bit sick from my first Covid vaccine shot, so I slept through the entire afternoon. Even though I didn't do my routine in the PM that night, my skin's still looking good the next day and all I had on was this cream.

I received this product at a very generous discount for review purposes and I was pleasantly surprised with it! the smell is light and almost almondy so very light and natural, it absorbed really well into my skin and didn't leave me feeling oily and it lasted all day! While normally I might have passed this up because I tend to flock to different packaging, I'm quite glad I opted to purchase this one!!! I also tried other products in this line, so look for more reviews on those to come!
