Real barrier cica cream is formulated with high concentrations of Calamine to help protect the skin from outside irritations, Panthenol to calm and Madecassoside to soothe. It can also promote skin recovery after minor dermatological procedures as well as during and after monthly breakouts. It can be used also with small cuts and insect bites. It's a thick cream that comes in an aluminum tube wich I like because it's hygienic and can use the desired amount. It has a subtle scent that I like personally. It absorbs quickly on the skin leaving it with a light film that desapears after a while. Because of the ingredients and the texture I like to use it at night after my retinol treatment to avoid skin irritation but have to wait to fully absorb to avoid piling. Overall I like this product and would recommend this and would buy it again.

I have always been a fan of products with Cica. I have sensitive skin and rosacea. Removing redness and irritation has always been a concern of mine. Real Barrier CicaRelief Cream A soothing and protective cream that helps relieve irritated and red skin caused by external aggressors. Gently, apply to irritated areas of the face or body until completely absorbed. Apply a thick layer to areas that need extra attention. Opinion: This product definitely does the job. You can smell the Cica in the cream and the texture is thick. It absorbs nicely into the skin. If you have oily skin I’d be careful because I can see potential of clogging pores. It’s great on dry patches. I do not advise slathering all over your entire face. If you follow the directions it will be a great product for you.

Amazing moisturizer especially for dry skin type. Cica is very calming and soothing for irritated and inflamed skin. It absorbs beautifully without feeling sticky. It’s gonna be all year round staple in my skin care routine.

This cream is really perfect for irritated skin. I had a little irritation on my forehead and it helped a lot. I use a lot of exfoliating acids, so sometimes my skin is very sensitized and this cream will help me a lot in these moments

I love the consistency and ingredients of this product. Centella asiatica is the presumed "active ingredient" that reduce inflammation which I love. It moisturizes the skin well. Soothes and replenishes. Helps relieve sunburn. It contains 50% centella asiatica extract instead of purified water, so it is more effective and soothes damaged skin more quickly. It adheres smoothly to the skin expression to form a non-sticky dressing protective film to protect the skin from secondary irritation. Tested for sensitive skin.The cream came boxed, and the tube was safety sealed. I’m really impressed with this cream! It soothes redness almost instantly, and feels very calming on my skin. After a few weeks of use I notice a positive change in the texture of my skin... it’s softer, and dewier but not oily. I highly recommend for anyone with sensitive skin. This cream is fantastic. It helps skin recover and repair. It’s free from parabens, mineral oil, artificial fragrances and dyes, ethanol, propylene glycol, benzophenone, and phenoxyethanol. This cream has patented MLE technology and ceremides, which helps create a healing barrier. Although this cream is very thick, it absorbs well. It has a faint pink color and a light, barely noticeable scent. I have tried other Real Barrier products before, and they do not disappoint.

I love this. has no scent creamy and absorbs very fast no greasy feeling. I had a bit of poison ivy on my finger used this and the itch went away and healed up within two days. gave good relief to my itchy finger lol but yes it is very good on the skin and for the skin from my try so far. would definitely repurchase. very nice product.

New favorite: Real Barrier CicaRelief Cream  Cica is great for calming redness or irritated skin from sun exposure, overexfoliation using acids, or retinols. But this one, I’ve been using as an all-around, daily moisturizer.   It smells a bit like a sports cream, very faint scent, and also goes on like one. It gives a semi-matte finish (slightly bouncy to the touch but gives a matte appearance). And it has a pretty, light pink color.🙂    It feels like the cream absorbs deeply into my skin and, like its name, really does create a “barrier” of protection. And it does amazing with keeping my oils and shine at bay. It’s currently my favorite day cream.👍

The MLE skin barrier formula has applied complex ceramide, which reinforces the skin barrier and leaves the skin deeply hydrated. It contains 50% Centella Asiatica Extract instead of purified water, so it is more effective and soothes damaged skin more quickly. My combination to dry skin always needs extra moisturization. Especially after the cold winter months my face, arms and legs are extra sensitive, dry and sometimes flaky. This cream does wonders for my dry skin and really makes my skin feel softer and hydrated. After cleaning my face, I take a small amount of the cream. I just needs a little bit of the cream to apply it to the dry spots on my face and on my legs and arms. I dab the cream into my skin and it goes on very smoothly. It is absorbed fast. The cream has a rich luxurious texture but feels very lightweight on my skin and does not leave a sticky or greasy feeling. It immediately gives my skin relief from dryness and itchiness and calms down my skin. My skin feels hydrated all day long. It has a very light natural scent to it. This cream is excellent and I love how soft and smooth it makes my dry skin feel. This cream provides immediate hydration and prevents my skin from getting dry during the day. I also use it on my kids' sensitive and eczema prone skin and it really calms down their skin too. Love this cream and highly recommend it!

REAL BARRIER CICARELIFE CREAM I absolutely love this. After a few days of use my skin looks brighter and moistured. I like its lightweight and milky texture/color. Smells good as well not so strong. My skin is combination skin so I am very careful in choosing creams. This one is not oily at all thus does nor bother my skin at all but give good amount of moisture. I am enjoying putting on this cream!

the real barrier cica relief cream is a very nice cream that when I put it on my face after washing my face with hot water it almost immediately absorbed into my skin making my skin feel moisturized healthy and plump I really like how quickly it absorbed into my skin and it also had a nice fresh scent to it I like when products have a scent to them more than when they are fragrance free so I did like that this had a fragrance as well
