The Baciel Hydra Barrier Chica Cream is great for normal to oily skin . At the current moment my skin is going through extreme dryness and sensitivity which this product is not long lasting enough. but overall the product is a nice thick cream. I was very interested to learn that this product Contains 71.92% Centla Asiatica Extract. It’s fragrance free (a plus), and it has a creamy texture. Only a small amount of cream can leave my skin moisturized for really long time. One part that I don’t like about this cream is that it might be too heavy and creamy for my oily skin.

This cica cream is a gel consistency. Fabulous ingredient list included centella, ceremide, and niacinimide. Absorb into the skin very fast and did not leave any stickiness. Enough moisture for my combo skin.

As you can guess by it’s name, this moisturizer contains a high content (71.92%) of cica also known as centella asiatica and it’s the first ingredient listed instead of water like many other skin care products on the market. There are also 5 types of ceramides in the formula, which helps to improve your skin barrier and a variety of hyaluronic acids to help provide moisture. The product is marketed as being vegan 🌱, fragrance free, and with a pH balance of 6.0. There is still a very light clean scent, but at least it’s not from an ambiguous ingredient listed as “fragrance”, which can be irritating to people with sensitive skin. The moisturizer has a thick consistency and glides onto the skin easily during application. You can use this moisturizer for the face and body!

Baciel has produced a great product that truly leaves you feeling refreshed, moisturized, and soft to the touch. I tested this product out on the tops of my hands and my elbows before using on my face. This cream gave me a slight cooling sensation and left my skin very soft to the touch. I really enjoy how moisturized and relaxed my skin felt after using this product for only a few days.

I squeezed out the right amount for my face . Then the moisturizer did a weird thing , it started to slide down my face . Hence , that is why I should’ve read the instructions first . Then I began to work it in and spread it across my face . This moisturizer gives the skin such a beautiful glow and trust me that depth of hydration just lasts all day long .
