When I saw this cosrx dupe brand popup on 08l I had to try it, since I lived thru all the og snaily gudness. I had actually moved away from snail, but going back reminded me of how amazing it is at softening my skin and keeping it hydrated thru the day. The cream is the best of the three, but together they work well for a full routine, minus acids. The cream also has that classic stringy slimy texture which can be unsettling if you've never encountered it. The serum is a very loose gel, melts quickly due to skin warmth. And the toner is thin and quite good for layering. The scent of the line to me, is reminiscent of baby powder but not as intense. I do like that the price point of the brand is pretty affordable, each of these is about 15usd. Would recommend giving these a try if you want something classically kbeauty.

This time we have something a little different. My boyfriend has wanted to get his skin under control for a while. He has very dry skin. When I saw this Black Snail Collagen Trio I figured that would be an easy way to introduce him into a simple regimen. ⁣ ⁣ Toner, Serum, and a Moisturizer. The building blocks for a good skincare regimen. Should be pretty good for dry, flaky skin.⁣ ⁣ The core of these products is that they have snail mucin, black bean, and collagen. They claim to be deeply hydrating, healing to the skin, anti-wrinkle... oh yeah.. and not feel slimy..⁣ ⁣ So, he tried them for a few days and couldn't continue to use them. I asked him his thoughts and experience with them and this is what he told me: The toner and serum were okay for the most part. The cream had a gooey consistency that he was not a fan of. He felt like he had to keep applying more and more to even feel hydration of his skin and then it left him feeling sticky/slimy. Yet, with no moisture at all. ⁣ ⁣ What I noticed after a few days: He gets really dry and flaky on his forehead. That area got worse and his skin started to get red there. He also looked really tight and shiny, instead of hydrated and plump. Sadly, these products did not work for him at all.⁣ ⁣ I went through my skincare arsenal and I worked on a regimen for him that seems to be working really well. These products are sadly not included in it. These might work for another skin type but they are not that great for very dry skin. At least in our experience. ⁣ ⁣ I always feel bad when I don't have a positive experience with a product, but understand I am not trash talking about the brand or even the product. Skincare is such a personal thing that each product is going to be different for everyone. Take each review you read with a grain of salt. Read many. Learn your skin type. Find what works for you. The key ingredients in this set include Snail Mucin Extract to improve moisture and elasticity, Black Bean Extract to strengthen skin, and Collagen Extract to reduce fine lines. 🐌 The Black Snail Collagen Toner is a clear watery texture with a pleasant floral scent to it. This scent is slightly stronger than I prefer, but not too overwhelming. This scent is consistent throughout this lines products. The key product features include creating a healthy glow while reducing fine lines and wrinkles. 🐌 The Black Snail Collagen Serum is extremely moisturizing and nourishing. It has a clear slightly thicker texture, that melts into your skin effortlessly. It is useful for firming benefits, anti-aging benefits, protecting the skin, and it’s super moisturizing. 🐌 The Black Snail Collagen Cream has a thick and sticky consistency. It is a deeply moisturizing, firming, and lifting cream. Although it does have a slimy texture, and can be messy to work with, it does absorb fairly fast. It also leaves your skin feeling so soft, moisturized, and healthy. I love the snail mucin for skincare for the awesome benefits they provide. This line is safe for all skin types, and cruelty free. However, it is not without artificial fragrance and alcohol in its ingredients, which is why I would only give these 4 out 5 stars. I loved this set. It consists of snail secretion filtration, hydrolyzed collagen, and black bean extract. It comes with a toner, Serum, and cream. The toner was so light and hydrating. It didn't leave any stickiness after. The serum is a gel like serum. When I put it on I can immediately see some tightening and plumper skin. The cream is different it is slimy and it has a sticky glue like consistency. When you get some it is stringy but if you rub some in the palms of your hands that goes away. It is very hydrating and leaves your skin plumper. This set works great together.

First thing I will say about this Black Snail trio is that it is definitely scented. For those sensitive to smells, this might not be for you. I’m going to break down each part of the set with a quick review. Toner- a bit sticky at first but left my skin feeling hydrated and soft. Cream- the consistency of this was very interesting. It’s almost… stretchy if you will. Once you put it in your hands to apply the stretch goes away but definitely a very interesting consistency. It luckily was not sticky. My skin was softer after using this. Serum- this is a thicker, gel like serum. It did leave a slight sheen to my skin but wasn’t sticky. Absorbed well and skin felt moisturized. Black Snail Collagen Toner- This toner is formulated with snail, collagen & black bean it minimizes fine lines and wrinkles and creates a healthy, vibrant glow. it hydrates and plumps the skin without a sticky feel. I follow this up with the emulsion, serum then the cream Black Snail Collagen Serum- This serum is formulated with Snail Secretion Filtrate, Glycerin, Allantoin, Adenosine Aloe Barbadenis Leaf Extract, Hydrolyzed Collagen, Black Soybean Extract, Rice Bran Extract tons of beneficial ingredients that are hydrating, soothing & healing. The texture is thicker, clear gel but immediately melts into a serum when you rub onto the skin. It does have a light floral scent ( added fragrance) This serum hydrates my skin and leaves it nice and plump with no sticky feel. Black Snail Collagen Cream- If you have never tried a snail cream, you should! This light cream has that gooey, slimy texture that may throw some off but once you put it on your skin your mind will be changed! How is it not sticky?? Its lightweight, yet so hydrating and leaves my skin feeling so nourished, and my skin feels firmer while using this cream. It has a very light scent that is very subtle and hardly noticeable, which I prefer! This one is also formulated with some of the same great ingredients! Fragrance at bottom of the list. I am quickly becoming a major coxir super fan! I absolutely love all their skin products I have tried so far and this is another set to add to my favorites.I will do a quick run down of all three products I have tried. I found the toner itself to be a little sticky, probably from the snail mucin, but once it absorbs into my skin it felt moisturized and looked glowy. It had a nice brightening effect that I noticed on some of the duller areas. I also noticed a slight firming sensation after it absorbed into my skin. The serum itself feels like a gel and when applied it spreads nicely and absorbs into my skin pretty quickly.I feel like this one focuses more on the anti-aging function that it claims to provide. The serum makes my skin feel firmer while also leaving it feeling moistured. There is also adenosine in the serum that works with the collagen to keep your skin tight and plumped. I love that it incorporates ginseng root extract - an ingredient that revitalizes, firms, and tightens the skin. The cream is really sticky so I don’t recommend this for daytime use, I started to use this in my nighttime routine and it's fantastic. It’s also super hydrating and leaves a nice protective layer of moisture for my skin. I hope this helps you find your perfect product, better yet why not get all three??? All in all this is a great skincare set for the money and I totally recommend giving it a try.

Black Snail Collagen Trio Set (which is toner, serum, and cream) by CoxiR is incredible! This product is made with snail and collagen to work effectively to fight fine lines and wrinkles while hydrating and refreshing skin. Pros- These products hydrate very well with no irritation, residue, or sticky feeling. They left my skin feeling renewed and younger! I was very impressed! Cons- My only real critism is that the scent is sort of medicinal. I would love to see something that smells better, but I like they don't add fragrance! This is a great product line, and I recommend it to anyone seeking to prevent or manage dry skin and fine lines/wrinkles!

I like these products except for the fragrance (especially the toner, I find the fragrance of that product stronger than the others). The fragrance does dissipate quickly. I'm not a fan of the stickiness of the cream, either, but it's only sticky when I scoop some out of the jar. It does not feel sticky when on my face. If I were to pick one favorite of the three - toner, serum, cream - I would pick the serum. Texture is just right, sinks in quickly, less fragrance, it's the standout item for me. I know my skin likes snail mucin and collagen, so I wish these weren't fragranced, I'd like them so much better. Looks like the line is widely available online, carried at Yesstyle, Walmart, iHerb, and Amazon, and the price is budget-friendly.

This trio compliment each other when used together to help minimize fine lines and wrinkles to create a healthy and glowing complexion. All 3 contain snail secretion filtration, hydrolyzed Collagen, and black bean extract. They can be used alone or together both am and pm after cleansing. They all contain fragrance but with a very mild, pleasant scent. They also come sealed with a protective seal, so you are sure to get a product that hasn't been tampered with; and all 3 have a very long shelf-life and are cruelty-free. 🐌 I applied the toner with a cotton pad and found it removed even more dirt after I cleansed my face, but I really liked it because it was light and left my face with a nice, hydrated feeling without a shiny finish. 🐌 I found when using the gel-like serum, you only need pea-sized amount to be an effective amount to cover your whole face and neck without it feeling tacky. It absorbed easily and quickly. 🐌 This was my first experience with a cream containing snail mucin. It comes with a small scoop to use so the cream is contaminated when using your fingers in the jar. I found the consistency to be somewhat slimy and stringy-like, but it was also very light when applying it, and it left my skin feeling very soft, smooth, hydrated, and firmer. 🐌 Overall, I really liked this anti-aging set and highly recommend them. I found they provided a protective barrier for my skin to nourish it with deep hydration to diminish my fine lines helping it appear more plump, firmer, and lifted.

I’ve used snail products here & there in my routine (who hasn’t, & is into Kbeauty? It’s basically required!) & usually love the results, so I was excited to try a whole 🐌 line from @coxir , snagged at a discount from @0.8L_usa ! 🐌 Toner - you’ve seen this already in my FriyayFaves, & it’s still firmly ensconced in my dailies. I LOVE the light floral fragrance, the smooth feel of it on my skin, & the delicious hydration I get when I layer it. Wonderful hydrating toner with additional benefits from snail & black bean extracts. Highly recommend & would repurchase! 🐌 Serum - This is a gel-type serum that reminds me of my old fave I just emptied, Benton Snail-Bee High Content Essence. It goes on really smoothly, but I’d recommend applying to a face still damp from toner to get the full absorptive benefits. It does leave a bit of a shine (I once used it on half my face & the Benton on the other half, & there was a marked difference in “glow”) but if you don’t like that, it goes away when you put on moisturizer & sunscreen. I do feel plumping & smoothing effects, like most hydrating serums, with the added silky feeling from the snail. 🐌 Cream - Not gonna lie, I was freaked out by the #texture of this at first. It’s so stretchy!! I have never used a cream like this. But, I followed the instructions & rubbed it between my palms before applying, & the stringiness disappeared & it went on smoothly & evenly. This cream is awesome! It’s so light, great for combo or even oily skin, but super moisturizing & protecting! My skin feels so smooth when I use it & it does not cause any problems with my sunscreen. This is a GREAT product for a fall transition to heavier creams! Really like it & would repurchase.
