Cica Green Line [Toner, Serum, Cream]

Cica Green Toner This serum has a herbal scent and a texture that is a bit thicker then water. It spreads easy on my skin and I find it to be quite moisturizing but a bit tacky feeling. Since using this toner I have noticed my pores are refined and less noticeable. I enjoyed using this in combination with the Cica Green Serum and face cream. Cica Green Serum I really like this serum. It has a thin gel-like texture that absorbs almost instantly when applied to my skin. This serum leaves my face feeling fresh with less irritation. Cica Green Cream This is a great cream for those with combination or oily skin types. The texture is a medium consistency with a herbal scent. I like to use this mainly during the day and find it moisturizes my skin enough without feeling heavy or greasy. While using this cream I noticed that I have less redness around my nose area. I have acne-prone skin and did not have any issues with this cream causing breakouts or clogging my pores.

I got the opportunity to test and review the XYCOS Circa Green Toner, Serum and Cream. They contain good all natural toxic-free ingredients. Including Circa (Centella Asiatica), Spirulina and Avocado. The toner comes in a nice tall slim pump bottle. It’s very light in texture, clear in color, absorbs quickly into the skin and moisturizing. The serum comes in a short slim pump bottle. It’s light in texture and slightly thick, clear in color, absorbs quickly and firming to the skin. The cream comes in a small jar. It’s light in texture and slightly thick, white in color and very nourishing to the skin. All three products when used regularly with a cleanser from the same brand helps with all skin care concerns including pores, blemishes, acne, dryness and dullness. Love it!

I WELL THOUGH SHARE SOME INFORMATION ABOUT THESE PRODUCTS!! KEY POINTS: 1= SEBUM CONTROL 2= SOOTHING 3= MOISTURIZER 4= STEM CELL CULTURE KEY INGREDIENTS: CENTELLA ASIATICA= boosts antioxidant activity at the site of wounds, and the extract increases production of collagen and the reduction in inflammation. SPIRULINA= is rich in phytonutrients and carotenoids-the antioxidants. It's high in protein, nutrients. iron and antioxidants. It also helps to boost the overall health and radiant appearance of your skin. AVOCADO= is enriched with vitamin C and vitamin E. It helps keep your skin supple and soft.The antioxidants and anti-inflammatory agents in avocado help your skin stay smooth, strong and elastic. All 3 products ARE VEGAN, helps sebum control and they are all super soothing... the plant ingredients are excellent at soothing which helps the skin recover from stress and other external aggressors. Have's one of my favorite INGREDIENTS Centella, also known as cica, which is excellent at healing as well as soothing imitated skin, softens the skin and helps to give skin radiance and elasticity, it also helps to keep the skin moisturized!! Their also unisexed!!

This is a brand that I am on the fence with as of right now. I was able to try out this Cica trio made by XY*COS (I’ve mentioned them in previous posts) containing a Toner, Serum & Cream. I’m not going to beat around the bush with this….the Lavender scent was overwhelming. What I do not like is the sticker that makes it seem like the product was reformulated with Lavender Oil being omitted from the new list, however, when you look closely there is a sticker over top of the packaging for the Toner & Serum. The cream had the “woody” scent of the Witch Hazel & didn’t have a sticker placed. This makes me question ether brand since Lavender is very noticeable in the other 2 products. I’m glad packaging is being saved, but, I’m concerned when I still smell Lavender in the product itself while it was basically hidden by a sticker. I really do like some of these ingredients used, but, I couldn’t use the Toner or Serum much. All products had a safety seal that couldn’t be returned if tampered with. The Toner uses a pump dispenser instead of the “droplet method”. This was a very watery consistency which easily slid down my hands so it applied extremely simple w/no pull. I did experience slight redness along my cheeks though. With the Serum this is also using the pump method, but, this format was a little thinner than I expected so it also glided across with no issues. The scent of the Lavender lingered w/this a little more after fully absorbing which didn’t take long. The Cream was tolerable for me, but, I wish a small spatula like their sister brand “The Skin House” provides & a wider pull tab. The format is creamy and soft upon application. Found this to be perfect to take on the go & I really like that this uses an emollient type of alcohol that isn’t drying with a mix of Stearyl & Cetyl alcohol (Cetearyl Alcohol). These do help decrease sebum production for those with oily skin so if you don’t mind a heavy Lavender fragrance you may like this line.

I received 3 products of The Cica Green skincare line from the Korean brand, XYCOS, to review. They included a toner, serum, and cream. All included good ingredients for your skin to help smoothen and firm it, as well as control the amount of sebum your skin produces. The ingredients included Centella Asiatica, known for soothing and calming sensitive skin, Spirulina, and Avocado which help to hydrate and moisturize your skin to protect your skin barrier. You apply the toner with your hands then pat and massage until it is absorbed into your skin. It took a little while until it was fully absorbed enough to apply the serum as the next step. Although the toner was not fragrant enough to say it was scented, I did not care for the smell. It smelled somewhat medicinal. It was the same smell for the serum. I only applied a very small amount of the serum but found it was more than enough to cover my face and seem like it took forever to be absorbed while applying it with the recommended rolling massage, but I could tell it was very hydrating for my skin once it was fully absorbed and ready for the final step of the skincare routine. The cream has a thin texture that you apply by spreading on then tapping lightly until it is absorbed. The cream added additional moisture and really helped to seal in the hydration of the serum. This added further protection for my skin barrier and did appear to leave my skin a little firmer. I not sure if this is considered a non-scented skincare line but it does have a very mild scent that comes from one of the many green complex extracts that are part of its ingredients. All of the products should last quite a while since you only need to use very small amount each time. I would recommend this product to those with oily skin that need to control their sebum production yet smooth and moisturize their skin. I have oily/combination skin and it did help with my T-zone oily areas but I didn't care for the shiny finish left on my forehead.

I only received these products 5 days ago and not able to write a very detailed review but only my initial experience &observation. The toner is clear liquid and absorbs quickly into skin. The serum is clear gel like and is very lightweight which made is easy and quick to absorb. It also does not leave any sticky feeling behind since it has a more watery texture. The cream which is my favorite one is also very light and melts into skin quickly. It makes the skin smooth and it’s very soothing. It’s a nice hydrating cream. So far the set was okay and I loved the cream the best because of its texture and how it feels on the skin. I also like the fact that both serum and toner comes in a pump packaged and I don’t need to use dropper or anything like that. I haven't really gotten to use the product since shipping was super delayed with it being Korea. I like that it is a centella asiatica line for oily skin. Its interesting since there's also avocado in the ingredients. The packaging was nice the serum and toner came in a pump type bottle. I think it's great that the products are vegan friendly. I will have to try it longer to see how I like it.

I love that the serum and toner have pumps. the packaging is perfect. so this set comes with toner serum and moisturizer. the smell is not bad at all. all 3 products absorb wonderful and leave your skin feeling so fresh and soft. It’s really rare that I try a product and enjoy it more and more and more and more. I this review is for the Cica Green Line Toner, Serum and Cream. I love that I got to try all three and see how they worked together. I wast sure how I would like them the first few nights I used them. They seemed very moisturizing but a bit heavy at first. However, each night I used them the more calm and smooth my skin was the following day. After using for about a week my skin was so smooth it felt like baby skin! I almost Couldn’t believe it. The ingredients are stellar, and of course the packaging is a bonus. I love that the toner and serum are in pumps. Just an amazing skin care line. With centella asiatica, spirulina and avocado as the star ingredients, they really pack a punch. Can’t recommend this line enough.

Review: Cica Green Line (Toner, Serum, Cream) Update: I received the trim combo products in the mail a week ago. I had to try them right away. The Cica Green line is a pleasant experience. They have a fruity scent. I love that the Toner and serum comes in a pump bottle. They absorb into the skin fast. The cream is light weight and moisturizing. It doesn't leave a sticky or greasy feeling. This line is hypo allergenic and vegan which is great. I definitely recommend this trio combo. **Based on what I have read online, the product has great reviews. It is said to be great on any skin types, lightweight and moisturizes the skin. As of the moment, I could not write a proper review since I have not received the products in the mail. I am optimistic that I will receive the products soon and will definitely write a review once I get them.

I can see this product working for oily skin.. but not for dry skin like mine.. this product contains witch Hazel and alcohol.. 2 very drying ingredients.. which is too bad because my skin loves cica and honey which is another ingredient in this line.

One of the best skincare products I’ve had try so far . My skin feels so soft and hydrated after i use all 3 products . I definitely repurchase this set . Clean ingredients and nice smell. I appreciate the packaging it has nice pump on toner and serum very easy to use .

These products by far exceeded what I wanted and needed out of this skin care system. They are absolutely great if you have issues with your skin being dry and/or uncomfortable or sensitive. The toner absorbs well and leaves your skin feeling refreshed and hydrated. The serum is amazing; it takes a little longer to absorb, but makes your skin feel extremely soft and seems to rejuvenate it too. The cream has a pleasant gel texture and doesn't leave your skin feeling greasy or sticky. I would definitely recommend giving this trio of products a shot even if you haven't had good experiences with similar products.

First of all, I like its packaging very much, the water, milk and cream look very exquisite, more than its price! Secondly, I am oil leather, moisturizing but not sticky, very refreshing! It smells good, too. I like it

If you’re looking for a vegan skin care this is worth a try. This is a very good set. It came with the Toner, moisturizer and the serum. The scent reminds me of another product I reviews before, which I am still using to this day. It’s a facial cleanser from d’Alba also made with green tea but smells a bit like eucalyptus. Absorbability is good. Moisturizing power is good too. Left my face feeling supple and soft. I would definitely recommend it if you have sensitive skin like mine.
