I love this grip so much. It is super good quality. Does the job perfectly. I ve been trying it my husband and I and so far we are very impressed with it. It is non slippery and grips to the hand as well as it grips to the dumbells. The arms workouts now are something else. I could feel the weight in all my fingers, hands and forarm. I totally recommend it!!!

Even though it’s main purpose is to use as a grip in the arm wrestling training fitness equipment, It can also be attached and detached to bar-shaped sports equipment as stirrup handles for dumbbell, fitness rodes and barbell included in cable machines. I tried it out with dumbbell which my husband uses (it has a steel rod which I never found to be effective grip like my silicone dumbbells). This grip really gives an extra grip which you need it. It is well made with quality material, but I would have preferred they sent it as a pair to use in such cases.

I particularly didn’t find any use for this product. They only sent one so using it for lifting is not possible. Maybe if you get two it would make sense. I’m sure it would be a great product for people that arm wrestle. It was fun to try it though.

Personally I find this easier than gripping weights. I wish that they came as a pair instead of the one grip handle. Very versatile tool to have to improve your grip strength when used with various handles and bars.

I love the ArtArm arm wrestling grip! I have small thumbs and fingers, and it’s been a struggle to get a good workout in with the usual metal grip. I got these and I’ve been pumped! Putting your thumb through feels so much more natural than the thick metal! These are very well made and dense, perfectly made for small hands. I’ve been working out my forearms with this new grip and with my niece as the motivator. No slacking now!
