After consume for a week, it helps to relieve my constipation and diarrhea problems, and it doesn't taste too bad. Better to dissolve in warm water. It is also unsweetened. I won't dilute it in hot water because it contains enzymes. The hot water would denature the enzyme thus diminish the effects of this drink. I would take it before or after a meal to help with digestion. Especially great for people that feel bloated after a meal. The sachet are really small n convinent to carry around 👍👍👍
