☕️ It smells delicious, exactly like freshly ground coffee. ☕️ It's incredibly hard to squish the little pods into a usable scrub, which I'm not a fan of. ☕️ The scrub left my skin feeling squeaky and kind of stripped afterward. ☕️ Each packet has 3-4 big bean-pods and the pouch is resealable, which I love. ☕️ The scrub is pretty messy. Definitely better to use in the shower than over the sink, otherwise you'll have coffee grounds everywhere. Overall, I think the concept is great. I love the smell and the packaging, but I couldn't really recommend this product to anyone based on how difficult and messy it is. I love to pamper my skin so when I was given the opportunity by @8.8l_usa to review #pillingbean #coffeescrub I was elated. Who doesn’t love to pamper their skin? I received 10 packets that contain 3-4 coffee bean shaped scrubs. The scrub can either be used on your face, body, or hands….I opted to use on my body as coffee has been known to help reduce cellulite. It took a bit effort to reduce the beans into the scrub texture but it was well worth the effort. I was very pleased with how smooth and bright my body felt after use. I am in complete shock on how these coffee beans do wonders for my skin! There are actual coffee beans inside every little packet, it is an actual box filled with these little packets, and they smell strongly of coffee. I am not a huge coffee lover, but I love the benefits of this coffee scrub. Coffee beans are great for reducing cellulite, naturally brightens your complexion and immediately energizes you to prepare for the day. Even a non coffee lover will love this body scrub product. I have tried this on both my body and face, and it is now part of my holy grail skincare regiment.

Pilling Bean Coffee Scrub ♨ Overview: An organic product made by Korean company Pilling Bean, this scrub is quite unique and fun!  Each packet in the box includes four to five individually pressed "beans" which is a scrub in the form of a coffee bean--all contain organic coffee & caffeine. Ground coffee beans in any product are known to help boost the skin and is effective acting as a natural uplifting and revitalizing exfoliant. Also, the caffeine in the beans instantly perks the skin up by also brightening and tightening as the coffee itself exfoliates. Each box comes with ten resealable packets of these beans, allowing anywhere between 30-40 uses, depending on your usage and preferences. Impressions: I was able to use this scrub a few times in the past week. ▶As face scrub:  I use one bean mixed with water in my hands until it dissolves then spread the lathered product onto my face and neck, washing away after gently massaging it in for a few minutes.  Toner also works well if you are looking for more focused results. ▶As body scrub: I use two to three beans mixed with water in my hands until dissolved, using either my hands or a cloth to use as a scrub over my body. Each time I have used this scrub, my skin feels softer without feeling dry or tight. Those with especially dry skin may want to mix the scrub with a moisturizing toner--otherwise, this scrub is perfect for anyone's skin type when used a couple times a week. I love the concept and novelty of this product, plus I love the smell!  It actually does a good job waking me up and making me more alert each time I've used it. My only complaint is the scrub has a tendency to be messy since the ground coffee doesn't fully disintegrate when mixing, but with a little time to clean up afterward, everything works out fine (I prefer to use this in the tub). I am excited to add this mild exfoliating scrub to my routine and also plan on using it once a week or when I need a quick exfoliation or pick me up!

This coffee bean facial scrub is really cool, there are around 4 "beans" in each packet, I take 2 and add a tiny bit of water to them while rolling them in my palms to break up into a scrub. They smell really good like coffee and are actually pretty gentle, it's a soft scrub, the particles aren't too harsh. I gentle rub these all over my face, it kind of looks like dirt, lol. It not only cleans but exfoliates too, my skin is left a tiny bit dry but really smooth. Followed up with my usual lotions and potions I'm ready to go! Pilling Bean Coffee Scrub exfoliate skin nicely and leaving you feeling soft and supple. This coffee scrub is made out of natural ingredients such as Ingredients: Organic Coffee Bean powder, Jojoba oil, Grape Seed oil, Olive oil, Grapefruit Seed extract, Licorice extract. The smell of this product is amazing, it smells like a coffee. The caffeine in the scrub stimulates blood circulation which rejuvenate skin. This product scrubs away dry and flaky skin, helps to remove residual dirt and it reveals the new and healthy skin underneath. Pilling Bean Coffee Scrub, unlike other coffee scrubs, exfoliates well without feeling like sandpaper and my skin felt so soft and refresh and tighter afterward. There is an obvious improve in the texture of my skin after using this product and it become very smooth and silky. I also noticed that it lightens up my acne scars and my skin looks and feels more radiant with this scrub. I have extremely dry skin so I have dry patches almost daily but it’s impossible to exfoliate daily; but with this product I am able to exfoliate daily, keep my dry patches away, and not irritate my sensitive skin. Each pack contains 4 bean, the first time I tried it I used 2 beans like the picture and that ended up being too much, then tried 1 bean that was too much still for my sensitive skin, and I have now found that using half a bean is the perfect amount for my sensitive skin. It is a very coarse exfoliation so I rub it very gentle on to my skin. The only thing I didn’t like is the beans aren’t the same size and I need the littlest half bean as possible. I wish it would the package would have had English directions (yes I guess I could have took a pic and translated it but…) now that I have been researching the product more I think it’s a cleanser/exfoliator not just an exfoliator. The product did dry out my skin a tad but didn’t make it dry (if that makes sense lol) and now I think that is because I was basically using three cleansers on my face. This product has a pretty strong coffee smell, which I didn’t mind, but some other might. But I thought it smelled more like stale coffee, instead of nice, fresh coffee grounds. Even with that I still think it is a really good product that gets rid of my dry skin and leaves my skin looking a lighter brighter.

Aaand another review, this time @pilling_bean from @0.8l_usa (right under the buzzer, my professional life is keeping me super busy). I typically exfoliate once per week so I've only used this twice since I got home. The first time my skin was irritated and squeaky afterward. I kinda missed the memo that this is a cleanser that happens to exfoliate, not just an exfoliator. So then I tried using it to emulsify my oil cleanser ... but that didn't pan out either and I had to use a gentle foam to clear the residue. Still, good to know a physical scrub won't kill my face. Bit hard to dissolve but they last a while - I could get multiple uses out of one bean. I like the coffee smell! ☕

☕Pilling Bean Coffee Scrub Soap. Okay so this took quite a bit of trial and error before I finally got the correct usage of each bean right. Each pack comes with 4 beans in it and you really only need one bean per use these lather up so well the more water you add, less water and the coffee grounds in this easily resemble an exfoliating scrub. When using these you want to make sure you really wet the bean and let it get nice and soft before even attempting to apply it to the face. I've tried and ended up with coffee bits all over my floor. I was pleasantly surprised to see that this was quite the foaming cleanser after rinsing this of I find that my face feels a bit tight and constricted. If I don't follow up with some type of mask after washing this off my face would be doomed! With ingredients like sweet almond oil, olive oil, grapefruit extract, apple extract and coffee grounds I was expecting this to be a bit more moisturizing, but I definitely have to follow this up with something moisturizing or I'll be an ashtray 😬. Again, thank you a million times to @pilling_bean and @0.8l_usa for another amazing opportunity!

This is definitely one of those products that provides a bit of "skintertainment." Each packet contains four "beans" which, when water is added, reveal a strongly scented, finely ground, coffee face scrub. It's called soap but I'd not use it as my sole source of cleanser. ☕️☕️☕️ Once the bean is crumbled, this physical exfoliant looks & smells like wet coffee grounds. Is there more to it than that? There must be since it does foam up a bit. But since the packaging is in Korean & I could not easily find info, I can't swear by much. ☕️☕️☕️ My skin is oily, not sensitive & I do enjoy some physical exfoliation. However, I doubt this is something I'd find myself using on my face too often. It takes some work to crush the beans & create the scrub. It's also somewhat messy, as expected. But I personally felt that on my face, it did the job expected: left me with soft, smooth skin, no tight feeling. The wet coffee ground experience just wasn't my favorite & although I am a coffee lover, I prefer it as a drink. ☕️☕️☕️ The box contains 10 packets (with pictures on the instructions), 4 beans to a pack, & 1 bean is adequate for the entire face, even though the instructions show 2 beans. The visual appeal could be enough for me to purchase this product but now that I've used it, I wouldn't go out and purchase another box once this one is empty. ☕️☕️☕️ Thank you @0.8l_usa for providing this product free for review.

I really enjoyed this product that I was sent for a review from @0.8l_usa. It comes in the shape of a little bean (so cute! check out @beautyempties review to see the adorableness) and comes with four to a pack. I was impressed with how many packs they sent (11!). The directions recommend smashing two in your hands with water to create a paste. I found that it was kind of hard to smash. And I only need one bean to cover my face and neck with the scrub. I've tried coffee scrubs before on my face and they've always broken me out. I was a little hesitant with this one but pleasantly surprised to be breakout free. My skin was smooth and refreshed after using this. I can't wait to continue to use these twice a week.

I recently had the opportunity to try Pilling Bean @pilling_bean coffee scrub! I love how there are many resealable packettes with 4 "beans". The first time I used 2 beans (1 larger and 1 smaller) but found that using 2 created more scrub than I could actually use for one application. So than the next time I used 1 small and a pinch off the other larger bean from that first packette. As per the directions (which I was happy that were included) I added a little bit of water to turn each bean into a scrub. I then applied to my face. I have dry skin and exfoilate (using gentle exfoilatators) almost daily which is the best way I've found to manage my dry skin and keep it soft as moisturized. After massaging the paste on my face, I used cool water to wash the scrub off. Afterwards my skin felt smooth (no dry, patchy areas) and clean. I usually folliw scrubs up with a foam or cream cleanser but did not for the purpose of this review. Although I did continue with the rest of my typical routine. I would recommend this product to those who enjoy the scent of coffee and like the texture course scrubs. This may not be for people with super senaitive skin due to the larger coffee grounds.  The main negatives are that I have is that this scrub is very messy to apply and wash away. We keep a mesh in the drain to collect debris from going into the pipes and I had to clean out coffee grounds after each use. And that I do wish the bean had a more uniform size. These little coffee bean scrubs are the coolest!! They definitely take some trial or error, but once I got the hang of it they were awesome! My recommendation is to let them get warm in your hands and then gradually add water until you reach the right consistency. If not, the scrub can be a bit abrasive. The scrub smells like a mix of coffee and soap. I used it on my face and upper arms and it definitely did exfoliate well. I would recommend this product to a friend because it's fun and does the job!

These were fun to try! They look like coffee beans, I mixed two with water, made a paste and then washed my face. I think one would have been enough, I did not use the whole bean, and felt wasteful throwing the rest away. This product is kind of messy and a bit too harsh for my sensitive skin. Pilling bean coffee scrub. A very nice coffee scrub . Firstly this comes in a box of 10 individually sealed packs which I really like as it stays fresh for long . Each pack has a few coffee bean shaped coffee scrub soap .i dissolved a bean in a little water and applied to my surprise it created a soapy foam which made it easy to apply unlike regular plain coffee scrub. It gently exfoliates I applied a let a few minutes and then scrubbed and washed off my skin felt soft it didn't creat any dryness or tight feeling which most scrubs do to my dry skin . I love the rich coffee aroma very refreshing to mind.
