I was selected by 08L and BANOBAGI to receive this HEART Leaf 100 essence at a discounted price n exchange for my honest review. This is a very thin watery essence that immediately sinks into the skin. It leaves your skin feeling moisturized and smooth. My skin is mostly dry so this works great on my face. However, if you have oily skin this may provide too much moisture to your skin. I love that it only has one ingredient so you don't have to worry about added fragrances l, harsh chemicals, or any adverse reaction to your skin. Heartleaf extract is the only ingredient so it's perfect for sensitive skin. The heartleaf extract comes from the volanic Jeiu Island in Korea which is known for it rich fertile soil. It is a powerful antioxidant that soothes, moisturizes, and improves skin texture. This is a great product. I am happy I was selected to try this and I would buy this again for future use.

This essence is so refreshing and natural. It doesn’t have a heavy scent and the formula is natural that doesn’t contain a lot of chemicals. I love using this in the morning it helps me moisturize my face keeping my face looking dewy and radiant.

Heart leaf is an extremely soothing skincare ingredient that has been popular lately, so I was excited to try this product. The essence is a water type, and applies easily. It is soothing, hydrating, and moisturizing at the same time, and leaves the skin with a glassy, watery glow. There are three possible cons for this product that may deter buyers: 1) it may feel ~slightly~ sticky after application, but it does not bother me personally 2) the price is quite high for an essence 3) the product did not come fully filled, it was filled approximately 80% of the way.

I love the packaging sleek simple and not to heavy. Easy to open and it's the perfect size to carry. The essence has a very light pleasant scent. When applying it to the skin it gives an instant soothing sensation. The formula is non sticky which I love. It gives long lasting moisture. The essence is super refreshing and leaves your skin feeling soothed clean and hydrated. I'll continue using it and recommend to others.

After washing my face with cleanser, I gently pat this essence on my face. My skin felt soothed and moisturized. And sometimes I have acnes due to stress but they go away within a few days of using this heartleaf essence. I'm so impressed that it cleared out my acnes completely and left my skin smooth and healthy in less than a week. Also, I love the fact that there's only 1 ingredient in this essence: 100% of Jeju heart-leaf extract - Use only a select heart-leaf taken nourishment from Jeju Island's clean air, water, and soil.

Banobagi Heart Leaf Essence This is a super light weight essence that has a consistency similar to a toner. Making it easily absorbed into the skin. It is a vegan essence infused with a 100% jeju heart leaf extract. This essence provides skin with antioxidants as well as soothing properties. During the time frame that I have been using it I can certainly tell that it soothes irritation as well as hydrating my skin. The essence contains no fragrance and works good for those with skin sensitivity. I used to not have issues when it came to skin sensitivity but since reaching my thirties I have noticed quite a few changes in my skin and one of those changes being redness and irritation. So I’ve recently been interested in skincare products that can help soothe my skin and calm that redness. I’ve also started to notice dryness in my skin as well. So hydration is a must when it comes to my skincare. This product has both of those benefits and the fact that it is lightweight is great as well. I don’t really like skincare that feels heavy on the skin in the summer time because I tend to sweat a lot on my forehead which leads to breakouts. Wearing heavyweight skincare makes my skin more oily in the summer so I prefer it to be light on my skin. All in all it’s safe to say I will be using this essence down to the last drop and will most likely buy it in the future. I rate this product 10 out of 10 ⭐️

An amazing product! I prefer to use it in the morning and was worries about the essence absorbency. But it turned out great! And it’s made for sensitive skin which is my type, but I didn’t have any problems with it at all. Another great product to my collection ❤️

This is true clean beauty in an eco friendly package. No preservatives and No chemical ingredients. This has a watery and moisturizing toner type texture so it can absorb quickly and leave skin feeling moisturized with no sticky or tacky feeling. I really liked how it is watery like most toners, it makes it easy to use and helps it absorb quickly so my skin didn’t feel tacky or bothered. It takes time depending how much you use but my skin felt soothed and looked fresh afterwards so I feel it will be a good addition to my routine as a toner. It’s definitely something different and unique, safe and gentle for the skin being one ingredient. The package is very simple and pretty, it’s easy to use and overall a nice product.

I love the packaging of this. It's beautiful and chic. The product has no fragrance whatsoever which I love. I thought the product would be too oily for my skin but it's actually super balancing. My skin absorbs the essence quickly and leaves behind no tacky residue.

This essence is hands down my new must have. It’s moisturizing and soothing, perfect for my dry skin. I use it every night and my skin has never felt better. It is smooth and hydrated and I totally forgot about the dry patches. And the price is great too!

There are so many ways to use this essence! I like to use it as an essence mask once a week, but you can also use it as a toner, mix it with your facial cream, or even pour it into a spray bottle and use it as a mist throughout the day. It's so versatile!

I’ve always liked Banobagi products and this Heart Leaf 100 Essence didn’t fail me! It’s a water type essence where you can either soak a cotton pad and use or you can just splash some onto your hand and apply it directly to your skin. A lot of essences get a little sticky before fully absorbing but this one didn’t and after it was absorbed it felt very moisturizing.

I’ve been using this day & night for about a week-ish, so it seems only fair to do my first impressions. This essence is formulated with 100% jeju houttuynia cordata (heartleaf) extract - which is meant to calm while hydrating the skin barrier. At first I thought the texture would have more viscosity to it for being an essence but it’s more true watery lightweight toner, which makes sense as this is a single ingredient essence. While this doesn’t contain fragrance at all, it does have a natural brewed black tea leaves scent and I actually love that smell. It’s great for layering hydration after cleansing (I like to use 2-3 layers) feels soothing and absorbs pretty quickly. Overall I’m really enjoying it, not only for how hydrating this is but also as a sensorial part of my routine. I can’t enough of that scent, tea leaves are such a calming scent for me!

I personally found the essence to feel very soothing on the skin. I like using it in the morning after cleansing, and I've also started incorporating it into my evening routine because it's a really nice product to layer with other targeted serums and moisturizers. I don't think you can go wrong with this single-ingredient, vegan, lightweight essence. 5 ⭐ from me!

The transparent, matte bottle has a little give to it so you can squeeze out the essence. I've accidentally squeezed it too hard that it missed the cotton pad. This amber colored essence is watery and smells of earthy, tea leaves. I love how watery this essence is! I like to use it as a toner on a cotton pad first for a little exfoliation then follow up with more toner on my hands to pat it in. I love the sort of deeply refreshing feeling it gives my skin. It provides a deep hydration yet is lightweight. It leaves this velvety smooth finish. It has also helped to regulate oil production. I really like this essence! It's like a drink of water for your skin. And the scent is just so therapeutic too! I really enjoyed this and would definitely purchase it again!
