Comes in this newly repackaged nice and simplistic slim white bottle but without a pump dispenser. So hard to get the product out. Had to hammer it on my palm and one time lost grip and slipped my hand. There went the emulsion. Other than that, I quite like this product. It's a light lotion that becomes watery when you spread it. Love the sweet floral scent and not overpowering. Absorbs well in a given time. Great for layering of other products. I mix 2 drops of beauty oil into this and skip moisturizer. Provides nice hydration. Great at this time of year. But unlikely on winter. Best suited for oily or combination skin. This is a very good value for your money since this will last you at least 3 months. Very wallet friendly for $17.90 ( with pump ) @yesstyle . Considering how challenging it is to dispense the product, I'd probably discontinue using this or switch rotation once in a while..

Product review: Swanicoco Fermentation Snail Care Emulsion . Notable ingredients: Licorice root extract (anti-inflammatory), rice ferment filtrate (brightening), snail secretion filtrate (healing), hydrolyzed collagen (humectant). . Texture: Your typical medium viscosity white opaque lotion. It's very spreadable and I like that it turns into a watery serum once rubbed in. It absorbs into my skin really quickly and left a non-greasy, silky finish. . Scent: Light rose, not overpowering at all. Dissipates into nothing after 5 mins or so. . Performance: I've been using this as the last step of both my AM and PM routines. Since it's not as hydrating as an occlusive, I layer on my toners and serums before adding a layer of this emulsion. This method is very comfortable on my combo sensitive skin type. After 8 days of continuous usage, my skin feels soft, and looks healthy, smooth, and radiant. . Packaging: This department is the only one that I have an issue with. Getting product out of this pump-less bottle has been very challenging. It was also very difficult to get a consistent amount of product each time. My bottle expires in 2019, but at the rate I'm dispensing this, I doubt I'll have to worry about not using it up in time. However, I do appreciate the clean, white, black and gold design. It also came with a foil seal for hygiene purposes. . Conclusion: Aside from the packaging, I really like this product! I hope this new pump-less bottle design is just for testing purposes. I've set my mind on repurchasing this and it would be really awesome if it came in a pump bottle. $17.90 @yesstyle . @swanicoco.en Fermentation Snail Care Emulsion Disclosure: I was able to buy this product for only $3.99 via @0.8l_usa's Try Now program. I tried this product once before, so I was excited to be able to buy it at such a great price. It has the same pleasant floral/rose-ish scent as some of the other Swanicoco products I've tried (like the Fermentation Care Serum I started testing back in NYC!) and the texture is very pleasant and luxurious. It sunk in nicely and had a sort of velvet-y finish. 👍 🔹 The big bummer here is the packaging, because if the indications from 0.8L are correct, this is the new packaging for this product. They've swapped out a really useful pump bottle for an open neck bottle, which I really dislike for emulsions. For anyone else who is troubled by this, @maskaddict posted that there is a Muji pump which fits on the bottle well, so it looks like there's a solution other than completely decanting! Still, the move from more functional packaging to less functional packaging really has me scratching my head. Swanicoco, I love your products, and while I understand wanting to have a consistent aesthetic across ranges, maybe just put all of the emulsions in pump bottles... This is the only really obvious negative to this product for me so far. All of that said, the emulsion itself is solid, and I'm excited to incorporate into my daily routine for further testing. 😊 This product only came recently, so I'm only commenting on my first impressions since the review deadline is upon me. 😕 I will do a more complete review (probably on my blog) after I'm able to properly test it for ~2 weeks as usual!

First item I bought at #08liter try now launch woohoo! 🙌 I'm excited & happy they're offering that kind of service now. I've been using this for 5 days in both my AM & PM routine, so this is more of a first impressions review. This has a typical emulsion consistency, but as its distributed it dissolves into a watery consistency. I love it in this warm weather! It has a very light rose scent. I use this as the step before my moisturizer. With dehydrated & sensitive skin, I follow up with something more occlusive. If you have normal or oily skin, this could work as your moisturizer, too. It's refreshing - something I look forward to using in the summer heat. My biggest issue with this is that it arrived in a tall bottle with no pump. It's really hard to get the product out. The marketing photo showed had a pump, so hopefully the retail product has one? With the bottle that was sent, I bang it against my palm like a ketchup bottle. It ends up being messy & it's hard to control the quantity. If it was sold in this bottle, I'm not sure I'd repurchase. Luckily, it looks like it's a non-issue... A pump bottle would be a definite repurchase for me!

I do believe I have become a Swanicoco Fangirl after this product. I bought the whole line! I love the Swanicoco Snail Care Emulsion and everything about it. It has a light herbally scent and is so moisturizing on my skin. It is a white, loose cream that glides on my skin. My skin feels great after I use it. I will definitely purchase again if the packaging goes back to what it used to be. The product is too hard to remove from the bottle otherwise. I received the Swanicoco FERMENTATION SNAIL CARE EMULSION lotion at a discount from @08l_usa or 08liter.com for a discount $3.99 for review purposes in the mail yesterday. All of my reviews are my personal opinion and view point. I opened up the package and I unscrewed the lid and removed a thin metallic seal. I didn't have any instructions and I was having problems trying to figure out how to get the lotion out. My husband tried helping me and this clear thing came out of the center, leaving a hole, but it still doesn't seem right at all!? Totally confused. It reminds me of trying to get ketchup out of a ketchup bottle. The lotion is a soft white creamy, little oily, but very luxurious feeling lotion. It feels water soluble because the oily feeling dissipates easily. I love that it's eco friendly and it smells very high-end! A little goes a long ways and I received a full size product. I tried to figure out the packaging, but they just changed the packaging. I feel as though something is missing, like a pump. I absolutely love the product and I would recommend. I just don't understand the packaging and neither did my husband and we both have a college education. I couldn't find any information about it online either. The packaging looks nice, very clean line, grey and white simple theme. It looks scientific as well. I appreciate being chosen as a Social Editor and I love being sent full size nice products to review!! So far, so good.

OK, so I am currently in a snail craze. Who knew snail slime would be so amazing for my super sensitive and acne prone skin. I've used snail creams and essences from popular Korean brands. I must add this Swanicoco emulsion to my snail faces! It's soothing, absorbs well and quickly, and plays well under my makeup. I live in a very dry climate, so I add a heavier cream on top of this emulsion. I'm traveling soon to a humid country, and expecting that this emulsion alone will suffice as my moisturizer layer. I have nothing but love for this product. EXCEPT, sorry that there must be an except, I was expecting the green bottle with a pump as in the campaign picture. I think they just renewed the packaging and I received the emulsion in a very pretty and sleek white bottle, but it has no pump and it's a hard bottle. Kind of like typical toner bottles where I flip it and kind of shake to get the product out. I would much prefer the pump. I hope they reconsider how inconvenient this new bottle is, and change so that the packaging does not take away from a great product.

This a great product for my moisturizer step. I have combo oily acne prone skin and this is great to seal in all my other steps. It's a great texture. Not too heavy but not too runny either. There is a light fragrance but I happen to enjoy it and it quickly goes away after application. There is a TON of product and it's beautiful packaging. The only negative I'd say is that if you have dry skin I don't think this will be heavy enough for you.

I'm a big fan of emulsions. Depending on the texture and richness of the emulsion they can be used as a light daytime moisturizer or under a heavier moisturizer. They can be great for people wth oily skin, combo, and even dry. They can be fun to play around with to see what works best. I've been using the @swanicoco.en fermentation snail care emulsion for about two weeks now. This has snail filtrate, hydrolyzed collagen, and camellia leaf extract. The texture is a rather light lotion that sinks in quickly. There's no stickiness or stringiness that can be the hallmark of other snail products. There is a light floral fragrance that doesn't linger for long. I've used this several different ways to see what works best for my dry skin. As a stand alone daytime moisturizer, under a sleeping pack at night, and even with a few drops of oil mixed in. While I find this a very pleasant light lotion, it's just not enough for me during the winter. Even with oil mixed in it hasn't been moisturizing enough. BUT! I think that this will be perfect during the summer when it's humid and even I need a lot less on my skin. My plan is to put this away for a few months and try again in the late spring/early summer. I should add that this bottle is going to last me forever. It's 120 ml, and two weeks of using it has barely put a dent in it. I would actually recommend this for all skin types, especially oily folks who need a nice light moisturizer. It's a nice product to play around with to find what would work best for you. A lightweight moisturizer that is great for layering after using toner and before using a serum. It contains snail secretion but it doesn’t have the sticky texture that one would expect. Surprisingly, it has a pleasant floral scent that is not overwhelming. Overall, it has been great through these past winter days. Thanks to @08liter for allowing me to try it out. This is a review for Swanicoco Fermentation Snail Care Emulsion that I received from @0.8l_usa and #Swanicoco for my honest review. I was excited to receive a product from Swanicoco to review. This product contains snail secretion filtrate (softens skin texture), hydrolyzed collagen (humectant) & camellia sinensis leaf extract. Other ingredients that this contains that make me excited are licorice root water (brightening), ginseng root extract (antioxidant), ceramide & a bunch of fermented extracts! I've been using this emulsion for about a week and a half now. I like how light it feels when applied. It doesn't feel oily and dries to a non-sticky feeling. This emulsion has a faint smell of roses, I don't mind it. Although the scent does linger for a while after you apply it. This product is moisturizing & hydrating enough for my combination skin. Finally after delays and what not finally got to try fully this product from @swanicoco.en it is called Fermentation snail 🐌 care Emulsion. I'm not going to lie was scared to try this because I heard from reviews that it broke out people skin . Also this product can be intimidating because not a lot of people use an emulsion as part of there skin care routine. So on to what I thought of it .... smell : it is slightly foral (rose) and a mix of a fresh smell without being too strong . ( good in my book ) Texture : it is interesting it is creamy/ watery ( without being too runny ) . White color . Packaging: it is nice it comes in a glass packaging . Totally appreciate it and it come in a pimp dispenser . So A + on my book with that . Properties: it not only has snail secretion 🐌 but also Licorice which I investigated it is used for its anti-inflammatory and rejuvenating properties. It also contains fermented rice , bamboo and mistletoe just to name a few ingredients. With all of this I did love that it drys pretty quickly and it doesn't feel sticky , you can apply other products and makeup on top . Pros : my skin seriously felt more firm and more supple (so eerie) . Like no lie game changer . Love that if you apply other products with it becomes better . Cons : is that it did slightly ....just slightly seemed like it broke me out at first . But then it went away . So weird I know maybe it wasn't the product it self maybe my hormones. Totally for me it is a 4 out of 5 ! So far I really like this product! I'm not a fan of the smell, but that's just my personal preference. Some people may like the smell of it, but for me it's a little stronger smelling than I like. It blends in very smoothly and it doesn't make my skin feel greasy afterwords. It didn't bother my skin, so people with sensitive skin could probably use this without it bothering them as well. It's not super thick so it applies and spreads easily over your face without feeling too heavy. Overall I would recommend this to anyone who is interested in this type of product!

I am a big fan of emulsions as light moisturizers. This one comes in a huge glass bottle with a pump dispenser. I anticipate that when I get down toward the end of the bottle it's going to be difficult to get all the product out which is a little annoying to me. The product dispenses as a light to medium thick lotion, as you can see. This photo is with 3 pumps, which is what I required to cover my face and neck. Despite the snail name, there is no stringiness to the texture. It's got a slightly sweet floral scent that I enjoy, but it doesn't stick around. I've been using this for a little over a week, twice a day. I find that it takes a bit of time (30 seconds or so) to absorb on top of my other layers. After that, I don't find the finish to be sticky but I do have dry skin this time of year. It's a decent enough moisturizer to last through most of the day with my face still feeling plump in the afternoon. In the week I have used it, I haven't noticed any particular change in skin texture though. Overall, I think this product is fine. It's a little boring tbh but pretty much does its job. Would I purchase? No. Will I finish the bottle? Yes

Swanicoco has been hyped recently on the gram and I was excited to try out one of their products given to me by @08liter_usa for an honest review. And to be honest, I am not that excited about the Fermentation Snail Care Emulsion. The packaging is substantial in a heavy glass bottle and a pump for ease at the top. I found that it didn't pump enough product for me to cover my face with one pump and the lotion itself left something to be desired. I have been using it steadily for about a week and half and am really not happy with the results. My skin seems a bumpier and my pores have gotten bigger. Not sure if it is because of this emulsion alone, but it is the only thing that I have changed in my skin routine as of late. It sinks into your skin right away, but leaves a matte almost chalky after feeling on the skin which is the last sensation I want on my dry skin in the winter. I will probably pass this along to a friend who has oilier skin then me or keep it for hand/body needs. On top of it all, I really do not like the rose scent which reminds me of old potpourri (ie.gross). I wish I could say more positive things for this product, but it just didn't go that way this time.

I couldn't wait to try this fermentation snail care emulsion!! It has snail goo(my bae), hydrolyzed collagen, and camellia extract. The scent is lovely and light and it just sinks into my skin. It's light enough for me to use during the day too. #SWANICOCO knocked it out of the park!

First impressions: you get a ton of product in this bottle, the packaging is really nice (it comes in a quality box and the bottle is glass), and it smells of roses. I was pretty impressed when I received this item. After having used it for about two weeks though I have to say I'm not a huge fan. At first, I thought the scent was super luxe (I love the smell of roses) but now I find it hard to apply because it's so strongly scented. Thankfully, it's not from added fragrance and is from the natural ingredients contained in the product. The scent also doesn't linger long. But another thing I don't like is that when I put this on my face, it leaves it with a dull, irritated feeling. Almost like my skin is burning or feels hot. I don't have super sensitive skin so I found this odd. I do like the way my skin feels to the touch (soft, smooth, and velvety) but the feeling of dull irritation is enough to keep me from using this on my face. I think what I'll do is use this on my hands and body instead so it doesn't go to waste.

This is a lightweight, white in color and very nicely scented emulsion. It spread very nicely on the skin and a little goes a long way. It doesn’t leave any sticky or greasy film on the skin and absorbs very quickly. The most notable ingredients are licorice, rice fermented filtrate, snail secretion, hydrolyzed collagen, soybean, ginseng, and others. It’s really packed with amazing stuff. It leaves skin hydrated and moisturized enough for my skin type (combination), but for dry skin type I would use a heavier moisturizer on top of it. It’s getting rid of red patches and inflammation fast and very effectively. My skin definitely looked fresher and healthier after each use with some of a brightening effect. It made my skin smoother and plumper. Overall I really like this product, I will use it permanently and will think about re-purchasing it. Swanicoco is a brand that I have been yearning for ever since I first saw it on @vanity.rex's feed. Their products boast so many great ingredients and so far I have seen many great things from the brand. Unfortunately it's a little harder to get a hold of, but hopefully with the amount of talk I have been seeing, their products will make it stateside through a few more shops. CLAIMS: Snail filtrate and a slew of fermented and botanical ingredients to hydrate, moisturize, and brighten otherwise dry, rough, and dull skin. USE: Right after cleansing and toner, with maybe an essence or serum in between. I don't use any other moisturizer after. I have been using it night and day for the past 6 days. PROS: I think I'm seeing the hype around this brand, or at least this product in particular. It looks more solid and cream like when the bottle dispenses, but melts away into a lovely dewiness that stays with my skin for a good portion of the day. Some of my lightweight creams and emulsions have dried up slightly through half the day because of the air in our office, but nary a bit of dryness with the Swanicoco. I dare say my face looks just slightly brighter when I use it overnight? I just don't look so dead tired and haggard in the morning like I usually do. The bottle is also HUGE and heavy with a pump that dispenses amazingly. I get a light floral scent with a hint of freshness like apples. I'm in love with the way it smells. CONS (Not really?): Sometimes I look almost a bit too dewy for my tastes? But it does sink in quite well. I'm just not sure how it will work out for my full blown summer skin. Overall, I'm totally loving it so far. And my fellow combo/oily friends, this does a great job of hydrating and moisturizing without feeling like it's clogging you up. I definitely want to look more into their products!
