The product seems to help your joints. I have some arthritis in my hips, but truthfully when I drink this it seems to ease the pain. Flavor is berry so when you mix in a glass with water it tastes good. I will continue to use and repurchase this product for joint care

Taste a bit bitter, easy to use. But take a big long to dissolve. But it’s better than powders. Not sure if I will see result . Other reviews said it has some sugar that isn’t good for you

I received this product for a small trail fee in exchange for a an honest opinion. Again , I am a huge supplement Diva . As I am getting older my joints need that extra TLC . I was evermore excited that this supplement came in packet form. There by making them very travel friendly . Plus, raspberry is my favorite fruit flavor. These supplements contain MSM , Glucosamine and Chondroitin . My major concern for this product is that SHRIMP is listed casually as an other ingredient. . There are people out there who are allergic to shellfish. That has to be corrected by the brand. Now onto the product . All you have to do is dilute the packet in 8 oz of water and give it a good shake and chug it down . Well I ended up spitting out mine . The taste was downright awful which is a shame . Makes me wonder if these companies even do taste tests during the product development phase ???

I hate to say it but I am so disappointed on this product… it contains maltodextrin which will give you a higher sugar spike than sugar. And we all know the culprit of achy joint and arthritis etc. SUGAR. so no thank you! I blind trusted Koreans as most of their products are good. But, this would be a great and excellent product if they take that poison out of the ingredients. If it has stevia for sweetness I don’t see why to add the maltodextrin. Flavor is just like a sports drink.
