Haru is a fantastic student, and I can see the time and effort her parents have put into her studies at home. She loves teamwork activities and communicating in English with her classmates. She never fails to surprise me with her speaking skills and her ability to remember vocabulary quickly. She can read CVC words easily and enjoys reading stories and discussing the book content with her friends and teachers. Haru is focusing on her pronunciation, but copies her teachers well, so with lots of time and practice, she will be comfortable with English sounds and letter blending. However, Haru is fantastic at letter blending and can create full sentences, so she can express her thoughts and feelings clearly with me. Haru is a fun and exciting student; she always makes her classmates and teachers laugh with her cheeky sense of humour and big smile. It is a pleasure to have her in the classroom. Overall, Haru has shown significant progress during this quarter. I am excited to see her develop these skills further as we head into the fourth quarter. Keep up the good work, Haru!
