I have recently bought a stir fry pan from Chefwin and was so impressed by the quality of the pan that I decided to buy this one wok pan with a steamer tray too. I have always wanted to buy something to steam my asian dumplings and seafood in. I also had a baby recently and this would come in handy in the coming months to steam some veggies for the baby to make baby food. This is one solidly built stainless steel wok/steamer. It is thick and not flimsy like some cheap woks and have some heft to it because of the 5 layers of steel but not so much that it would overly heavy like a cast iron would be. I really like that they do not use rivets on the handle to the body and the lid handle to the lid. That makes it much easier to clean and have no area for grime, oil and dirt to accumulate because all parts of the interior is just smooth metal with no patruding parts. Makes it easier to clean too since no dirt gets trapped in rivets that don't exist. Its a bit pricey but it is reflected on what you get for a steel wok/steamer that cooks well and should last a long while. There are two sizes to this wok. 11 inches and 12.1 inch. I bought the smaller 11 inch one but if you need one bigger there is an option for it and it only costs a bit more. I like that it is dishwasher safe. Can't say anything about the induction property since I dont have an induction cooker but it is compatible with that according to the description.

This is my first splurge kitchen item and I cannot say enough nice things. First off, it came well packaged. This is weighty and very high quality without being ridiculously heavy for someone like me who has weak wrists. This is easy to use despite me having a hard time with the learning curve of stainless steel pans. Way better value for your money than other well known teflon pans. The steaming section is such a good addition to the wok as well. I might change all of my kitchen pots and pans to this brand! Easy to clean and I don’t have to worry about health issues of non stick pans. I would love to try other Chefwin pans!

I absolutely live this pan set. The durability is amazing! This is my second pan from this company and they are made so well. They dont stain, its a great non sticky, overall they are great

I absolutely love this pan/pot. It is very beautiful. The shape and size is perfect for so many dishes. You can use it for a one person meal or for many portions. The handle is big and easy to grip. It looks so good just sitting on the stovetop. The stainless steel is easy to use and easy to clean. With the included steamer it is a very multi use pan. It heats up evenly.
