This Protein Shake is really good for traveling, especially through airports where you could not bring any liquids of more than 3.4 oz. The pouch is just the powder and the crunchy bits. You could use milk, milk alternatives like almond milk, and even water to make it into a drinkable shake. Each work great and even the water taste pretty ok just more watered down and less sweet. Just fill it to the see through line in the back to measure the amount needed. There are 4 flavors available to buy and each flavors comes in a packet of 5 in a box. At about $30 a box its not the cheapest protein shake out there but also not crazy expensive for what it is. The four flavors are cornflake, chocolate, korean matcha, and five grain. I have tried all 4 flavors and if you like your shake to be less sweet as compared to the other flavors then this one is pretty good choice. Of the 4 flavors I rank the best one being cereal, then chocolate, korean matcha as 3rd and 5 grain bring number 4. 4th is still pretty good, just the other 3 is better according to my wife and my tastebuds but I would still use this one in my rotation of protein shakes. To me this one is very much like the cereal flavor just tamed down in the sweet level. Out of all 4 this flavor have the only 200 calories. The matcha have the lowest at 180 and 220 the highest for the cereal flavor. It also have only 1 gram of sugar. And yes, it really does have interesting crunchy bits in the shake. Even after being soaked in liquid for over half and hour to an hour.

I liked the other flavor so decided to try this out. It’s definitely different but in a good way. It’s very practical which is why I like this brand’s protein shake. Very travel friendly!!

Very convenient, tasty and easy to use and pack. The taste was surprisingly good. On the cardboard box it says to mix with water but with milk (any kind) is a lot better and tastier. The texture is crunchy, not chalky at all.

I cannot rave about these cruntin protein shakes ENOUGH! I really hate all protein powders that are on the market. They all taste weird and have this artificial taste that I cannot stomach. These taste genuinely good! These are already separated into their own pouches so it’s so easy to use and carry around. If you’re familiar with the Korean drink 미숫가루 this tastes exactly like that. So unbelievably yummy yet the macros are so good. Great meal replacements for weight loss.

I’m so excited because this literally tastes like cereal very similar to Honey Bunches of Oats. I was so curious because I hate the taste of plain protein powder and it took so much effort to blend it up as a smoothie etc so I was looking for something easy and mess free. Love it!
