These are so easy and so yummy. I was actually quite surprised that I liked them that much. These are great for on the go. It’s nice to have both the creaminess and the texture so it’s not boring. This flavor was nice because it was just a typical vanilla, but with the crunchy cereal mixed in. I appreciate the nutrition facts and that it’s lower in sugar than I expected. It’s great as a meal replacement and after a hard workout.

I tried the Cruntin Corn Flake flavor, and I honestly really enjoyed it. I prepared it with water, just like the instructions say, and I was surprised by how good it tasted even with only water. It really does taste like corn flakes, and you can actually see the little corn flakes and crunchy protein balls. Another thing I really liked is how quickly it mixes. You don’t have to shake it forever. It dissolves super quickly with water. And for me, one of the biggest things is the protein taste. A lot of protein shakes or protein powders have that strong protein flavor I personally don’t like, but I didn’t get that with this one.

My favorite flavor from this brand. It taste like a Frosted Flakes with the flakes! Love that it has something to crunch on and most importantly, doesn't give off that protein shake after taste!
