1960NY Capsule CC Cream | . This CC cream has rose gold beads suspended in the gel cream, similar tot he whitening soothing gel cream. It is not heavily perfumed, but does have a subtle fresh scent. The rose gold beads also burst with cream, this time a tinted cream. The beads blend easier with this gel cream which I really appreciate. A little product goes a long way so be light handed with the application. As you can see, the color is a too light for my skin color, but has a peachy yellow undertone. I mixed it in a foundation that is a little too dark for me and it worked perfectly. I was afraid it would go on patchy but I got a really nice natural finish after mixing foundation with the cc cream. It didn't leave my combination skin oily and I would definitely use this product again to mix with other foundations. I received this 1960NY CC Cream and when I first opened it I was a little stunned, but excited to try it ! I have never seen anything like this ! It comes in what appears to be a clear gel with little peach/orange, round capsules. I was a bit confused as to how to apply it so I just used my fingertips and smoothed it on my forearm. To my surprise, the capsules burst in the gel and creates a foundation! Fantastic idea! However, when I applied it to my face, with a blender and a brush, I became disappointed. It glides on smoothly but you have to make sure you get the capsules in order for the color to be visible. If not, all you get is clear gel. This leaves very uneven, and very light coverage and as you can tell in the pictures, it is a tad to light for my skin tone. lt also takes a bit to dry and has a sticky feel. I was really hoping to like this!!

1960NY Capsule CC Cream is a unique skincare product I received complimentary for review purposes from 0.8L and 1960NY. The brand 1960NY is a South Korean beauty line developed by Reskin Cosmetics. The product works by means of "whitening, anti-wrinkle, spot care, and moisturizing the skin", according to the product packaging. For those not familiar with CC Cream (Color Corrector), they target skin issues such as redness and sallow, blotchy skin. CC Creams are lighter in consistency than a BB Cream (Beauty Balm) and dark spots. BB Creams multitask as a primer, moisturizer, foundation and may also have SPF. BB Cream skin benefits include toning, moisturizing and correcting. 1960NY Capsule CC Cream contains ingredients such as Caulerpa Lentillifera Extract, Sea Grape Extract, Hollyhock Extract, Niacinamide, Althalea Rosea Root Extract, Titanium Dioxide, Adensis Leaf Extract, Adenosine. The product comes in circular jar (2.7 FL OZ). The package is simple, yet attractive. The jar I received was labeled as a "Casule Cream", rather than "Capsule Cream" - which I assume is a typo. The CC cream is a collection of tiny, orange cream-filled capsules suspended in a gel base. The capsules burst once applied to the skin, releasing the cream which you then blend in using your fingers. Upon opening the jar the contents has a slight lemony scent which disappeared once the product dried. The packaging instructs you to apply after "sun cream" and blend in easily. During the testing of this product, I did not apply any products over the CC Cream. Overall the capsules blend easily, if you do so immediately after application and after a regular moisturizer, in my opinion. I tried applying to bare skin and found the product appeared a tad orange and slightly streaked. The product does appear darker before blending. Once dry the coverage is somewhat dewy and sheer. The orange color is a bit on the dark for my skin tone. I would likely apply on days I plan on not leaving the house. In terms of "whitening" (interpreted that as meaning brightening), I did notice a subtle effect. My skin did feel hydrated throughout the day. In terms of anti-aging effects that is yet to be determined, as it takes time to see notable change with any anti-aging product. I did not know what to expect from 1960NY Capsule CC Cream when I opened it up as I never experienced a cc cream like this before. When you open it, it is this gel like thick cream with little orange colored pearls that work like magic on your face once applied. It has a pleasant scent and it is very easy to apply. I put small dots on different parts of my face and once blended in it gives my face a nice moisturized natural color. Do not apply too much as it will be very hard to blend as it will be too runny. A little goes a long way with this cc cream so you do not need a lot to achieve a great look. My makeup applies perfectly over this cream and stays looking fresh all day. I also love that I can just wear this cc cream without other face makeup as it covers up any blemishes just like a foundation but keeps my skin looking natural.

What I like: this product is so unique and has great ingredients. I've never tried anything remotely similar to this before. It applies like a regular gel and it does take some very good blending, but it instantly matched my skin. I noticed right away that it doesn't crease under my eyes and it sets pretty much as soon as you've blended it in. I wore this this cc cream for about 5 hours and it still looked good. Also this cc cream is super lightweight, it really felt like I wasn't wearing anything and it was moisturizing at the same time. I really like the brand's packaging for this product, it's just so fun, oh and it smells good too! What I don't like: at the 5 hour mark I noticed that some oil poked through on my nose and I do have combination skin, but normally only when the weather is warmer. Another downside I found that the cc cream creased on my up lip area and rubbed off on my chin a little. This cc cream also doesn't contain any SPF, which is good for photos but may be inconvenient for some. I also would have liked to have seen a little spatula included so you don't put your hands into the gel. I would have to say that overall I really like this product and there are days where I don't want to wear makeup the whole time so this is good for that too.

960NY Capsule CC cream has to be the most unusual has to be one of the most unusual skincare products I've ever used! I got this from @0.8l_usa to try and thought it would be great as I love CC creams. The product packaging is very nice and provides details about the product's benefits - like many Korean skincare products, the CC cream is meant to whiten (I find this usually means brightening in Kbeauty products), improve wrinkles, and moisturize. When I opened the jar, I was really surprised. It's a clear gel filled with lots of tiny orange capsules - hence the 'capsule CC cream'. These teeny capsules are supposed to burst upon application, adding color to the gel to blend into your skin. I actually think this is such a cool and unique CC cream but it unfortunately didn't work for me at all. The capsules are very orange, and don't blend well into my skin. In the photos, you can see the gel and capsules before blending, after it's been blended, and then after it's dried down. It has a very wet gel texture when you first apply which does eventually dry, but as you can see in the last picture, it doesn't blend nicely and remained fairly streaky and orange. It also has a sticky, tacky feeling to the touch after it's dried. I so wanted to like this as it's a neat way to give color correcting but the color is just too orange for my skintone. When I review a product, I rarely come across those that I really love or really hate. Most of them are just ok. Unfortunately this 1960 NY Capsule CC Cream fell into the category of products I really did not like. I was really intrigued when the package came in because I had never seen a CC cream delivered in this way, but as soon as I opened the jar, I was hit with an overwhelming smell of alcohol. The little beads burst to release the color of the cream, so to get the product to apply correctly, you had to rub it in your hands. I found this to be really messy, since I generally like to apply my makeup with a sponge or brush. The coverage also did nothing for me and I noticed no additional hydration. All in all, I'd definitely skip this one. I was a little worried at first because it seemed a little too yellow for my skin, but it evened out soon enough. The capsules in this one dissolved really well and evenly. Skin didn't get super dry during the day and by the end still looked good. It's very light coverage though

I was given the opportunity to try and test out 1960 ny Capsule CC cream. This was an interesting product . It is a watery jelly like substance, cool to the touch with beads of color in it. The instructions say to apply a sunscreen before applying the product. As you apply the CC Cream to your face the beads pop and the color is released. I had to try it a few different times before getting the hang of it. The first time I had way too much. The jelly spreads a lot and it feels wet. So I rubbed it around a ton. As the jelly drys it becomes tacky , then you need to wait another Minute for it to dry and become matte. My skin felt nice after it dried. I had a few dry spots on my face that the product settled into . As you can see in the after photo , my face is more uniformed in color . Pros- It felt good on my face at the beginning and end of the process . Cons- For a mom on the go, it was a little difficult to use when in a hurry. -Even though it felt good on my skin, it still left dry patches. Which I hadn't noticed before applying . Adding this to my daily routine. I have never seen a CC cream like this before. First I thought this is a jel cream happened to be called CC cream, when I swatched the cream on my hand, the orange capsule broke and it was like foundation, mixing with the gel cream. The gel cream is quite moisturing, which is something I always look for. It has medium coverage, not very buildable (as it is not designed to be buildable). It felt quite light on and stayed pretty much half day long. I have be replace my foundation with this product. Would recommend this if you want to try something quite innovative! .

This was a unique formula as it contained little color beads mixed it with a gel. It is suppose to even out your skin tone as well as moisturize your skin. It did not cover my skin so well and some what dried it out. I am still up in the air if I want to continue to use this.

I really like the water gel consistency and the light almost citrusy Smell. It's supposed to adjust to your skin tone but as with all types of products like this there is only so much it can darken... So I usually mix it with my drop foundation for actual wear, but I wanted to show you the true color of it. 😊 It actually dries down to a nice smooth finish when I use it this way, so that's what really gets me.

I was really excited to try this product because it's such a cool product. The product is a gel moisturizer with capsules of pigment infused. It is a cool concept however, there isn't much pigment when applied to the skin. Right after the product is applied it is a little tacky but eventually becomes a smooth finish. It take a little more time to apply than traditional CC creams becuase the product can look streaky when first applied. Once the product is applied and has had time to set, it would be good for people who want a very light coverage.

It claims to help even your skin tone as well as treat your skin with moisture. You can see in the picture how the beads burst with very little pressure to release the tint. I have oily skin so I tend to shy away from CC creams because they tend to be thicker. It definitely had a drying effect on my skin, too much in fact but kept the shine at bay all day for me. It doesn't provide much coverage as you can see. I would have loved for it to have SPF. This product is nothing like I've ever seen! It's a color-correcting serum, with tiny orange capsules that burst with pigment. The serum like texture is full of #skinloving ingredients such as: #aloevera #hollyhock #niacinamide #althaearosea root extract, #bergamot oil and #anise extract. I applied this over my primer and before my makeup. This CC cream is amazing. It is so quick and easy to apply. My complexion looks great. Awesome coverage. I use this almost daily. Most of the time I choose this over my normal liquid foundation. im so in love with it.

I was chosen by @0.8l_usa to review this awesome product! I am in love with it. It's a capsule Cc cream. When the capsules bust open there is a foundation inside! The texture is very smooth, not tacky at all which I am super picky about. Also I felt like it moisturized my skin a lot! I think the most important thing is that it blends in so well when I wear it, it doesn't even look like I have anything on. I suggest this product to all of my friends if you don't have it already. I'm so happy I have found it.
