    i've got eczema spots across my face in different areas, this aqua intensive serum is amazing!! it's helped keep my face all nice and hydrated, and very moist without being oily!! love this stuff!

    I have added the 1960NY Aqua Intensive Toner into my daily beauty routine for about a week now and I am liking it. I tend to have dry skin this time of year and this is a nice, cool, refreshing toner that soothes my dry irritated skin. I use it morning and night after I cleanse and before I apply any serums.
