I was chosen to try Forest Leaves Cooling Shampoo in exchange for my honest reveiw by 0.8L. I love the beautiful box that this came in. It is a plain white box but when you look closely, it has leaves imprinted on it. Just an extra touch! The shampoo was a nice sized bottle and had an easy to use dispenser. This product is designed to be cooling and to deep clean. I am not a fan of the scent at all but it faded pretty quickly. It isn't super sudsy but did lather up enough to make me feel like it was working. I feel like this was very effective in cleaning my hair and scalp! Actually, it was a bit too effective-after a few days, I felt like my hair was a bit stripped of moisture. I then started using it with a conditioner and liked that feeling much better. My hair seemed shinier and healthier at that point. I think this will be an awesome product for hot sweaty summer days outside or after a vigorous workout! The botanical scent of the product is very refreshing. The product feels cooling on the scalp. It cleanses well, but if you have curly hair I suggest you use a good conditioner afterwards because it does strip your hair of moisture. I wanted this product to I decreases the itchiness and dryness of my scalp. Only one I received the product did I realize that it is for oily scalp. I found the Forest Leaves Cooling Shampoo to be too overwhelming in scent. It says the cooling comes from peppermint but it has a strong menthol scent. It definitely cooled my scalp but also made my face tingle which I did not enjoy. The product also claims to be for oily hair but I did not see any change in oil production. It did have a drying effect on my hair. My husband used the shampoo as well and enjoyed it more. I believe it is better suited to males with short hair/less need for conditioning and people less sensitive to scent.

I absolutely love this shampoo! Beautifully cleans and leaves hair soft and shiney. The aroma is amazing! Cooling and very soothing. Essential oil therapy while you shower! I have extremely thick hair so getting it really clean can be a problem. With peppermint oil that gives a cooling effect, it successfully got ALL the product I use out, leaving it feeling really clean and soothing.

My experience with this forest leaves cooling shampoo is very poor! The smell is very unpleasantly strong and made my eyes water! It didn't lather so it was hard to really get it in my hair to effectively use. It's a clear gel like substance with little blue beads.

I have been using this product for about a week now, so I'm ready to give my #review! ⬇ This is a thick, pale green tinted, clear gel filled with little green beads. It has a weird scent that's hard to describe. It's like baby powder, peppermint and musk all rolled together. This #shampoo is silicone free and contains peppermint extract and an 'Amazon Forest Complex' to provide care, balance, and cooling to your scalp. First off, this stuff is THICK. Like you can pump some into your hand and turn your hand upsidedown, and it won't drip off! Because of this, I found it MUCH easier to foam up the shampoo in my hands BEFORE applying it to my hair. Unfortunately, I think that doing it this way effects the full cooling effect but it's just too thick to apply it directly to your hair. The lather it creates is super rich and leaves your hair feeling very clean. I didn't feel much cooling, but like I said, I think it's because I popped most of the beads in my hands. I also did NOT experience any adverse side effects, nor did my husband or son. My only other complaint would be the pump. Barely any comes out each time, so I had to use four pumps for my medium length hair. Doesn't effect the results, just slightly inconvenient. I honestly wouldn't repurchase this just because it really didn't wow me. It is a very unique product with cool packaging, so I'm glad to say I've tried it! I received this product for free from 0.8L in exchange for my honest review. I'm reviewing the Jungle Botanics Forest Leaves Cooling Shampoo. The bottle is clear & you can see the shampoo through the bottle. It has a label with an image of leaves & the product name is easily read. It comes in a pump type dispenser bottle making it very easy to use. The shampoo has small green colored menthyl capsules throughout the product, they melt very easily with use and provide a cooling effect to the scalp. The feeling is very refreshing and a soothing to my scalp. I needed a few pumps to shampoo my entire head and after using the shampoo my hair felt clean, healthy and soft!

It comes in a bottle with pump which I really like. This has a cooling feel to the scalp which helps with itiching. It contains small menthol beads which dissolve and gives the cooling effect. It has a mint/eucalyptus scent which is not over powering and you only smell it while shampooing. It does not lather as much as other shampoo's and takes about one pump to a pump and 1/2 for short hair and 2 to 3 pumps for longer hair. My husband really loves this shampoo because it has helped his eczema on his scalp and really is controlling the itching. Leaves your hair feeling clean, soft with added volume. Deeply cleanses hair and scalp of the heavy oil that weighs your hair down. The acidic formula helps balance the PH of your hair. Great for color treated or processed hair and people with sensitive scalps.

Got to try the Jungle Botanics Forest Leaves Cooling Shampoo courtesy of @08l_usa! This minty shampoo has a thick consistency with little green, cooling beads. The first time I tried it, I used A LOT because it didn't feel cool while massaging it into my scalp. I realized it actually felt very cool while washing it off! It's perfect for those super hot summer days. I also tried using a smaller average amount but didn't feel as cool. To get the best effect I think you need to use a lot (if you have long hair) and really massage it in. The only downside is the price (~$30+ USD), since I need a lot of shampoo to get the best effect. Otherwise, a nice shampoo! Ingredients include Amazonian plants and peppermint extract. It's designed for the scalp's balance care. It doesn't contain silicone for a healthy hair follicle and scalp care is blended with a variety of Amazon plants and peppermint extract for a refreshing scalp care. This product has a gel type formula, with a great scent. I love the little blue micro beads inside! Looks so cool. This shampoo was easy to use and left my head feeling very clean and refreshed. And left my hair smelling really good! I like the pump bottle feature, it makes it easy to use and not wasting product. I loved massaging this into my scalp, it was very relaxing.
