For reference, my skin type is normal but leans oily. I get occasional blemishes but my main concerns are brightening & firming. I've had a few Missha items on my wishlist for a while & was very excited when given the opportunity by 0.8.L to review the Time Revolution Night Repair New Science Activator Ampoule Mask. This is a triple-layer two-piece mask (one for the T-zone & the other for the V-&-neck zones). It claims to be a whitening & wrinkle care mask. The ingredient list is quite robust, but I was sold on the niacinamide, botanical extractsXXXX, & ferments, most of which are in the first half of the ingredients. The pieces are packaged separately so I applied the top then bottom. The fabric is very thick, minimally stretchable, but difficult to rip. I made tiny slits on the outer eyes. It would accomodate larger noses but may need to be cut for those with smaller ones. The mouth hole is very small. The lower half didn't stay too well so I had to sit back for the duration of the mask. My personal preference would be to have ear hooks on a two piece mask. There is no discernible scent. The fabric is thick & saturated so there was no drippage. I was able to leave it on for 20 minutes before it started to dry. I was able to squeeze our over a tablespoon of extra essence. It was clear & thick but thinned out from the warmth of my hand. It absorbed very quickly & I was able to proceed to the next step in my routine within a minute. My skin was much brighter & had a much smoother appearance. The following morning my skin was still bright & firm, but not as much. I would RP this mask & use it for special occasions. 0.8L gifted it to me in exchange for an honest review but a 3-pack is available on Amazon (Prime!) for $16.99 & individual masks are on the Missha US site for $8 (but it's currently on sale for $5.60).

Missha Premium sheet mask comes in two pieces so I applied on to my skin very easily, and it fits perfectly. After leaving it on for 15 minutes and taking it off, my face felt hydrated. This mask is moisturizing and I can feel my skin being soft even the next day. It felt so soothing and my skin was immediately plumped, brightened and hydrated. REVIEW – Missha Super Aqua Cell Renew Snail Hydro-Gel Mask • Ahhh, I'm pretty excited that @0.8L_usa sent me this mask to try. I've never tried a Missha product before, so I was hoping for great things! •­ This mask is aimed at calming the skin and preventing damage. This mask has some great ingredients, such as snail secretion filtrate, baobab, lactobacillus, green tea, mugwort, pomelo, and sodium hyaluronate. These ingredients all sound pretty great! •­ I couldn't detect a scent, which is good news for people who can't handle perfumes. The essence is watery and kind of sticky. (There aren't really leftovers in the packet for later either.) •­ I always struggle with applying hydrogels because they are slippery af and even with backing, they're difficult to apply. I took off BOTH plastic backings because they just aren't helpful to me. The two pieces layer together well and the fit is great other than the looong nose. 😄 • After over 30 minutes of wear, my skin was left soothed, smooth, and nourished. I don't really like that it dried kinda sticky, though. Sticky face makes me uncomfortable!! •­ Maybe I would purchase this... Not sure. Especially at $4.20 on the #MisshaUS website or $6 on Soko Glam. That's a little steep for me. • Overall rating: 3.9/5

My first impression when I took this mask out of the box was that the packaging looks so fancy and I got really excited that it is hydro-gel with snail extract! Hydro-gel is supposed to be a better method of absorption and I've never tried snail, but it is, as most skincare lovers know, the next big thing. This mask is in two sections instead of one, again to help the mask absorb better and sit on the face better. It definitely worked. It seemed like the hydro-gel would be slipperier than a regular sheet mask, but it actually clung to my face way better. I didn't have a single issue with fit. The directions on the mask say to leave on for 20-40 minutes, and I opted for the full 40. I will say that the mask seemed like it dried out pretty quickly, but when I took it off, I could tell that it did what it said and it helped seal the essence into my skin. My face looked and felt significantly plumper and I had such a nice glow after. The one negative to the mask was there was not a lot of extra essence. I don't like a ton extra, but I do like enough to use on my chest, shoulders and hands. I was able to scoop just enough out for my chest but nothing more. Overall, I was a fan of this mask. I think it's best use would be before a big event before makeup application.

I was soo nervous about using this mask after I saw it was made with snail slime! But I figured, I'd give it a try, it feels soo much better and better quality than most of the paper/ gel masks that are on the market now.
