This toner is really nice to use! When I first used this I was surprised by how nicely it applied and how quickly it was absorbed into the skin. This toner feels nice and hydrating and it also doesn't feel greasy like some other toners. The pump also makes it easy to not overuse the product and apply the product in evenly proportions. It doesn't have an overbearing smell and it's a nice watery gel type formula. This toner also has a brightening effect which will help out with some acne scars that I have on my face and an anti-wrinkle effect which is always a plus in skincare products. Overall, this toner is nice to use for your skincare routine.

This balancing toner is part of NoTS's 28 Remedy Skin Care Program directed towards acne-prone and sensitive skin. The box came with a pamphlet that described each product in the program and the toner is supposed to "normalize skin turnover process and prevent skin troubles" with "anti-wrinkle and whitening functions". The good thing about this toner is that it contains niacinamide and a lot of plant extracts, but it was disheartening to see alcohol in something that's supposed to also be for sensitive skin types. The toner is more of a watery gel with no scent to it. After using it day and night for 3 days, I did not notice a big difference to my skin. I'm very sensitive towards alcohol, so it didn't sting my face when I applied it, but it did worsening my redness. Maybe this product would have been more useful for someone with bad acne, but this toner is pretty pricey ($56 on Amazon) if you just wanted something for sensitive skin.

Great toner! All it takes is 2 pumps and I'm able to cover my face and neck without any issues. I love that it's unscented and that it leaves no residue throughout the day. My skin is definitely brighter and healthier looking after only only 6 days of using this product and I'm loving it. I use it twice a day, in the am and pm. I do apply lotion afterwards and I'm pretty surprised I'm not left with oily skin afterwards. I also noticed that this toner definitely helps with regulating the oils on my face even after applying makeup! So glad to have the opportunity to test the NOTS (Noble Through Skin) Remedy Balancing Toner. The toner is really well packaged in a sleek bottle with a nice pump, which I always appreciate. This toner is specifically for oily skin and is meant to calm and clarify. This is such an odd formula for a toner, it's not a liquid, it's a gel that you pat on to the skin. I really like it, you don't waste cotton pads on applying and it's very quickly absorbed into the skin. It's very light, refreshing, and also hydrating.

Wonderful, water light toner massages right into the skin! No need for cotton balls/pads, which I love! I had the opportunity to try out the NOTS 28 Remedy Blnacing Toner. It claims to be good for acne prone skin and help with large pores while providing moisture. It also claims to help minimize wrinkles. While I only used a few days on a small part of my face to patch test, I can't say there is much of a difference. This is a toner but the consistently is pretty thick for a toner and takes a while to absorb. I didn't really like it. I like toners that sink in really quickly. It's time consuming to have to wait but I'm impatient lol. It retails for $56 on Amazon so I would not purchase. I think there are better more lightweight toners that would work just as well or better. For me the texture of the product is the biggest turnoff. Also, looking at the ingredients on Cosdna, there are some red flags. This toner contains Collodial Sulfur which is flagged as both comedogenic (3) and irritating (4). It also contains Triclosan which is a preservative that is flagged (7) for safety. Overall though, the ingredients are fine. Tldr: I was hoping this toner would be more watery and absorb faster.

So far so I'm liking this toner! You just need one full pump and it's enough for all my face💕 it doesn't have a scent, which I love! I was a little worried that it was going to leave me greasy or oily, but nope! My face feels so good after! It says it helps brighten the skin I haven't seen any difference yet but we shall see! So I got lucky... With being able to try the same brand Nots but this time its the 28 Remedy Balancing Toner. So after I cleanse I put this watery gel based product on after. Which was nice and refreshing with some beneficial ingredients in it. It says special plant based formula and approved for whitening anti-wrinkle functions. With in the 3 days of using I like the feel of conditioning it does to my skin after I cleanse. And it prepare the skin for the moisturizer. I've yet to take it to that step in my skin care , since I wanted to see how these products react to my skin. So no irritation or redness which is a plus for my sensitive skin. So I will come back and update how these products are after 2 weeks of use. Thanks to 0.8L and Nots official for this chance to review and give my honest opinion.

Received this item from 08liter.com. Haven't tried it on my face due to the fact that I just got it in the mail. But I put one pump in the back of my hand and its feels super soft and hydrated.
