Papa's Got a Brand New....Design, But Don't Be Fooled 🍯🍯🍯🍯🍯🍯🍯🍯🍯🍯🍯🍯🍯 So it looks like #PapaRecipe has updated the product packaging of their skincare line to present itself as more refined and natural vs. the almost cartoony look they previously had. This review is for the Bombee Honey Moist Skin which I received free for testing and review from #08L. As someone who absolutely LOVES Papa Recipe masks (the original is probably my favorite mask of all time), I was very curious if their other skincare would be just as good. Short answer is NO. In fact, this is probably one of the most lackluster products I've tried in awhile. At first, I thought this might be just a repackage of the previous Bombee Skin Toner but not quite, the ingredients are a bit different (swipe to see ingredients list) Honey and propolis extract are still present but now much further down on the list. Sodium hyaluronate is still present and listed last. Some new currently buzzworthy botanical extracts including centella asiatica, houttunyia cordata and chia were added. The product is fragrance free with a close to water consistency. For me, the effect was akin to splashing straight water on my face. Maybe I've been spoiled by the Klairs Supple Preparation Toner but I felt no hydration, skin smoothing or plumping from this. For my dehydrated and easily irritated skin, sadly this just didn't work at all.

I knew I was going to like this product as soon as I saw the ingredients list because it contains so many of my favorites - honey, royal jelly, sage, camellia, centella asiatica, sodium hyaluronate and of course propolis!!! I would describe this toner as hydrating and soothing. After the very first use I noticed my skin was much softer. I've been using it for about a week now and feel I am seeing increased brightness in my skin after continued use. The texture of this product is very watery, it's clear and has no noticeable fragrance. My favorite thing about this toner is that it is not drying or irritating whatsoever. I often experience an uncomfortable tightness after toning but this product just leaves my skin soft, smooth and bright. I can honestly say that I would be happy to repurchase it and that I would recommend it to any one looking for a gentle, mild, effective toner

Another one! @0.8l_usa: Papa Recipe Bombee Honey Moist Skin 1. Packaging- tinted faux glass bottle with simplistic labeling. 200ml, normal size for a skin/toner. 2. Smell- it smells like absolutely nothing. Perfect for those sensitive to smells. 3. Ingredients- Key ingredients: centella extract, honey extract, royal jelly, propolis extract, chrysanthemum extract, royal jelly protein, and lots of extras. (Lots of honeys 🍯). 4. Application- super watery! Feels nice and light. Absorbs really quickly without any tacky feeling afterwards. Just feels moisturized and hydrated. 5. Overall- I've never really had a favorite skin/toner. Not sure how well they work. But this seemed pretty nice compare to others I've tried. Loving this toner already! I applied it after my shower and after washing with the face wash I'm currently reviewing. My face feels super soft and smooth, which is very rare for my T Zone. Some parts are a little sticky, mostly on my neck, but I did not use the same face wash on my neck so that may be why. It also felt so soothing on my sunburn, which is mostly gone but I still have a decent amount of red patches (see: hairline and nose) and a lot of peeling skin. Only the really rough patches still feel dry, so I'm super impressed! I've never had this much relief for sunburn and dryness. The scent isn't strong, which was a little disappointing as I love honey, but it's not an issue as strong fragrances and my skin don't normally mix. Excited to see how my skin looks in the morning!

Hey guys! So I was given the opportunity to try out this Honey Moisturizer this past weekend and so far it's really nice! It comes in liquid form unlike a lotion. It really does keep my face moist and very comforting to the skin.

Really like this skin toner it provided hydration to my skin. Not strong scent in this toner which is perfect. My face feels refresh and it's great to use this especially I have dry skin. I received a bottle of Papa Recipe BombeeHoney Moist Skin from 0.8liter free to try in exchange for my honest review. This is the first time I have ever used a toner and I am so happy with this product. As per the directions, I washed my face first. I then apply some toner to a cotton pad and apply all over my face and neck. I then gently pat it into my skin. The first time I used this product, I followed it with a sheet mask, then moisturized. Using this toner before masking seemed to help the mask perform better. Since then, I have been washing, toning with this product and them moisturizing. My skin is already being more soft and supple than before. The toner is a moisturizing product itself so it really helps intensify the moisture being added into my skin. I have always thought toning was not necessary, but since I have now used this product, I will not be skipping this oh so important step after cleansing my face. #paparecipe #bombeehoneymoistskin #kbeauty #skincare #skincareroutine #08L

I love how this toner doesn't dry out my skin. It hydrates it so much it feels extremely soft and ready for bare face or makeup application. Which helps make a flawless look! It absorbs quickly an leaves no residue or sticky feeling. I really enjoy this product, a must have!
