First things first, I was extremely lucky to receive this product in exchange for my honest review. The cream definitely had a scent to it. It does contain horse oil, so if you are not a fan of animal products then this is not for you. I used this cream immediately after cleansing, and it did sting a bit at first. I am not sure if that was my skin being sensitive, or the cream. Horse oil is intended to prevent wrinkles, which I cannot speak on yet as I don't have wrinkles and also have not used the product long enough. However, it definitely provided moisture to my skin. I would recommend this product as an evening or winter cream, as it is a bit heavier. Overall, if you are not prone to sensitive skin or sensitive to smells and do not have restrictions around animal products within skincare I recommend this item.

Here lately I have noticed my face has really been more on the dry side so I've been trying different products to help with my issue. I am so glad I received this product because is definitely my holy grail face moisturizer!!! I love how it really feels so creamy and is very blendable for easy absorption. After the first use,the next morning I noticed my face felt like silk and it really has made a BIG difference in my dry skin issues. I was sent a complementary jar of the The Guerisson 9-Complex Horse Oil Cream in exchange for my honest review of the product. When I first applied to sample the cream I did not know much about it and assumed (as with many Korean skincare products) that the animal ingredients were produced synthetically like bee venom or harvested without any harm to the animal like snail mucin. This is important to me because I am a vegetarian and prefer to do no harm to animals. Upon receiving the jar I did a few searches regarding the ingredients and authenticity of the product (I did, indeed, receive an authentic jar. Apparently it's a huge issue). This product does contain horse oil, which is usually obtained as a by-product of the meat industry. The cream comes in a glass jar with a lovely embossed metal lid and a clear plastic spatula for scooping out the product. The cream itself is very thick and occlusive in the jar but it melts on skin contact, spreads smoothly, and absorbs quickly. The scent is subtle but fruity; reminds me of grapefruit and lemon. This cream kept my skin hydrated all day without leaving it feel greasy or causing breakouts. The ingredient list is chock full of powerhouses! If it weren't for the horse oil I would purchase this product; however I can not personally continue to use this comfortably for ethical reasons (due to the horse oil). If you have no problem with using a cream with animal byproducts I would highly recommend the Guerisson 9 Complex Cream though!

I'll start off by saying I was a little put off by the horse oil at first. I'm so glad I tried it. The packaging is super cute. Comes in a round orange box. I have combination skin with an oily t zone and it's hard to find a moisturizer to work with my skin type that doesn't leave me greasy or oily. This moisturizer is really nice! It sinks beautifully into the skin, and sits perfect under makeup. My skin feels evened out not dry or oily. The smell isn't the best but it's not horrible. Definitely worth the money and I'd purchase because it makes my skin feel so hydrated and soft. That's really important with winter right around the corner. I got it free to review and will continue to use Guerisson 9 Complex Cream.

I really like this product. It leaves my skin very hydrated and soft. The smell is a bit off putting and after a while it starts to feel a bit greasy. Overall a good product that I would use again.

It has nice smell, but not over bearing at all, a great texture, very rich, without being greasy. Absorbs great into the skin, and left my skin feeling very soft. My only complaint was more sensitive areas on my face were slightly irritated but I feel like that wasn't the fault of the product as is was very select spots and I highly doubt it will be other's experience, just my skin being annoying. I also really love this for my hands and elbows, it's rich enough to really help those areas.

I recieved my nourishing cream today for reviewing purposes and was only able to test it out for a couple hours but it smells really good.. it's very light which I love but it doesn't absorb as good as I would like it too.. it's a little greasy for my liking but it seems okay

I'm always on the search for the best moisturizer that works well with my dry skin. The Guerisson 9 Complex Cream is made from horse oil (don't worry, no animals are harmed!) and provides benefits such as preventing wrinkles while providing moisture. It's fairly heavy so I apply it at night. My skin stays moisturized and prevents flakes and dry patches. This is my honest review of Claire's Korea Guerisson 9-Complex containing Horse Oil from Germany. I had never heard of Horse Oil before but after researching it I'm so excited that I was chosen to review this product. Packaging: I like the fancy look/feel of the orange paperboard cylinder container. It is sealed with 2 stickers, then inside is a nice jar with a spatula for applying the product. I don't like that there is no ingredients list on the product or packaging. I want to know if this contains ingredients that actually come from a horse. The product has a scent but I can't identify what it smells like exactly. It does smell like a moisturizing product. It has a nice consistency. It is thick but applies smoothly and absorbs easily. Feels good on my skin. Left my skin moisturized for a long time. I recommend this product.

So, horse oil. That's all I thought about until this product came in. I had a moral tug of war about using this and I'm not even a vegetarian!! I figure there were many other products I had qualms about using at first and ended up liking so I should give this a try too! After bumping up my tretinoin I noticed my skin becoming dry and flakey, which is unusual for me. This product claims to be good for sensitive skin and has the ingredients to back it up: several soothing plant extracts, snail secretion filtrate and centella asiatica to name a few. On top of that it has niacinamide. The consistency is, as expected, creamy. It's thick but I don't feel like it leaves a film. There is a slight fragrance that I would describe as "clean," a light floral or citrusy scent likely from all the plant extracts. I am interested to see how my skin reacts to this being that I don't normally use creams this thick. However as someone with oily skin, I don't think I'd use this in the summer when my skin is an oil slick. This will suit my needs when the weather gets cooler and my skin continues to try to run off my face from tretinoin.

When I first opened Guerisson Horse Oil Cream, I noticed it had a light floral scent that smelled good. It was not overpowering. The cream is thick so after putting it on, it took a while (a couple of hours) before it fully absorbed into my skin. The following day, I noticed that my skin was very moisturized and looked great. Normally, I have very dry/oily skin so this product helped a lot. My only issue with the product is that it takes a couple hours to fully absorb into your skin, so your face feels very greasy and I didn't like that.

I received the GUERISSON 9-Complex free from 08liter.com free for review purposes. The packaging is very attractive and easy to use. Instructions were made available in English. It came in a protective outer orange, sealed container. Inside contained the product in a glass jar with metal lid. I also received a spoon or wand to pull the product out of the jar without contamination. The cream is off white, light weight and has a slight oil scent. A little goes a long way. My skin had been very dry since my vacation. I applied the cream to my face, neck, upper chest, hands and arms. My skin instantly soaked it up and felt hydrated and refreshed. Wherever I feel dry, I apply. Now that I have used this cream several times, my body feels more normal. "GUERISSON 9-Complex contains German horse oil, for toned, clear skin. Results of human trial. Preservation of moisture for 72 hours, Improvements in elasticity, lifting and moisturizing, Helps strengthen skin barrier." Overall, I am very pleased with this cream and will continue using it. It feels like luxury in a jar! If you have dry skin or skin issues, I suggest that you try GUERISSON 9-Complex. This is my honest review and I would recommend this to everyone.

Guerisson 9 Complex Cream is one of the most moisture rich creams I have had the pleasure of using. It absorbs nicely into the skin and doesn't leave a greasy feel. It is very rich and moisturising though so this would not be good for oily skin. I have dry patches around my nose, mouth, and side of my face that leave me with flaky unbecoming skin. Guerisson 9 Complex Cream, soaked in beautifully and quickly hydrated the skin leaving those patchy flaky areas, soft and smooth. Guerisson 9 Complex Cream is lightly scented but not overbearing, it has the perfect amount of scent for a facial product. I am very pleased with the over all results of Guerisson 9 Complex Cream and I feel you will be too!

I am very into skincare and I love a very hydrating cream. The Guerisson 9 complex helps heal my dry skin. It also has a nice citrus fragrance scent to it which I love. It comes in its own box and when you take the top off it has the lotion sitting on the bottom of the box and a place that holds the spatula. Feels like a very luxurious skincare item. I received this product from 0.8l in exchange for a complete and honest review. I received the 9 complex from guerisson. The packaging is beautiful from the orange and black outer container to the gold lid and glass cartridge with a off white with black seal label. It just looks high end. The price of the product is higher and I think you may find something similar at a lower price. The smell is faint but I did not like it at all. It reminded me of cleaner. It did absorb quickly and had a oil feel to it. I did not receive the product quickly in the mail so I did not have enough time to try product. First impression works well to moisturize but I could find something cheaper. Looks amazing. If you like packaging. Get this. It also comes with a spaulta to get product out for sanatary reasons which is nice.

Super Moisturizing, lightly scented facial lotion. I find this would be a great nighttime cream but a little to heavy for daytime use. It will definitely be an asset in the colder drier months but a somewhat heavy to use daily.

I only used this once, but my face feels like silk and has a dewey but not oily look. It smells kind of weird, between citrus and flowers, but it's not unpleasant. Looking forward to see what this does after a month of continued use!
