Botanic Heal Derma Water Ceramide Gel Cream Review 💦 ! I’ve been using this lightweight gel for about two weeks now and am thoroughly enjoying it. I’ve wanted to introduce a ceramide cream/product into my routine. But most ceramide products I’ve seen are heavy creams and it’s still too hot to incorporate any super rich products. So I was excited to see BOH made a gel ceramide gel 😄. This lightweight gel comes in a large plastic tub. The cream spreads easily and absorbs super quickly. It isn’t the most hydrating moisturizer but I don’t expect heavy hydration from gel creams. It makes a good makeup base and absorbs without any pilling, creating a smooth base. Although it provides decent hydration and is a good moisturizer for the warmer months, it is heavily fragranced. With dry, winter skin weather rapidly approaching, I was very excited to try this $20 Derma Water Ceramide Gel Cream from 08liter.com, for only $3.99! I was happily surprised to get a ton of samples with this Try Now product, so it was a total bargain for this amazing cream and bonuses. This very lightweight, water based cream gel feels so light to the touch and smooths across skin easily, readily absorbing. I tested this out on my hands first since they show the first signs of redness and dryness. This cream easily glided across ny skin and absorbed, leaving my skin moist and hydrated and even less red! I was impressed with the immediate effects of applying this amazing product from Botanic Heal boH, and I look forward to seeing the long term effects! I highly recommend this product and this brand especially.

Finally a moisturizer I've tried recently and liked! This is a gel cream, and it does feel that way. It feels like a gel but with a bit thicker and I like that! I'm trying to use up a gel moisturizer now that's not my fave, and I do like this better. It still spreads easily even though it's a bit thicker and my skin does absorb it. I like the clean scent it has, but of course scents can be polarizing. It is still a lightweight moisturizer, but I do like it!

I love cermaides in my skincare and hyaluronic acid is always a great addition, and I think this would be a great day cream for someone else with less dry skin. It didn't seem to cause any breakouts while testing.

Their claim of healthy synergy of pure plants and derma solution, a special technology exclusively used to resolve skin problems and a safe solution to alleviate concerns over irritated skin. This gel cream claims to have double effects of wrinkle diminishing and moisturizing the skin with ingredients such as water ceramide, aquaxyl and hyaluronic acid. The packaging is very sleek and simple. It also comes with sample sizes of the toner and the emulsion from the same line. Which is cool and great marketing strategy. On to the main product, it's a light gel cream that seems to be great for oily to combination skin type. As for me, I am combination skin but I am also dehydrated so I was able to try this during the summer heat and during the transitional fall weather. For the warmer temperatures, it was great. It kept my skin quite nice and it sunk in well. As for the cooler weather, it didn't fair so well. My skin especially my nose area were quite tight feeling, even with my layering skincare underneath. As for the scent, it was a different story. The scent can be really over powering. It has a really clean scent times 1,000, which can be quite irritating to the nose. If they made this in a fragrance free version, I would definitely use it. Sometimes scent can be a make it or break it factor.

I heart this gel cream. It's very moisturizing. I've been using it both as a day and night cream. I have noticed less and less flakiness on my forehand which I had previously been combating by wearing a night pack during the day. A little bit of this gel goes a long way. My first application I put on too much and struggled to get in rubbed enough to allow application of my sunscreen. I only had that issue the first day. My skin is plump and hydrated. There was one night I skipped this and instead tried a sample I had of Laniege sleeping mask and I ended up putting the Derma Water on top. Needless to say, I will rebuy this product and recommend it to anyone who needs a lightweight cream that still delivers on moisture that lasts. I really wanted to like this product. The star ingredients of water ceramide, aquaxyl, and hyaluronic acid sounded like this is exactly the type of product my skin needs. And the texture and absorb ability is very nice! However, upon opening the cute little jar, I knew it wasn't going to work out for me. The perfume-y fragrance, while pleasant, hit me right in the nostrils. I started testing it out on my hands to see if the smell would dissipate, but after 20mins the scent was still there and and still quite strong. I usually don't mind a little fragrance in my skin care products, but it feels like whoever made might have been a little heavy handed. On the bright side, it did make for a lovely hand cream. My hands were instantly soothed and very soft. However, for a facial product, I cannot recommend this unless a fragrance free version comes out.

💧 This moisturizer is so moisturizing! I've been introduced to the brand while I was at Kcon, so I couldn't let the product at a discounted price pass by! 💧 The claim of being a gel moisturizer but containing a lot of ceramides intrigued me, most of the moisturizers that have that ingredient is usually heavy creams which is honestly too much for my skin. 💧 After opening the lid, I instantly smelled the really strong scent (I'm really bad at describing scents, but it seems like straight up alcohol to me, which to some may be different) however I did not let that hinder me from trying the product. 💧 It really stuck through with its claim and moisturized my skin! In the morning my skin was so soft and plump, which I haven't felt in a while, and the most important of all is that it did not broke me out even if it has a strong scent. 💧 Overall I would 100% repurchase this again without a doubt!

Guys, I've been looking for an inexpensive but GOOD gel facial moisturizer, and I think I've found it. . Ever since running out of my first gel cream, I've been on the hunt for one that won't break the bank. This goes on smooth and doesn't pill at all. It also doesn't sting!! Add to that, this has ceramide in it, and my skin LOVES ceramide. It layers well with all the sleeping masks I have, and it leaves my skin happy in the morning. I can't wait to rebuy this - and probably a full sized of the emulsion they sent a sample of as well (it's good for some extra soothing when my skin needs it).

This Is the second gel moisturizing cream I have tried and i have to say it's really nice. It absorbs quickly and leaves your skin feeling very moisturized but not sticky or oily. This also contains some really great ingredients, including water ceramide and hyleronic acid, which helps retain moisture and calm skin. I noticed a difference in the redness of my rosacea when using this. It also included the Ceramide emulsion and toner. Unfortunately, those two had such strong fragrance that I cannot use them at all. And the reason this cream is not a recommended product is for the same reason. The cream has more of a floral scent and the other two were much stronger, but the scent is so strong and lasts for HOURS after applying and I just could not stand it. Very disappointing that such a good product contains such a strong fragrance. The product comes in beautiful packaging with additional deluxe samples. The Derma Water itself comes in a 3.35oz/95g sleek plastic jar with a inner lid that keeps it air tight. The two deluxe samples are of the Ceramide Emulsion and Ceramide Toner. The first thing I noticed about all of the products was the scent...its light and fresh. The Ceramide Gel Cream is a light but dense lotion that doesn't leave my combo skin too dry or too oily. It hydrates my skin and leaves my skin perfectly balanced. It's texture is very creamy, which I love... The Emulsion is a bit thicker like that of a cream but not greasy. The toner isn't watery like a traditional toner its a little thicker in texture. I highly recommend Botanic Heal (boH) Derma Water Ceramide Gel Cream, it’s definitely a Keeper!!

This gel cream contains 95 grams (3.35 oz) and it has a very astringent scent. There’s room to put a spatula in the lid (spatula isn’t included). The gel cream is is a nice semi-clear blue color. The scent is really astringent and slightly cooling. The cream feels like a basic gel cream and it does absorb easily into the skin after applying. The cream is also quite rich so not a lot is needed to cover your face and neck. Recommended use is to apply a moderate amount to skin as the cream step of daily skin care in the morning/evening, and tap gently for better absorption. After using, I found that you only need to use a small amount to moisturize skin adequately. I found that this cream was also moisturizing enough to wear on it’s own, despite my parched skin. I found that I could wear it alone and also layered with a heavier cream over it. I feel that it really evened out my skin tone and smoothed out any imperfections. If you have a problem with fragrance, this cream is probably going to bother you. I feel that it’s suitable for sensitive skin, however. I also think it’s a great choice for people with oily and normal skin. What I like: this cream is very hydrating and has a nice cooling feeling. The ingredients are great and the cream is very soothing. It’s also very moisturizing and can be used on it’s own, even for dry skin. It smooths out my skin and also tones down the redness very effectively. It also layers nicely and it’s very nourishing. What I don’t like: the fragrance is quite strong and may be an issue for anyone who dislikes fragrance. This product is also not so easy to find. Rating: 9/10 ----- recommended to anyone, but especially people with oily/combination/normal skin.

I got the boH, or Botanic Heal, Derma Water Ceramide from @0.8l_usa, and.. well, this is my review. . My skin type: oily-combination, acne-prone skin with large pores . This is a facial cream that is between a gel and a cream, and feels really hydrating to the skin. It doesn't feel sticky or heavy, and if you look at my picture, you will see that I wiped it all over my face. I look like I have white jelly like snot on my nose. LoL! . I likes using this when it was still a lot warmer because it absorbs quick into my skin and it didn't make my skin feel "covered" in goo. The moisture level on my skin was great! My skin felt plump and supple. Like I said, *hydration*. . I love ceramide, btw, and Ceramide helps my acne prone skin barrier get strong, so this was just wonderful for me. . I like gel-creams; I find that they tend to provide a good amount of watery moisture, but they aren’t as occlusive as I would like. This one, however, provides adequate occlusiveness and moisture—it’s like a Naruko night gelly and the Belif aqua bomb had a child in terms of function and texture. . I like this gel cream for these early fall days in California. It’s been very dry, but my skin is still enjoying the warm weather. I don’t think this will be adequate for colder months when we turn on the heat. It’s barely enough moisture for those acid days, after all. . The scent isn’t offensive to me, but it’s also not as enjoyable as the previous BOH cream that I reviewed.

This is the Derma Water Ceramide Gel from Botanic Heal BOH. I decided to try this to compare it to the Belif The True Cream Aqua Bomb. So how does it compare? I used this 11 times, a few at night but mostly morning. I have to say it works identical to the Belif Aqua Bomb, if anything a teeny bit better at warding off flaky skin. It feels soothing when applied and has a fresh powdery smell which is a bit strong but I don't mind. I loved to slather it on thick and wait a few minutes for it to nicely sink in. It's a huge tub, around 3 ounces and cost $20 on Amazon. I love gel moisturizers but unfortunately aren't enough for me during fall or winter. I can't wait to use this again during spring though! I highly suggest this product if you looking for a nice gel moisturizer.

I was really excited to see a ceramide cream in gel form and I applied before I actually got the first boh product I tried. I have the feeling this is the last time I will apply for a boh product unless there are more reviews on the scent. For me, the scent was so bad (a strong rose perfumed scent, just like their Intensive Repair Cream ~ my mother loves that repair cream, so go figure!) that the positives of this cream were negated. I love the packaging on this cream ~ it comes in a nice tub whose design reminds me of belif jars. They also included two deluxe samples of their toner and emulsion. This gel cream is an anti-wrinkle and moisturizing product with ceramides ~ I love ceramides, but usually they are in thick made-for-dry skin creams that I cannot use. This is a delightful lightweight gel that absorbs beautifully into my skin and it is so moisturizing and hydrating, due to its Aquaxyl complex , which is a hydrating compound made from ingredients derived from vegetable origin sugars ~ xylitylglucoside, anhydroxylitol, xylitol and glucose. Aquaxyl will also reinforce your skin barrier function, limiting water loss in your skin and preventing skin dehydration on a cellular level. It also has sodium hyaluronate, polyquarterum-51 and glycerin, which are amazing humectants. This does have a few warning ingredients for those who might be sensitive ~ it has silicon and dimethicones, as well as alcohol as the 5th ingredient ~ this doesn't smell like alcohol (mores the pity, I think I would have rather had an alcohol scent than the sickly perfumed scent), but as someone with oily skin, alcohol is not necessary death to my skin. I loved how this performed on my skin ~ so hydrating without any pilling or stickiness ~ this is a great cream to use at night during the summer or day time during the cooler months for oily skin types. That said, like I mentioned at the top, I personally will not use this again ~ the scent of this stuff is so strong and perfumed floral that I cannot stand it. It is a shame, but many people like these types of scents, so there is that. I wish I could use it myself, but it was causing migraines for me. If boh is reading this review, I hope they make this unscented as it is an excellent product outside of the scent.
