I got to try this @Amaliebeauty Facial Shine Oil thanks to @0.8L_usa! This oil which is all organic promises to nourish skin, brighten, moisturize, and fade blemishes. The facial oil can be used all over your face or as a spot treatment. It contains pomegranate oil, aragan oil, jojoba oil and sunflower seed oil. It has no scent and soaked quickly into my skin. The Amalie Beauty Shine Oil is an organic facial oil made up of various oils such as pomegranate, organ, jojoba, licorice, lemon, and bearberry, which are meant to brighten through the natural inclusion of vitamin C, arbutin, and glabridin in various oils. Amalie beauty is a US-based small-batch company that is cruelty free. ✨ The oil can be used as a full facial oil or as a spot treatment to help lighten dark spots or PIH. Because the bottle is small (10ml), I decided to use it as a spot treatment. I had a fresh PIH spot under my chin, so I used the Shine oil on it and nothing else. I have been using it for a little over three weeks now, and I am impressed with the progress. Pictures 4 and 5 are the before and after. It was hard to get quality pictures because it was under my chin, and I know the lighting is different, but as you can see, the Shine oil worked incredibly well to lighten the PIH! If I’m being honest, I didn’t actually think it was going to work that quickly. ✨ The oil does take a minute to absorb into the skin, and I really only use it as a part of my nighttime routine. It doesn’t leave my skin greasy like some oils or clog my pores at all. You have to watch the dropper, though, because if it’s full, drops will spill out unintentionally. I never pull it out of the bottle until I release some first. Honestly, I’m not a fan of the scent, which is sort of like cooking oil, I guess? I’m bad at describing scents. Given the name and the function, I was expecting a citrusy scent. I know they probably want to keep the ingredients to a minimum, but I know there are good smelling oils out there, and I think this is one area where having a full sensory experience—especially for the cost—would be nice. ✨ Speaking of the cost, I can’t argue with the results of the oil, but I do see the price as a hindrance to more people using it ($60/10ml) because there are a ton of brightening products on the market. That being said, if I saw it on sale again, I would definitely grab it.

Y’all! I love this product! I was pretty ify about putting an oil on my skin but I’m amazingly surprised. It works so well and helps my foundation blend out perfectly! It absorbs so we’ll and moisturizes without leaving me feeling oily! Definitely recommend this for all different skin types. I’m combination myself.

Okay! So I have so many brightening products to try I wanted to post my review of @amaliebeauty Shine brightening facial oil. During my last week of class, last quarter, I had a horrible stress breakout so perfect time to use a brightening facial oil right?! My skin and I love this oil! It has faded the red spots from my breakout a lot over the last few weeks and I literally use this oil everyday because my skin just soaks it up, no oily residue and no breakouts since I started using it. Being in the city and exposed to so much my skin can definitely use all that goodness. At 3.99 for .34 fl oz which retails at Amaliebeauty.com for $60, you get a facial oil containing Organic Pomegranate Oil, Organic Argan Oil, Organic Jojoba Oil, Sunflower Seed Oil, Organic Licorice Extract, Lemon Peel Oil, Bearberry Extract, Elderberry Fruit Extract, Grapefruit Seed Oil, Jasmine Oil. All of these ingredients are great for moisturizing, nourishing, brightening as well as having great antioxidant capabilities. Upon application the clear golden yellow oil, my skin immediately absorbed the oil. It did not sit on my skin which is a plus. The only negative for me was the scent. It smells like cooking oil. I wish they would have added a better fragrance to the oil. Jasmine one of the ingredients is a flower would have been very useful in improving the scent. By morning my skin was glowing and looked very moisturized and nourished. I used the product for a period of 10 days and was very happy with it results and had no adverse reactions. I can say it is a good product to have in ones routine. Though not a fan of the scent I would repurchase it just for its benefits alone. I do wish they would give a little more product. I have been using it on an on and off basis for a couple of weeks because I really can't make up my mind about it. The scent of the oil is little bit off, herbal but not in a really pleasant way, it's mild so nothing really bothersome and I believe that it can be ordered in scented versions. Glides on very easily and a small amount covers entire face which is good as the product seems to be pricy for such a small container. Skin needs time to absorb it. I have combination skin type so after using it on entire face my t-zone seems to be too oily and shiny. But I really like using it as a spot treatment. It nicely faded a few old spots I had after my pimples healed. It takes time but it works. It leaves skin smooth and soft and hydrated. Pomegranate, argan, jojoba, sunflower seed oil plus some more fruit oils. It’s vegan, cruelty free, made in the USA, free of soy, corn and gluten - spot treatment at night or a normal face oil. Soft jasmine scent equals glowy skin in the morning. I love it!

Claims to brighten up dark spots and make them disappear. My experience: Honestly, I don't really like using heavy oils on my face because I hate the feeling of stickiness. However, Shine Brightening facial oil absorbs fast, it's not messy to use, and it didn't feel sticky. I have been using this oil for about two weeks now and I have seen major improvements in regards to my skin condition and appearance. I use this oil instead of my regular night cream and when I wake up *magic* I feel and I see my face like I have some filter on💃🏻 (No joke) Tips: It is true when they say to use about 1 to 2 drops. I remember in the time I was testing this product, I used like six drops on my face, and it took longer to fully absorb into the skin. LOVE that is cruelty-free💕 Overall, I'm impressed! SHINE Brightening Facial Oil by Amalie Beauty is a organic lightweight oil which contains pomegranate and bear berry oil.👸🏻👌🏻 For the past week I tried using this product in 2 different ways. I either applied 3 or 4 drops on my whole face or I just used 1 or 2 drops only on my dark spots that I’m more concern about. When you apply the Shine facial oil don’t expect it to absorb right away! It takes its time to absorb but the good thing is that after it got absorb completely it doesn’t leave any sticky or greasy residue on face and it keeps the face dewy, soft and it moisturizes skin. If you don’t want to wait for it to get absorb just apply it on your dark spot. I started seeing some color change on my spots after a week. One thing that I don’t like about it, is the scent it’s kinda like crayon it reminds me my childhood coloring book. It brought me back good memories, but I don’t think I really want my skincare smell like crayons. I also need to add that I have kinda acne prone sensitive skin and I didn’t experience any kind of irritation or break out after using this product. 💁🏻🙌🏻 So if you don’t mind the crayon like smell I think this can be a great product for any skin type specially in during winter and in dry places, cause it does a really nice job moisturizing skin and it locks it down in your skin for couple hours. Another product I’ve received from @0.8l_usa in exchange for a review! I was looking forward to this one after seeing I was picked to test it out. I deal with lots of pigmentation issues and this @amaliebeauty SHINE has been wonderfu in lightening them. It’s only been a few weeks and while I haven’t consistently done once a day I’ve done it enough to make a difference. This stuff is potent in the best way possible for me. It’s a thick oil texture and does take some time to absorb, but a teeny tiny amount goes a long way. I like that I can use it all over or spot treat my face. It does have a pretty hefty price tag for me, but depending on how long it lasts it could be worth it no problem! Especially if it continues to give me results I want. Thank you for the opportunity!

This product is right up my alley! ⠀⠀ I actually first heard about this brand from @skinfullofseoul and have been intrigued ever since. Amalie Beauty is an organic and cruelty free brand that is based in the US and was conceived at MIT. ⠀⠀ This facial oil contains Pomegranate Oil, Argan Oil, Jojoba Oil, Sunflower Seed Oil, and Licorice Extract. I love using products with Licorice Extract to help fade my PIH. ⠀⠀ This version of the oil is jasmine scented, which I absolutely adore but it also comes in an unscented version for those that don't want fragrance. ⠀⠀ The bottle is only 10ml, so I like to use this as a spot treatment on any dark spots I have. I don't think I've had the product long enough to really notice any significant difference in stubborn spots, but I've had good luck with licorice in the past. ⠀⠀ In the mean time, I've been enjoying using this very moisturizing oil - especially because of the scent! This oil is supposed to brighten and nourish your skin and I do enjoy this product. It doesn't break me out and it moisturized well. I don't think I have used it enough to see significant results in my skin brightening though and it comes in a pretty small bottle.
