I applied a small amount under eye and worked it in circular motion. Then scent is not to strong and that's a big thumbs up for me. It melts right into your skin, it doesn't sit on your skin like many other products I've tried. You could watch it instantly start brightening and mosturizing under your eyes. I wore it under my make up and it just rolled smoothly over it. I haven't needed to put any thing under my eyes to brighten it while I've been using this. I got it out the box and it is in really nice bottle and they give you a full bottle of it.. i add a lil to my finger tip and add it to my eye and it was so soft and it was so m moisturization. I love this prouduct already
