만만한 다이어트 젤리

The FUDI Body Confidence Diet Jelly comes with 14 packets of ready-to-eat jelly to take once a day before a meal. This is a two week program (which includes 14 sticks). The jelly is clear with a greenish tint to it. It smells and tastes like citrus and apple mixed - it's not a bad taste but very mild. Each jelly stick claims to help suppress appetite, reduce cravings, and give you more energy. I so far have not experienced any of these things. I usually take garcinia cambogia (the main ingredient here) each morning and I feel a boost in energy and a slight reduction in hunger. But this jelly stick doesn't seem to have any effect on my system at all. It does also contain other vitamins and minerals, but I just don't feel as though it's worthwhile. I plan to finish out the box of jelly sticks, but I'm honestly just not impressed with this system.

I loved the idea of this product but honestly I thought it tasted terrible and I can’t see myself eating these. They have a sweet kind of lychee taste at forst but thr more you eat, the tangier it gets and not in the greatest way either. It was like jello so texture didn’t personally bother me but I honestly couldn’t grt past the horrible taste. I csnt comment on whether it has helped with weight loss because I cannot will myself to continue eating them.

I was not real impressed with the Fudi Body Confidence Diet Jelly. The taste was the absolute worst experience for me. I think if maybe the product was offered in different flavors I would be more pursuaded to give this product a chance. I did think quality wise that it contains some good natural plant based derivatives that encourage weight loss so I feel it would be a good test for someone who likes the taste. The jelly concept is fresh and new. Being portable allowing for on the go could be a huge benefit of this product for those looking for a simple natural based weight loss option. This product is not for me and not something I feel I could recommend.

The FUDI Body confidene diet jelly is honestly so gimmicky. As someone who has struggled for literally 4 years to lose weight, this is something I was looking forward to trying just because it seemed kind of fun. It is supposed to be a stick of jelly thats made with a good amount of garcinia cambogia that you can eat almost anytime, before meals, with a salad or mixed in yogurt. So basically the instructuins are vague. The instructions also say to stop eating it should you feel sick afterwards. I know that supplements are not meant to be magic and that diet (mostly) and exercise play a huge part of a healthy lifestyle. Personally I could not eat a whole stick. The flavor reminded me of the smell of a certain skincare product I use. That alone made me not like it. I get that it is trying to make taking it fun and convenient but honestly I strongly feel it makes the main supplement in it (garcinia cambogia) even more gimmicky than it already is. It also came with a complementary cookie! Which I actually enjoyed! Ha! Who would've thought?! I'll be sticking to trying to make healthier food choices and exercise. As for supplements I'll also stick to what I know helps keep me motivated for now.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I went to try this product but was pleasantly surprised. The jelly tasted a little fruity and was good, the texture was different but I liked it. I'll keep using these Fudi jelly packets.

일단 개별포장 되어있어 휴대성 좋고- 젤리에 맛도 괜찮아서 거부감 1도 없이 맛있게 먹게된다. (다만 맛있어서 더 먹고 싶어지는) 가르시니아캄보디아추출물이 함유되어 탄수화물이 지방으로 합성되는것을 억제해 체지방 감소에 도움을 준다고 하는데, 내가 체지방 측정을 해본건 아니라 직접적인 효과를 후기에 담을 수는 없으나 효과가 있을것이라 믿어본다. 모든 다이어터 파이팅💪🏻

그냥 입이 심심하거나 밥먹기전,후 같이 배를 좀 채우는 용으로 먹으려고 했는데 맛이 좀 심심하면서 깔라만시맛이 나서 개인적으로 맛이 별로였다 ㅠㅠ 하지만 가르시니아 성분도 있고 다이어트에는 도움이 될 것 같음! 또 먹고나면 배변활동이 원활하게 되는듯함..남친이 먹어보고나서 효과있는것같다고 했다. 딱히 맛이아닌 기능으로만 따지면 시도해볼만 한 제품인듯!

I was very excited to get picked to try the snack that would help me loose weight too but I am sad to say that I didn't like the taste of the jelly. It was very bitter and I can't finish it at all.
